The best place to stay!

The people are very friendly and helpfull. I was having trouble getting my medicine for astma and the hotel manager arranged for me to get my medicine with her local pharmacy. Amazing service. The rooms where very clean and cozy. Shower and toilet were looking great as if new. They take great care of their facility. Family owned hotel, nice and cozy for a little vacation

The conditions could be significantly better, but I won't elaborate.

Nice hotel in a quiet location. The room was clean, there was a bathroom with toilet and hot water, a balcony. The food was more than wonderful and is being cooked at the moment, the owners are kind. I recommend it!

The desk received us at 2 A.M. and was speaking english fluently. The room was clean. Good place to stay for a night, the price was low.

The hotel is very cosy with lovely pools, baths, massage. It is very near the big town park. The air in Bankya is amazing. Staff is very helpful. Super relaxing. We were also lucky that there were only four people in the whole hotel due to rising numbers of Covid infections in the country. All measures were applied: masks, distancing, desinfection, heavily chlorinated pool ... Not ideal, but it felt...

Very nice hotel with perfect service! We stayed as family with a baby in studio-suite for ten days. It is clean, very friendly staff, good wellness area and good food/beverages. Room service was offered free of charge for the breakfast. Just perfect! Thx a lot, we will come back again for sure.

Stayed in there for the duration of my cousin wedding and I was amazed from the Luxury and specious room. In a very quiet area which helped for better sleep. The whole small town is very calm and relaxed. They had their own mineral small pool which I managed to use as well. Definitely I will visit again when I go back.

Tremendeous place. Quiet and clean. The rooms are spacious and have terraces with breathtaking views. A breakfast made from home grown fruits and vegetables served by the lovely host is the icing on the cake.

Very nice and cozy accomodation. Located in a village near Sofia, far from everything, not a very friendly area, although safe. Used it for 1 night transit. Very clean, good traditional breakfast, the host was very nice amd good service. Very good value for money

Every time we walk in Bankya, we eat something in the restaurant. I can recommend you French stewed vegetables with french fries or veal tongue in butter ... for example ... It's very tasty 😋

Family hotel in the center of Bankya. There is a cozy nice restaurant and a lovely Viennese lounge / coffee place, as well as an outdoor terrace over the river where it is cool and enjoyable in the summer. He is fine. In winter the heating is at the level, hot water as you like, let it be cold outside!

Feedback only for the restaurant. Something like a cafe-restaurant is. Central location in Bankya. And a coffee to drink, to eat it - no problem. No one frowns on the bill. They have several tables out, a little loud and dusty out of the street on weekends. Otherwise the waiter came quickly, the order too. The hosts are a young family, very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at the top apartment, which is spacious, has two balconies and a nice view on the front area and the back garden.
