Best Western Plus Bristol Hotel

Just wanted to give a shout-out to the staff of this hotel for finding my passport in the room and calling us hurriedly about it. There are some really good people working in this spot and I’m so grateful to have had such a great time in this hotel. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was nice (drank too much coffee maybe that’s why I left my passport there :D) and the staff went above and beyond to help me check for allergens in the breakfast items.

Stayed for 1 night before moving on from Sofia. Good hotel, helpful staff, nothing special. Good location, can walk everywhere and street is quiet. Great water pressure and big bathroom.

Good value hotel. Very helpful Reception staff. Breakfast Good and varied. The hot option could have been hotter. Shame the hotel bar was never open.

What a great find. Clean rooms, good place and affordable price. The person at the desk is always smiling and professional, helped as a few times when we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect spot in the middle of the centre. We arrived at 00.30 and still found a smiling guy behind the reception who was kindly enough to help us with everything, even arranged some kind of lunchbag and didn't fear the cold (minus 8 degrees) to guide us to the parking spot .... chapeau 👍.
The room was better then expected, bed was perfect and the shower had enough power to wash a truck... so no complains at all.

Nice small hotel about 10 minutes from metro station and 25 minutes from center of sofia. Quite space. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast buffet very good.

Decent hotel a little dated but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold foods. Fruit juice and hot drinks. Great value for money. Just a wee bit out of town centre.

The Hotel was one of the cheapest for the time. The location is generally great, the city center and the Metro are to be reached by a short walk. Only downside of the location is the loud Trams right infront of the Hotel, could be inconvenient for everyone sleeping with an open window. The room was clean, nothing was broken and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good and fresh, but the selection of bread wasnt great. All in all a solid choice
