The beach was beautiful, the pool was great, sunbeds on the beach were also okay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The food was indeed not very high-flown, but I think it was not the worst either

I've walked along the beach coast in Durres, and I can say this hotel is one of the best. The sunbeds were placed nicely, it looks really good compared to the left/right side beach. The staffs are all nice, and friendly

Great rooms and a good view of the coast. Room service ,valet parking. Workers speak foreign languages. Has a bar & restaurant on site. Its one of the most expensive places around here but it's worth it at the end.

Rooms very good standard, spacious and clean, with air conditioning. During our 10 days stay, there was 1 power outage for 2 hours, and 3-4 times there was no water for 1-2 hours

This place has a bad reputation for NO REASON- I came over from London with my mum and sisters, we had a great time :) The staff were all lovely and helpful, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean! Definitely check out the boulevard, there are some wonderful restaurants with a sea view to end your evening ♡ I think you need to enter this country with an open mind- they are still in development so be kind and respectful and you will get the same in return

The only thing that I was a little upset by is the fact that we couldn't use the sun loungers - they were put away again due to the end of season

We had a lovely 3 days at the Palace hotel and Spa. The room we had was a supreme sea view and was very spacious with excellent views of the sea. The staff was very welcoming and we would highly recommend this hotel.

From the airport we got a shuttle bus cost 600LEK each, which dropped us to the bus station. From there we got a taxi for 500lek which took us just up the road to the hotel

This is the first hotel after the port. The hotel it self is clean, with fresh deco, lacking is the customer service. You can get a bus from a street away into the centre

The location is excellent for shops, bars & restaurants. The hotels private beach is a 5 minute walk. What let’s the hotel down is the small overcrowded roof top pool. It’s more of a plunge pool than swimming pool

Empire Hotel’s buffet is very rich and just delicious! Empire beach bar is just amazing I feel like I am in Ibiza! Music, party and fun all the time 😍 We had delicious fancy cocktails at the beach bar

Would have been 5 star but few little niggles to share in the hope they can be corrected for others. As early in season none of the swimming pools were open. Again when asked when due to be open very vague responses
