Absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel. Positioned one row back from the beach, with limited sea views, which is more than made up for by the staff. The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble for them. There’s a great roof top pool and bar area, which gets the sun in the afternoon. The room was small, but adequate. Each room has a balcony. Breakfast was included, with lots of choice.

Lovely hotel by the seaside. Chose the best suite on site and I am not disappointed at all. The jacuzzi was great, the bathroom left clean and the room kept tidy at all times. The sea view was also very much welcome, despite the slight obstruction by the construction sites.

A really nice hotel set just back from the coast. There is currently some construction going on infront of the hotel for some new apartments, it didn't affect us at all. The pool is on the roof of the hotel and although not the biggest, it is a really nice quiet area and as the hotel isn't the biggest, we never had issues with space. This hotel is modern and clean and the service is great. It is also a good location near to the sea front yet far enough away that is is quieter. The roof bar/pool is small, tables and chairs and only 8 sun beds but we never struggled to get one. The beach area is minutes away and a coupon from reception gets you free beds. Large room balcony on ground floor had great views on tall trees and good if you have mobility issues as runs straight out to pool one side and road entrance on the other. Bus to Corfu and Ipsos just outside. Very friendly staff and musical entertainment most nights. La Casa taverna good which is 5 minutes walk when you turn right from hotel.

It's not luxury, there are no expensive frivolities, it's simple, almost too simple, but it enjoys a fantastic location. The room with sea view balcony is perfect. In the midst of very high buildings it is a little pink candy in paradise. Kind and helpful owners who speak Italian.

I had a really good stay at Kraal. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The recepsionist at the front desk was super welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. It’s always nice when someone at the front desk actually seems happy to help. Made everything easy. Would totally stay here again!

Very clean rooms with really nice design, comfortable bed, new furniture and good look. Service is really great. We faced some issues in the room, but they were solved very quickly with exceeding our expectations. Personal is super-polite and friendly. Food is tasty, alcohol at bar is high-quality and cocktails are delicious. We are very satisfied.

We had a comfortable stay at Onorato Hotel. The public bus stops opposite the hotel, which made it easy to commute from the bus station. The room was large and had a washing line outside the window. A good hotel. Rooms cleaned on request, no problem. Room comfortable with AC and double bed. No problems checking in or out. Breakfast could be much more of a buffet with a choice, but can't complain at the price paid. Thank You for a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay, conveniently located for the beach, local restaurants and local shopping. The staff are exceptionally helpful, taking care of our requests and providing accurate information. After the last renovations, the place looks very upscale. The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant offers plenty of seating options and the food is very good. Parking is always challenging, but it is no different than everywhere else in the Albanian Riviera. There are steps that drop in the water. Although they are much safer than the previous option. It was a perfect weekend in Vlora, the weather and sea were great, and sleeping in a warm and cosy hotel like Ruby Palace near the Lungomare, made it even more perfect. The room was cosy and spacious, enough for my kids to feel comfortable. The staff was helpful at all time and their positivity was in quite another level. The breakfast was fresh and tasty also. The room had so much space, bed linen neat and beds very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had enough space but the showering area had no place to put our toiletry. I could see it once was there by the holes on the walls. There’s a quite a few restaurants downstairs so food wasn’t a problem to find. I’d definitely recommend the place.

This hotel was well located and easy walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel staff were very helpful. Parking was free. We did not eat at the hotel but it does have a small restaurant that looked popular. I also thought the price of the room was very good value.

Situated a walk from the beach and restuarants. Staff friendly and helpful in reception and the bar. The food was very poor, unlike everywhere else we had stayed and eaten. This is obviously an overnight stay hotel for tours and it shows in the standard of food. Breakfast had plenty of choice but it was difficult to access. This modern hotel was just okay as an overnight stopover on a road trip north to south. A huge building with quite a sterile atmosphere. My room was very noisy but it was a good size and very clean. Compared to the many charming characterful guest houses all over Albania this place was not for me.

Hidden gem, we stayed in room 106 .. If you want a super comfortable bed ( super comfortable), great service, great breakfast at a reasonable price , them look no further. Don't let the area discourage, the hotel is new and modern with superfast Internet.
