It is a good decent resort hotel. Booked for 11 nights. Checked in on April 29th and checked out on May 10th. It was a bad experience to start then it was getting better day after day. We had a wonderful holiday with family. The weather was good, it was so refreshing. The hotel was smart, good breakfast too.

We had a problem on arrival with the reservation that did not appear in the hotel. I had to call the Italian assistance number but we had to wait several minutes incomprehensibly because I imagine they have a planning at the reception with the arrivals according to the reservations. Luckily then we found a girl from Puglia who unblocked the situation.

An amazing experience! The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is excellent. We had a great time and can't wait to come again.

We had a lovely 3 days at the Palace hotel and Spa. The room we had was a supreme sea view and was very spacious with excellent views of the sea. The staff was very welcoming and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Our first trip to Albania and we were in no way disappointed and that’s certainly the case with the Palace Hotel and Spa. From check in to check out we were impressed. Fantastic crew, one of the nicest hotel in Durres - daily cleaned, nice breakfasts, pools and SPA. We were very happy with our stay. Jacuzzi can be improved, inside pool is quite cold, but these are small details. Restaurant and drinks are good quality, prices are quite normal. We recommend to visit the view from the ballroom 🩷

This hotel had a simply great breakfast. the room with a balcony was comfortable and well-furnished. The location is good, on the beach. Nice pool and private beach access. Easy to access parking for the car. As with most Albanian hotels and restaurants, the staff are friendly but training could improve especially when it comes to being proactive.

We didn’t stay here but we did stop for lunch by the pool earlier today (16-Jan-24). Beautiful location, sat in the sun, with first class international cuisine being served. Staff spoke good English, hotel facilities we used were top notch and they accept credit/debit card for payment unlike a lot of establishments. All in all highly recommended.

Had a lovely two night stay here in durres. Staff were extremely helpful to us while we were there. One young lady (I'm sorry, i can't remember her name) was very helpful to us during our stay. The hotel is in a great location and is a few minutes walk from the amphitheatre and also the promenade along the shoreline.

Incredibly designed hotel. Excellent service, beautiful terrace for breakfast. Breakfasts to choose from the menu. There is parking. Clean, quiet with the windows closed. The Amphitheater was slightly visible from the window. There are all the necessary bathroom accessories, robes and slippers. There is a hammam on the first floor. Definitely recommend. 10/10

Lovely clean hotel, with a wonderful view of the sea and beach. The cleaners left the room very clean everyday. Breakfast was excellent. Bars and restaurants are nearby and reasonably priced. The resort was not too busy as we went in May, but weather was lovely and hot.

The hotel and staff are so nice, when I booked the hotel wasn’t too happy about it wasn’t expecting much but was blown away by the quality of service I got.
