nice view is the only positive point.
the rooms are not really cleaned, at 9 a.m. nothing for breakfast,
no elevator to take up the suitcases, and no one comes to help us.
I would come back only for the view, the pool and the terrace .. the staff who take care of the deckchairs are friendly.

Service was horrible in general. Not even to start it off but there’s a incredibly cold river directly next to the shore that flows in with spring water and makes the ocean incredibly cold and unpleasant to swim in. It was not very sanitary and neither was the food. It was poorly made and I got a stomach bug/virus for a day as did the other people I was on this trip with. Toilet in the bathroom wasn’t even flushing and I had to poor water into it. The staff were very rude other than one girl that worked there. They were very impatient and jumpy and moody and often changes their minds about many things. I could go on and on, on how my experience at this hotel wasn’t pleasant. I’m giving it a one star because that’s the lowest the rating goes I’d give it half if I could. Do not recommend going here.

We were on the public part of the beach, but my 5-year old daughter put the towel between their sunbeds and the sea. The waiter with poor English speaking skills came and wanted me to leave that place saying only 'private beach', whereas there was nobody else there. If we used their sunbeds or umbrellas, then I would understand, but complaining when a child having own towel uses their small part of stone beach, then I cannot understand such selfish behaviour. Saranda is worth visiting and I encourage you to choose one of the nearly situated apartments.
