We visited the rooftop bar without being hotel guests. I admit I had greater expectations. The pool is nice but there is no bar at that level. The bar is at the lower level. The view is nothing special - just old and ugly blocks of flats. About the bar - we found it difficult to order anything that is non-alcoholic. The bar offers no food, drinks only.

It was very nice, luxurious by my standards and the people there were great! Had a great chat with some foreign students as well!

We just visited the rooftop terrace for drinks- which has stunning views over the mountains, great place to watch the sunset. The staff are very friendly and it’s a very funky cool design inside.

The restaurant is absolutely astonishing! Best dessert i have ever had - pressed watermelon. 🍉 The food is so fresh and made in front of you by 3-4 chef cooks! The atmosphere is very modern, everything is built with a lot money and style in mind.

Great hotel and friendly staff. The room exceeded my expectations. Sometimes you see a nice room in a picture but in real life it doesn't meet your expectations...this was not the case. Large room and tons of light coming in in the morning for room 509. Would stay here again. Only 20ish minutes to downtown using the subway.

I have stayed here for half a year. The place is great, cleaning is always up to date, the staff is friendly and cooperative. Food and drinks are good and the city center is very accessible with the tram stop in front of the door. Highly recommended!

Vibrant ambience, high-quality kitchen for a very reasonable price 👌 Modern styled, roughly 6 minutes from the city centre with tram or metro. The tramstop is straight in front of the hotel. The rooftop bar is a good place to work a bit during the day and to enjoy the busy bar in the evening with an amazing view🏔

Pool/rooftop review;
Unfortunately, the hotel has decided to make its pool from now on only accessible to hotel guests, which therefore instantly killed Sofia's most unique home office spot with the option of cooling down in a pool while working.
I can understand that the hotel wants to prevent overcrowding at the place, but I personally have never seen the place full last summer.
Unfortunately this is another good example of unused potential in Bulgaria. The combination with the lunch menu in the restaurant below was awesome and I loved my home office days there, leaving colleagues jealous in front of their computer.
Having it advertised as an option for remote working last year, it's now closed instead of e.g. adding more power outlets to make the old place a 11/10.
A pity, as I'd be the first one coming back if it's open to normal day guests again.

Amazing place for all your senses!
The food is delicious and beautiful, the place is great for Home office, just for a lunch, romantic dinner and even for a cocktail night out on the rooftop! Definitely the best place to be in the hood.
