Had a wonderful stay at Westin. Quality family time

We booked two rooms but the hotel front desk showed that they were two orders and were not arranged together in advance. When we arrived at the front desk, we asked to arrange them temporarily on the same floor. There was a Chinese-speaking person at the front desk, and the communication was relatively smooth. We hoped that the toiletries could be of better quality. The quilt was too thick and the location was good. The hotel said that if we had a note to arrange the two rooms nearby, it would also depend on the platform settings to determine whether the hotel could see the guest's note. Ctrip customer service said that if we booked two rooms, we needed to tell Ctrip customer service in advance, and Ctrip would contact the hotel to see if they could be arranged nearby. Maybe there is room for improvement in the connection between the platform and the hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of Melbourne, with convenient transportation. It is 5 minutes away from the train station and just across the road is St. Paul's Church. The hotel's front desk service is enthusiastic, the business is proficient, and the breakfast is rich.

It is indeed old, the bed is not as comfortable as in China, the toiletries such as toothbrushes are also average, the restaurant is also very small, the breakfast has few varieties, and the service is OK. Overall, it is not as good as the 400 yuan hotel in China, it is just a little bit worse in every aspect, and it feels like it has not kept up with the times.

We had a wonderful stay! It was a very easy check in and our room was ready really early. Room itself was clean and spacious. Loved the little balcony:) Top location with everything walking distance! Breakfast had a great selection, good coffee as well!

I stayed here for two nights during the Australian Open and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the Melbourne CBD. The location is incredible. The hotel is within walking distance from many great restaurants and bars, roughly a ten minute walk to the Australian Open city entrance. As for the hotel itself, they offer free bottled water both in the lobby and in the room, a “rain” shower, very comfortable bed, two bottles of sparkling water for gold elite members as a welcome gift, plenty of umbrellas (which came in handy for a rainy morning in Melbourne). Overall, great hotel with great customer service. Everyone was very friendly and the pool area was quiet and wonderful. Five star experience
