Very nice hotel with perfect service! We stayed as family with a baby in studio-suite for ten days. It is clean, very friendly staff, good wellness area and good food/beverages. Room service was offered free of charge for the breakfast. Just perfect! Thx a lot, we will come back again for sure.

Stayed in there for the duration of my cousin wedding and I was amazed from the Luxury and specious room. In a very quiet area which helped for better sleep. The whole small town is very calm and relaxed. They had their own mineral small pool which I managed to use as well. Definitely I will visit again when I go back.

The people are very friendly and helpfull. I was having trouble getting my medicine for astma and the hotel manager arranged for me to get my medicine with her local pharmacy. Amazing service. The rooms where very clean and cozy. Shower and toilet were looking great as if new. They take great care of their facility. If you want to know anything about the neighborhood they will take the time to tell...

The hotel is very cosy with lovely pools, baths, massage. It is very near the big town park. The air in Bankya is amazing. Staff is very helpful. Super relaxing. We were also lucky that there were only four people in the whole hotel due to rising numbers of Covid infections in the country. All measures were applied: masks, distancing, desinfection, heavily chlorinated pool ... Not ideal, but it felt...

Nice hotel in a quiet location. The room was clean, there was a bathroom with toilet and hot water, a balcony. The food was more than wonderful and is being cooked at the moment, the owners are kind. I recommend it!

The rooms are tidy and clean, the shared toilet is not visible on the Booking, the rooms are a bit prepaid, you have the feeling... as if someone already lives there... the lady of the house is nice, but she doesn't speak English... the problem is that it's about 20 minutes to the center of Bankye ... if you want to go to dinner on a dusty and broken road without a sidewalk ... points down ... if you...

Tremendeous place. Quiet and clean. The rooms are spacious and have terraces with breathtaking views. A breakfast made from home grown fruits and vegetables served by the lovely host is the icing on the cake.

Very nice and cozy accomodation. Located in a village near Sofia, far from everything, not a very friendly area, although safe. Used it for 1 night transit. Very clean, good traditional breakfast, the host was very nice amd good service. Very good value for money

This hotel is undergoing renovation. It will be managed by Italians to offer a nice and very familiar environment for the Italians who will go to Sofia. It is located in Gorna Banya, a reserved place outside the city cause. Hotel Fency is located outside the center of Sofia, but in a short time you can go downtown.

Good price for a room. Rooms were small and mostly clean. Chairs on the balcony would be nice. Sleepy neighborhood. Nice view on Vitosha mountain. Mineral water spring in the front with very good water. Close to the park in front is a very good bakery with delicious banitsa and the Serbian grill around the corner serves the best Tarator for 1,40leva.

We booked trough booking.com a double room with a child’s crib. Upon viewing the rooms we selected a different one - more spacious. The lady upgraded us with no extra charge. It was very clean, spacious and quiet. The rooms lack fridge, electric kettle and ac, but for the price and the fact you are in the downtown area, I would not complain. It was a pleasant stay.

Great views! People say it's a little old fashioned but that's good! Good beds for resting. Big building with easy parking around. And the price.. Can't be matched

Stayed here because my dog needed to go to the vetenarian clinic. Which is really close to the hotel. It was a 12 leva surcharge for pets which was very reasonable. The room was clean. And the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was totally adequate. Also it was very practical for me that they run a restaurant.

Quite old, but clean interior. Room also was clean, with comfortable beds, but equipped not so good. No electric kettle or single tea bag I expected a little more from the breakfast - the choice of "dishes" was rather small, however it was only 3€. Very, very nice views from hotel room. I can recommend it - average standard for fair, not big price

+ It is a good and cheap place if you are in transit. The rooms are renovated and the beds are pretty comfortable. - The staff wasn't friendly and there is no hotel parking, just public parking

I recommend it, I am very satisfied, the staff is great, there is also Wi-Fi, as soon as I entered the room it smelled of flowers. Just unique. Worth every penny.

A tiny bit expensive, hot water take time to come and no shampoo or soap given. The owners seem friendly and the room was quite spacious.

The owner is a nice lady who waited for me for a late check-in and even cooked me dinner. The rooms are cosy with everything necessary. The hotel is a good recommendation for a short business trip to Sofia. You are getting a good value for the money.

Staying here every single time when in Sofia. Clean, spacious villas with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room. Lot's of room, small back garden, parking. Animals allowed, good service, decent prices. The only thing I don't like is that they don't have big double beds, so they push two small beds together to make one big one. Would recommend this place and definitely​ will stay again.

I was în the location 6 days ago, winter time. On the reception there was closed, but I have found someone to do my check-in on the restaurant. The location is very beautiful, the apartament very nice, TV, Wi-Fi, enough large rooms, all în all a location to spend few days.

Its well maintained, albeit a little vintage. Nice pool, calm surroundings. Good for a sunny afternoon during the summer. Service is bad though. Slow and sometimes a little "edgy". If you are there for the pool - you'll be fine. Anything else, not so much.

comfortable, spacious, clean and right off the motorway, yet you can get a good night’s sleep (although you can hear some of the freight vehicles cleaving the nearby carpark in the early hours). dog friendly and the restaurant was opened late. we got charged for parking although they said it was free for guests with cars (we were driving a minivan).

It is OK for a one night stay, if you are just passing through. The included breakfast is more of a snack than a breakfast. As a caution: the spoken English at the reception is very, very limited and there is no way to pay by card (no POS)

The rooms should be taken care of a little bit more...and definitely changing towels when rooms are booked!!!! Staff didn't cared about our stay... No towel change...no sheets changed...no toilet paper!!!! Beside the restaurant i don't recommend staying here!!!! They take only cash

The place interior is baroque and has a pool table and excellent wine. The service is very nice. And we are very pleased with our visit.

The man was nice to us and there was no problem, even though we arrived at 3 AM because of the flight. The floor is a bit dirty and the bathroom needs renovation, but with the rooms there is no problem. Despite the low temperatures outside, we slept comfortably thanks to the thermal windows that the house has and the continuous heating. Recommended to spend a night and get out of trouble.

You have a room in a shared flat. there is a kitchen, restroom, bathroom with toilet and separated toilet at my floor. the kitchen is not really clean and there is not so much dishes. the owner is really nice, we were early and it was ok :) he gives you towels. this is shared... so everything depend on the others users.

Super nice... the beds are king size and there is a hint of chic and "expensive" everywhere, but the food in the restaurant is really expensive. There is a market nearby and everything is great.
