Area Hotel

Excellent. You cannot fault this friendly and clean hotel. The service is absolutely excellent. A team of personable and friendly staff treat you with such care and kindness. They seem to be on hand 24/7 and always ask how your day was and if they can do anything for you. It puts big 5* hotels to shame when you see a hotel like this and they really know how to make guests feel special. The girl on reception and lovely guy in the restaurant/bar went above and beyond. Secondly, the food, breakfast is a dream and they have great selection of healthy and fresh food. The ladies there are always smiling too. The rooms are modern and clean too. I enjoyed the pool too. The hotel is well located if you wish to walk to beaches etc, it is located on a busy road but you do not notice this in the rooms. I rarely post reviews but really wanted to express my pleasure and satisfaction about this experience. The hotel is great and I would so recommend it. Highly recommend this hotel. Just amazing 🤩! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel; far from the noise and 5-10 minutes walking to the most beautiful beaches. Staff were super host, kind and very professional and ready to help 24/7; owners, Albana & Artan were very friendly and they made us feel like at our own home. Erta, Miki and Martina at the reception were very helpful, always kind and smiling and guided us to the most beautiful beaches nearby or anything we needed; the waiter, Alexander always smiling and always ready to help on anything we needed. Breakfast-every single day fresh and various things including traditional Albanian food 🥘 and thanks to our amazing chef 👩‍🍳 Alda who also presented various cookies and fruits. Rooms super clean, every day clean towels and every second day clean sheets and they also washed our beach towels and gave us their owns. It will take me a week to write about this hotel, therefore I would give 7 stars. Forgot to mention the youngest hostess Roi who is the most cutest kid and very funny 🥰 and my daughter had a wonderful time. You will never regret if you choose this hotel.

The perfect location in Ksamil. The family is lovely. The pool, the room, the service and quality of the food and drinks is wonderful. My daughter and me are traveling alone. We had the junior suite with stunning view. Thanks a lot! We will come back for sure.

The Area Hotel and especially its staff were simply great! We enjoyed our stay there a lot, the rooms were nice, modern and clean, the breakfast was so delicious and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful.
The location is great as well, not too far away from the beach (but enough to not be bothered too much by the noise) and with many good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Having arrived at the the Area hotel unexpectedly having only booked a room 15 minutes earlier via the internet (see Manta Resort Hotel review). We received a warm welcome, the room was ready in 10 minutes and Ton even arranged a birthday cake for my partner.
The Area hotel sets high standards, from the light and airey room, super comfy bed to impeccable cleanliness.
Breakfast is plentiful and varied, changing daily, the home made cakes/pud's are a must.
To top this, there's nothing too much Ton, family and staff can do for you.
The beach is a 10 minute stroll away.
Just to make you aware, the hotel is on a busy road, so if you decide to have a day by the pool, at times there can be traffic noise; but don't let this put you off.
Great people, great hotel, we had a great stay.
