4 star hotels in Durres

We spent two weeks here and we highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location - close enough to the center of Durres and 20 m to the sea and at the same time quiet. Rooms are nice, there is everything you may need, food is very tasty. But first of all we will always remember kindness of people working here at the reception - Silvi, Endi, Jani and Artemis - great people!!!

The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy the city centre and the private beach. The rooms are not the biggest but comfortable and provided with all the necessary accessories. Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The room is great for the price, the staff is amazing. Had a minor issues with the room and was offered free upgrade to en suite. Would recommend and definitely would be back. The breakfast is really good , parking is in the hotel’s basement. Private beach, the restaurant is great.

Honestly it's the best hotel in Durres. I really liked it a lot. Sunset from the balcony was just amazing. And fish restaurant is must be visited as well. Just don't spare money for a good room with sea view Thanks to staff

I have visited many countries and Aragosta is one of the most advanced hotel structures in Albania. A fantastic position from where you admire the sunrise and the magic of the sunset. the rooms are super modern and comfortable. Well trained and polite staff. Fresh products from freshly caught fish. Everything is perfect.

Great rooms and a good view of the coast. Room service ,valet parking. Workers speak foreign languages. Has a bar & restaurant on site. Its one of the most expensive places around here but it's worth it at the end.

Rooms very good standard, spacious and clean, with air conditioning. During our 10 days stay, there was 1 power outage for 2 hours, and 3-4 times there was no water for 1-2 hours. Staff friendly. Breakfast and dinner poor.

The Hotel is nicely situated and is very close to all sightseeing sites. We came late at night and most of the restaurants where closed. Nevertheless, the owner managed to organised dinner for us. Thank you again for the help, we appreciated the stay and will come again when we visit Durres

In general, it is a good impression. Personal speaks English. We visited only the resturant, food was tasty and place is quite enough.

I had a horrid time with a taxi driver from the nearby airport, so bad I offered the driver 50 euro to let me out of the the taxi. I'm Australian with no clue about the language and I even called the hotel to speak to the driver in their native language and the driver had no idea where to go. Envy Hotel is the best place to stay in Durres. I was in love with every detail in this place, inside out. Not to mention, the great location. Close to bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy and the beach. Staff was polite, professional and made me feel welcomed. This was the best stay of our Honeymoon trip, my wife and I love it. We’ve stayed here one night before flying back. It’s close to the airport and at the beach. It was a perfect choice. We got a free upgrade to seaview and the rooms were very nice and clean. Excellent experience in this hotel , especially the reception stuff ; (Merri). This hotel very close to the Italiano resturant and to the Old mosque and Durrss castle . Good place, but the some confuses related to personal took a place. They are nice people, but first they have got me unclean room. As a compensation they offered more spacious room for the same price, but when we reached to the room it was unclean too, so they have got me another room (a third one) that was finaly clean and specious. Besides of that I have felt that personal are not good English speakers...

Overall it was quite good, but the biggest problem was the bad smell in the toilet - there is for sure some problem with sewers. I would also suggest more differentiating breakfasts as it got boring.

Stayed here with my family. The location is excellent for shops, bars & restaurants. The hotels private beach is a 5 minute walk. What let’s the hotel down is the small overcrowded roof top pool. It’s more of a plunge pool than swimming pool.

The food was delicious. I've never been at more beautifull hotel then Empire. All of the stuff was So nice and helpfull. I can fully recommend this place and I wish to come back there!!

Very nice, clean rooms with a wonderful view. Great food with lavish buffet and specialized in fish. There is Wi-Fi shower and bide, big balcony with sitting. AC ,TV ect. All over is Well designed and spacious area with sunbeds and cane sunshades.

It's the best place for kids and family. You feel like it's a big family under the sun. It is so comfortable that you feel like you are in your own home.
