VIKO Boutique Apart Hotel

I stayed at VIKO Boutique Apart Hotel and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. The room was clean and well-appointed, with all the amenities, I needed for my stay. The Hotel facilities, including delicious breakfast , were very well maintained and the service was outstanding. Special thanks to the Manager of the Hotel, who was committed to keeping customers happy. She was constantly available for any questions and assistance, and resolved any issues, in the fastest way. The location of the hotel is perfect. Overall, I highly recommend VIKO Hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, exceptional service and excellent conditions. Thanks to all the staff for my excellent stay!

Lovely big room with kitchen and lots of space for working too. Check-in and out very quick and efficient. Quiet location but very central. Helpful and efficient staff. Great breakfast and special kudos to the man who was looking after me every morning in dining room - very kind and friendly.

Excellent hotel! I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel in December 2023! The facilities are great - they provide you with everything you need to feel comfortable! The staff were always helpful and well behaved. The breakfast was varied- there are options for every taste! It’s perfect for being both in a calm and quiet area where you can relax and be within a 10min walk from the vibrant city centre!

Reviewing this hotel is pretty much just a list of positivity, first was the price, three nights for £249 for what was a massive room (open room with spacious areas with large bed, a seating area with large settee, a dining area to seat 4 and fully equipped kitchen and a good sized bathroom). We got access to the room when we arrived, before our scheduled check in time which is always nice. Reception was very helpful and even gave us an umbrella to use when Sofias weather took one of its turns. With the hotel only having 25 rooms it was quiet and you rarely saw other visitors apart from at breakfast. Ah breakfast, another positive, again for so few people the choice was that of a much larger hotel, cereals, cooked breakfast items, continental breakfast items as well as salmon, yoghurts and pastries all of which made it a great way to start the day. The hotel is located close to the centre with pretty much anywhere accesible via the tram or underground in a short time. Alternatively taxis are cheap as well. As you can see I loved this place, it surpassed any expectation I had, pretty much like Sofia itself.

This was an extremely friendly and comfortable place. The breakfast is good, the rooms comfortable and clean. Best of all Daisy and her staff could not have been more helpful. I was here for 3 months and I must say it feels like leaving home as I return to the US.

I stayed at this hotel for three months. My ENTIRE stay, from the moment I arrived, to the moment I left for the airport, was nothing short of FABULOUS. The hotel is super clean and modern. My room had the perfect amount of ventilation. I could open the windows if I needed some air, and I could turn on the heat to my liking. My favorite part was that the bathroom had HEATED floors! Such a special treat on those cold, snowy mornings! The staff at the hotel are extremely kind and accommodating. They attended to my every need and want. Even though I was 6,600 miles from home, I felt like I was home at the Viko. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much Viko Hotel for an amazing stay!

I can't recommend this hotel more highly. It was the first stop in Bulgaria for our family of four and it truly felt as if we moved into an apartment. We even did laundry (which was in the room) a couple of times, just because we could and so that when we left Sofia all of clothes would be clean. Parking is on-site and they even discounted it for me. The breakfast is amazing (and included) and every single one of the staff members was pleasant and helpful. We had a nice balcony with a great view, multiple TVs, and room was immense. Everything in the hotel was spotless and luxurious.
