The Westin Melbourne

We had a wonderful stay! It was a very easy check in and our room was ready really early. Room itself was clean and spacious. Loved the little balcony:) Top location with everything walking distance! Breakfast had a great selection, good coffee as well!
But mainly staff is really lovely! They just go above and beyond:)

I stayed here for two nights during the Australian Open and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the Melbourne CBD. The location is incredible. The hotel is within walking distance from many great restaurants and bars, roughly a ten minute walk to the Australian Open city entrance. As for the hotel itself, they offer free bottled water both in the lobby and in the room, a “rain” shower, very comfortable bed, two bottles of sparkling water for gold elite members as a welcome gift, plenty of umbrellas (which came in handy for a rainy morning in Melbourne). Overall, great hotel with great customer service. Everyone was very friendly and the pool area was quiet and wonderful. Five star experience

I stayed at this hotel in 2023 for the Australian open. I liked it so much but I decided to stay again this year for the Australian Hoen. Beautiful, beautiful hotel with large rooms and unbelievable service. Plus as a bonus the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended.

Have had many stays in Sydney Westin so time to give Melbourne Westin a go.
Nice clean room, comfy bed, luxurious bathroom, modern room with a nice view of a court yard.
Light breakfast, coffee and drinks down stairs. (Alot of crumbs on the floor and stains on the velvet sofas is not a good look for a five star hotel though)
Sydney Westin has a more luxurious feeling and better maintenance (Melbourne had a lot of scratched plastered walls in the hallways) but still a nice stay at the Melbourne Westin

It's a beautiful and luxurious room with a great view of the street. I liked how polite and professional the staff was. I only had one complaint, the concierge didn't help us get a doctor's visit on a Saturday when my wife fell sick. While I know it was hard, I was hoping that the hotel had a regular doctor.

The stays and experiences were great. As a Marriott Gold Elite member, i enjoyed the late 2pm checkout and the complimentary drinks at the lounge. The valet parking was efficient and easy. The lobby staffs were friendly and professional. The city view rooms were fantastic.

There are still rooms for improvement, however, i'm planning to stay in this hotel in many of my regular trips to Melbourne.

We went to the Weston for the high tea. It was in the foyer seating, which was nice and airy. The food was great, generous portions and tasty, drinks were also great and plentiful, and the staff were attentive. Very kid friendly, my two had an absolute ball

Great hotel breakfast. Spacious suite room. Love the double sink bathrooms! Gym gets the job done and offers pool, steam room, and sauna! Location is perfect for exploring the city by feet. Wonderful service and would recommend!
