We had a problem on arrival with the reservation that did not appear in the hotel. I had to call the Italian assistance number but we had to wait several minutes incomprehensibly because I imagine they have a planning at the reception with the arrivals according to the reservations. Luckily then we found a girl from Puglia who unblocked the situation.

Nice place to stay for several days. Breakfast was served in the restaurant that belonged to the hotel with a nice view of the beach, and with a polite staff. Very nice sunsets, and a plus that you have your "own" beach where it is free to use sun loungers. A bit of a busy road, so our room that was facing the road was quite quiet. But this is without a doubt a hotel we would visit again.

The hotel's in a great location, very close to the entrance to the city (big sculpture) and also very close to the beach, like a 2-3 minute walk. It's also pretty close to a shop called Coal where you can get most essentials. The beds are great to sleep in and the pillows are very fluffy. Everything works perfectly in the rooms and the WiFi works with really high speeds.

i'm in love with this hotel! everything is great - our room, swimming pool, meals (everything is tasty and fresh), bar (drinks are really tasty). staff is helpful and smiley, wifi works everywhere for wacation it was the best place for us, so i can recommend this hotel from all my heart

Very nice, clean rooms with a wonderful view. Great food with lavish buffet and specialized in fish. There is Wi-Fi shower and bide, big balcony with sitting. AC ,TV ect. All over is Well designed and spacious area with sunbeds and cane sunshades.

It's the best place for kids and family. You feel like it's a big family under the sun. It is so comfortable that you feel like you are in your own home. The food is so good you could have so many options to choose and the room is clean and nice the live music every night it's a plus on the top of A. You would not have any better place to choose.

We have been here two days now and the service is excellent, especially the Manager of the pool bar have given us the best service.

Lovely clean hotel, with a wonderful view of the sea and beach. The cleaners left the room very clean everyday. Breakfast was excellent. Bars and restaurants are nearby and reasonably priced. The resort was not too busy as we went in May, but weather was lovely and hot.

The hotel and staff are so nice, when I booked the hotel wasn’t too happy about it wasn’t expecting much but was blown away by the quality of service I got. Only thing is their bathroom is quite small but the hotel was amazing didn’t want to leave my birthday decoration was very beautiful they made me feel special and the staffs kept complimenting me.

Hotel in the position in front of the sea and excellent horrible the wellness center with a swimming pool impossible to use it as it has neither steps nor a ladder to go down incomprehensible fact never seen in all the swimming pools used all over the world. The outdoor pool is very large with a small one for children, but unfortunately also this impossible to use as all the ladders instead of steps...

I had an amazing time at Hotel Majestic with my husband. The restaurant food is so amazing. The service is also top notch. The hotel staffs always wearing smiling faces.. we met ERJON, a waiter at the restaurant who is very nice, and friendly, and helpful. He sorted out our food request. ERJON is definitely an asset to hotel majestic. Overall we had the most amazing stay there .

Great four night stay at this hotel with friends. The hotel has a bar, restaurant, free parking, spacious rooms, a swimming poole and is located right on the beach. The staff are very friendly and will help you with anything. The reception was manned 24 hours. The room had air conditioning and a mini bar with a fridge. Our room was clean and serviced every day.

Exceptional boutique hotel in a quiet location not too far from the main street north of the harbour. Great rooms, immaculately clean, nice beds and pillars. Staff are excellent and kind. Breakfast was plenty and varied. Everything was great for my three night stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful building in central but quiet position with the kindest staff you could meet. We were in touch directly via email and booked a king size room on high floor with a ‘view’ - see photo. Our family loved our stay and with kids aged 6,8 & 10 the 5 person family suite was perfect. Wonderful location with seaside views on the promenade of Durres with lots of restaurants and playgrounds. Super friendly staff, rooms overlooking the boulevard. Ask for an upgrade with a balcony. Near the city center wirh amphitheatre sns shopping streets. For a reasonable beach go north along the boulevard where there are some decent private beaches.

When you enter Hotel Arvi you are greeted by the nicest staff. Our room was really clean and fresh. Good hotel with a nice view at the front and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is included with plenty of choice and fresh ingredients. We stayed for 5 days and were very well looked after, thanks especially to Merri and the cleaning team!!

Excellent location on the sea front, this is a smart boutique hotel with good decor. The bedroom furniture is basic but the view makes up for this. We stayed one night and had dinner in the hotel which was excellent. However breakfast was disappointing as there were no facilities for toasting and no decaf coffee.

A very nice hotel for a one-night stay in Durres town centre before moving on to Golem for a beach stay. Excellently located along the sea front and within walking distance of ancient ruins and all local amenities. Good restaurant food too and an adequate breakfast.
