Tropics Hotel in Sveti Vlas

Have stayed a week in the hotel. Very happy in all respects - food, room, cleanness, pools, etc. Everything was perfect! Shall visit again!

- good variety of foods (the food is really good and well-cooked), plenty of bars/restaurants - private beach - water slides - very nice rooms (and spacious), daily proper cleaning - entertaining shows during the evenings

The hotel is very organized and extremely clean. The dining room was rich with variety and also spotless. The pools were nice, but the chlorine levels were far too high, which caused damage to our clothes as well as other guests’—black clothes even turned red. It was very disappointing to have to throw clothes away because of this. The bar service was good, especially in the lobby where the staff provided the best service with a smile. Hopefully, the chlorine issue in the pool will be fixed. The rooms were very clean, and the housekeeping staff always replaced our sheets, even for the baby’s crib. We were very pleased with the cleanliness overall

This hotel exceeded all expectations. The layout, condition, cleanliness, location, food, staff, entertainment and climate were all 10/10. But what really sets it apart is harder to describe - the whole experience somehow feels greater than the sum of its parts. With around 350 rooms, the hotel is large enough to offer everything you need, but never felt busy or overcrowded. There was always space to relax, and the atmosphere remained calm and welcoming throughout our stay. I'm 50, my children are 9 and 7. I would say it was thebest hotel I've ever stayed in. We never go back to the same resort, but I am seriously considering it for next year.

We stayed for 2 weeks at the Voya Beach Resort. All was perfect ! We won't hesitate to comeback. Don't change you have a wonderful hotel and very good services and staff is perfect.

Dream vacation at Voya Beach Resort – impeccable service, refined cuisine, and a relaxing atmosphere. A place where you feel pampered from the very first moment and can’t wait to return.

The resort is 5 star. No question on the quality of the food and how clean it is. I have a few suggestions for management on improving the hotel which I hope they will take on board. (This was our 2nd visit). Security - This needs improvement. I caught several children climbing the water slide and despite the 50+ cameras the security guard was just sat watching his phone. The back gate is also being left open during the day time with no challenge to check wrist bands.. anyone could walk in if they wanted. Entertainment - The team are very good. Shout out to mr shaky shaky who is the star of the show! I feel the resort could make investment to improve the entertainment more as it takes itself a bit too serious. - Inflatable obstacle course in the main pool twice a week? - Foam party would be good - Darts for general play rather then having to wait for 4pm - More seating is needed in the showtime area in summer as it gets too busy. Food - Please can you put lemon slices next to the Coca Cola machine? Many people like lime or lemon in their drinks but it’s only placed in catch at about 11.30am randomly next to the melon. Bubble Tea - Please introduce bubble tea. Water Fridge - The water bottles in the street area are too large bottles. People drink a few sips and then it gets hot in the sun and goes in the bin. Also have a water bottle fridge please. Putting the ice over them doesn’t work as too many bottles are being picked up and the new bottles going out are warm. It’s also hard to tell which bottles are new (warm) and which are cold as they’re not rotated well. Coca Cola Machine - Please add a fizzy drinks machine OUTSIDE catch by the ice cream area. This would stop people having to walk into catch to get a fizzy drink. Ice Cream Portions - The size of the serving is too big. Some staff are filling the entire tub and it’s too much. Pools - Could water feature be added to the kids pool such as a small waterfall or bubbles? A hot tub in the adult area would be good. Mini Fridge - Please add Coca Cola Zero to the mini fridge. Both drinks are full sugar which a lot of people don’t drink. Gym Hours - Since our last visit the gym now closes at 7pm rather then 10pm. This is a shame as some people like to workout later on a night. Beach Area - The beach area is good, however, the man clearing the beach takes food/drinks that are still full or being used without asking and puts the umbrella down. Very annoying. Mediterranean @ Catch - This doesn’t seem to be popular and is very much a repeat of other food just served posher. Personally I’d say this would be better as a personalised pizza restaurant on a night. Have a selection of toppings and small personalised pizzas and make them to order.. would be ideal for kids and you could offer a large pizza for a family to share and also a takeaway box for left overs… you could also offer fries and garlic bread.

In July 2025, we spent 8 unforgettable days at Voya Beach Resort and were extremely satisfied with everything - the location, service, food, drinks, room and beach were at the highest level. The hotel offers peace, comfort and perfect conditions for a real vacation, just as we dream of it. We liked it so much that without any hesitation we decided to come back again at the end of August for another week of relaxation. For us, Voya Beach Resort is now synonymous with the perfect summer vacation!

When I first entered the hotel I wasn’t greeted with a welcome drink.My first day I had dealings with a new manager at reception that was extremely unprofessional and from the way he spoke to me I wanted to leave the hotel immediately and told him this and he didn’t seem to care . He didn’t listen, spoke over me and has no communication skills whatsoever so my initial experience was negative but I asked to be escalated to a manager . Teodor, the general manager listened to my issues and dealt with them immediately and he came across extremely professional and had a lovely manner - a true gentleman and real manager and this is the reason I stayed and absolutely loved the hotel . The food is above any other all inclusive and has themed nights every night . There was a Costa coffee which was superb , a sandwich bar , a gelato bar , a waffle place , a lunch area . Anything you can think of - they have it ! The level of cleaning and service is nothing I’ve ever seen before - as soon as you finish a plate of dinner it’s taken away and not a crumb to be seen on the floor . The staff are excellent and it’s the most spotless hotel I’ve ever seen . Every area is cleaned all day long . The wine included I felt was low quality and was a disappointment as I didn’t enjoy it at all and therefore couldn’t drink most days. There’s an adults pool which I loved and a few smaller pools . I absolutely loved the hotel beach and the little hut that you could order drink and snacks at the beach . I’d say this hotel is more for families with kids and we felt a bit out of place there with no kids .Not much for adults in the evening entertainment wise - it’s mainly focused on children and for this reason I probably wouldn’t return . A superb place though for families with kids and everything was top class !

We had an unforgettable experience at Voya Resort, and we can’t recommend it enough — especially for families! From the start, the resort was spotless. Every area, from the rooms to the restaurants and pools, was immaculately clean. The housekeeping team deserves special praise — they clearly take pride in maintaining a high standard, and it made our stay feel safe and relaxing. The service was consistently outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was helpful, kind, and always had a smile. Whether we needed extra towels or restaurant recommendations, the team was quick and genuinely eager to assist. The food selection was amazing — such a wide variety at every meal! There was truly something for everyone, from fresh salads and grilled meats to international dishes and fun desserts for the kids. Speaking of kids — this place is a paradise for families. There were so many activities for children of all ages: arts and crafts, games, kid-friendly shows, and more. Our little ones were entertained and engaged every single day. And the pools… absolutely stunning! Multiple pools across the resort, each more beautiful than the last. Whether you wanted to lounge with a drink or splash with the kids, there was the perfect spot for every mood.
