on the positive side the mattress of the beds, the view from the rooms and the furniture of the rooms. On its negatives the long wait in the elevators due to their incorrect programming, the small variety of breakfast while it is a 4* hotel, long waits at the coffee machines, and while it looked clean there were hairs from the cleaning staff every day in the bathroom and not detailed cleaning of the sanitary ware .

The hotel has good rooms, recently renovated.
The problem is that they have the heating set at 27° C or higher, in early may, and you can’t lower it. When we asked the front desk, the bellboy very rudely told us there is no air conditioning, and if we were hot just to open the window. All of our group complained about how hot the rooms were.
Also we asked for a bottle of water, and was told there is no water at night, because there lock the room.

The breakfast buffet only has ONE coffee machine, for a hotel this size, and you will have to make a 20 min queue if you want one.
There is close to no service, and rude for a hotel this size, only one person attending the breakfast.

Also, the bathroom design in the recently renovated rooms, is really bad, when you take a shower the water goes everywhere, except for the drain, because the one in our room was clogged.
