Went there very unhappy since redirected from the non-functional Ocean Hotel. Unfortunately the Bora Bora hotel has not yet taken their number away from the Ocean Hotel which makes the booking very confusing.
That being said, the Bora Bora Hotel was a very nice place to stay. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great in variety and quantity. Loved it. Any problem I had with the room was solved rapidly.
The location is perfect to drive out of town to the various beaches of Saranda and to walk to town in the evenings.
A place worthy to return.

A very professional and polite staff, very good and clean room. The hotel is very close to the sea and delicious food! I recommend this hotel if you want quality and great prices in Saranda. 👏🤝

The Hotel & workers are really good, polite & so helpfull that is a real joy to be here and they make you feel like you are home.
Room is super clean, like i didnt saw in some Hotels in which I was with more than 3 stars over Western Europe.
I had issue with fridge first day but issue was solved in less then 10 minutes.
I was really suprised how fast reaction was from Hotel staff really good job & thanks again.
Really amazed with always smiled people who are always ready to help and support.Very well organized staff in breakfast time so food is always enough for each guest.
All in all me and my wife have wonderfull time here and we recommend that anyone who come to Saranda should stay in this Hotel.
From us 5 stars and keep up with such an excelent & profesional job you do.

The owner attitude is so bad they are trying to win as much money as they can while you are there not trying to offer services so you can come back it is a shame.
The breakfast is below average while the dinner is dreadful. The only plus point is the cleaning lady but keep in mind in the most positive comment this is a below average one-star hotel.
