Hotel Vlora Priam, Affiliated by Melia in Vlore

It was crazy to spend the weekend at the Vlore hotel. The view was fantastic like an Albanian beauty. The food and drinks had a terrible view and once came with an unpleasant aroma.
Nothing was to be appreciated from the hospitality of the staff. Complaints did not know where to go and they brought alcohol shots as an apology, a very low action. As a girl in a new unvisited country I felt robbed, lost and dissatisfied. Small places had better service at Vlore.
Nothing was functional like the Gym, SPA, Rooms, Toilets.
I had to walk through the rain to reach a nice Lounge to see but extremely noisy and chaotic Hall ruins the mood, uninspired food and drink options. I don't know why my friends recommended that place to me I wouldn't do it.

This was definitely the worst experiences I had in a "5 star hotel," actually even worse than 3 and 4 star hotels I've stayed at... The staff struggles speaking and understanding English and were often very rude with me. The rooms are small, and the cleaning staff only vacuum our room once during our entire stay (7 nights) and kept forgetting to restock the wc guest amenities such as toilet paper and shower gel. To finish this horrible experience, at check-out, they tried to charge for minibar consumption when nothing was consumed from there as I had an all-inclusive package from my travel agency.

The hotel itself was fine albeit not 5 stars.
However if you're a foreigner don't come here! The service is awful and they will try to rob you by saying that you've used the minibar when that is not true and will call the police if you don't pay!
