Every-time we spend the night in Ruse, we choose Riga. That being said, it could be a much, much better hotel if it had better management.
For us, it is super attractive because:
- location, on the banks of the river;
- views are amazing, especially the sunset;
- it is an iconic building, with its high rise, brutalist architecture;
- PET FRIENDLY;
Not so great:
- it is obvious that management is not the best;
- it is rated as a 4* hotel, but expect 3* quality and service;
- breakfast;
- poor quality of everything that is new: furniture, decorations, doors, windows;

New refurbished and comfortable room. Good services . Nice breakfast.

Is a nice hotel I will recommend for more good breakfast (very poor at the moment)better pillows at the room and please more clean windows at all the places!! Thank you !

The hotel is nice, the rooms look nice and clean. Good location with a big parking lot. Good value.

Note the panoramic restaurant is for large group booking only. They are also refurbishing some of the floors and areas are closed, it could be excellent in the future

I had a clean, modern room, nice shower and view to the river. No fridge to keep things cool.

Amazing staff - especially on reception. Always smiling, with positive attitude and makes you feel welcome. Makes your stay and mornings on a working trip pleasant. The hotel itself is very tidy, renovated and the river view is a plus. If you’re traveling for work I would highly recommend.

It's location was awesome!! You can see and walk through the beautiful Danube River, so you should stay there

Perfect place to stay in Ruse. Just have in mind that out side the season in Sunday not all restaurants are open

The hotel is a 3 star more than a 4. The building is very, very old, and although there are areas that are being updated, you can appreciate the passing of the years. The hot water did not come to the shower. The breakfast is very basic, and without too many options. Well located next to the Danube.
