THE RESTAURANT all inclusive - Minus is the poor canteen type food, repetitive sauces potatoes, boiled rice and boiled pasta. There was no kebabs or grilled meat all week. Olives were only for breakfast

The front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful - especially when Anisa & Pamela is taking care of you. To sum up, I recommend this place to visit and stay! 10/10

Clean rooms and interior, always helpful staff (Mr Caretaker was the best, you will know that's him when you'll see a person being able to take care about kinda everything), superb location near to the beach and center of Durres, from where you can take a bus to Tirana and other cities/parts of Albania

Last but not least, drinks at the beach bar - even if they were made by very polite and nice guys - was just vodka/brandy/etc mixed with some cheap versions of sodas and ice

We had a blast staying at the Horizont Hotel this summer. The room was cosy and pleasant, the food was varied and delicious, and the staff very kind and helpful

we thoroughly enjoyed lut stay three, and can fully recommend the Horizont Hotel as a holiday destination

Can't really get it why people complain about the hotel being located in the "slums-area" - that is just Albanian ppl living in the neighbourhood or some abandonned/not renovated/empty buildings; supposedly nothing that hotel could do anything about

When we got one the door was broken (staff helped and it was working in 10 minutes), the lights in the bathroom weren't working. Location is really strange, entrance is located behind a cracked yellow building

The location is excellent for shops, bars & restaurants. The hotels private beach is a 5 minute walk. What let’s the hotel down is the small overcrowded roof top pool. It’s more of a plunge pool than swimming pool

Overall it was quite good, but the biggest problem was the bad smell in the toilet - there is for sure some problem with sewers. I would also suggest more differentiating breakfasts as it got boring.

People are realy friendly and professional. Amenities like pool, Fitness Center are great.

Nice ? quiet place to relax

Great rooms and a good view of the coast. Room service ,valet parking. Workers speak foreign languages. Has a bar & restaurant on site. Its one of the most expensive places around here but it's worth it at the end.

Rooms very good standard, spacious and clean, with air conditioning. During our 10 days stay, there was 1 power outage for 2 hours, and 3-4 times there was no water for 1-2 hours

Right next to the beach with a great manager. The disso and drink are a bit more expensive than in other hotels in Albania,but still nothing too much and this probably the standard prices in Durres

The pools are nice, although the children pool could be a bit less depth

I've walked along the beach coast in Durres, and I can say this hotel is one of the best. The sunbeds were placed nicely, it looks really good compared to the left/right side beach. The staffs are all nice, and friendly

Nice spot. On the beach with beach beds and umbrellas. They serve drinks and food on the beach terrace. There is ample seating in the porch. Toilets are clean.

In my opinion, they have a great food. Sometimes they ran out the food if you come at the end of the lunch, but still there's always something to eat and it's tasty. They have a good ambience and decorations

The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy the city centre and the private beach. The rooms are not the biggest but comfortable and provided with all the necessary accessories. Air conditioning system works just fine

I like their expresso machiattto..its one of my favorite and, of course, the view...they also have a very tasty sweet..Trigona it's called....you should definitely try it...

Have a safe and air conditioning. Wifi is not super fast, but acceptable speed. Bathroom is spacious, clean, problems with hot water and sewage was not a bidet
