Agoda costumer service contacted me and the owner. Agoda is willing to approve the full refund, it is the choice of the owner not to refund. The refund request was sent 1 minute after the booking, as the dates introduced were wrong (4 months away). Absolutely unreasonable.
The location is excellent. The building and apartment had no personality with rules and fines everywhere. Our room was pretty noisy! Right next to the office so I could hear music and guests coming and going. It also had the garbage chute right outside my door. You could hear service pipes, water rushing through the walls like waste water etc. The kitchen had minimal utensils making cooking hard. Also it wasn't particularly clean. Anything above eye level had lots of heavy dust.
My biggest gripe and I kinda got the vibe they would do this, NO Duvet covers.... I alway find issues when these places use the fold sheets around a common duvet method. Apparently it saves a few seconds making the bed. What it actually does is cause high hygiene related issues because it always comes undone leaving you snuggling into a dirty unwashed duvet. Im a sweater to I feel sorry for the next person. Also unless you have been trained on how to make a bed like this, with out housekeeping it's impossible to make your bed every day. For that reason alone I would never come back. I need hygiene and a proper duvet cover that protects you. Some places say they wash the duvet every time but that's not true.
Horrible horrible horrible. Also the cups were dirty in the room and the heater was broken and made loud noises all night long
I feel sorry for the staff who work here. Definitely dodgy and illegal stuff happening here.

On the positive side, the location was convenient, and the apartment had a washing machine, which was very useful for doing laundry.
Overall, while there were some practical advantages, the lack of cleanliness and comfort left room for improvement.
Apart from the above, all was good. It had been a great stay. I would recommend my friends to stay here. Love the dishwasher, washing machine.
