MPM Hotel Orel - Ultra All Inclusive

We had a fantastic stay! The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main strip but far enough for peace and quiet when you want it. The beds were comfortable and our rooms as cleaned and fresh towels were provided. The staff were perfect, anything we asked for they were always willing to help. There was enough choice within the food and there was something for everyone.

We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of August, it was a nice stay, but not sure if I would come again. I deducted a star for the big minuses mentioned below.

Hotel room:
Rooms are small, but they look very nice and the beds are tall and comfy. Same goes for the bathroom, very small, but loved the hot water and the water pressure on the shower. The only problem was that the ventilation didn't seem to work, and it was very moist inside as it was difficult to air out. We also had a balcony towards the city which was nice for fresh air and drying clothes (although very windy).
The rooms were clean, but they didn't clean them daily. The bedsheet was never changed during our stay. We had to wait for 3 days for them to change the beach towels and, on the last day, we ran out of shower gel, as they only refilled them once during our stay. But there was always staff on the hotel floor, I'm sure they would have served us if we had asked them to.
The rooms were pretty quiet, the noise from outside didn't bother us at all. However, there were some loud children staying at the hotel, and they did wake us up a few times when screaming on the hallway.

Hotel food:
Diversified food and tasty veggies and fruits, but some trays were always empty (like pancakes); A lot of times it would get overcrowded in the restaurant.
Horrible coffee throughout the entire area. We just weren't able to find a decent coffee anywhere.

Hotel area:
Staff was kind and helpful, no complaint here;
Cocktails were just juice, like in most all inclusive and a lot of times we had to stay in a line to get a drink (even for water);
Big downside for us was that everything closed down at 11pm. They would close the bar and even kick us out of the pool area, they basically sent everyone to bed;
The wifi at the hotel was bad, it just randomly stopped working at times, luckily we had mobile data to use. No wifi at the beach.
The pool was mostly empty (I think the water was too cold). No inside pool available.

Beach:
Another big minus for us was that the gate towards the beach closed at 6pm and you had to go around the hotel to get to and from the beach after that time, which kind of made us feel like we're not at a "beach hotel";
There were plenty of sunbeds, but they were far from the sea and they didn't have any mattresses on them, so just laying in the sand was comfier than those sunbeds;
There was no free toilet at the beach and there was usually a line at the beach bar.

The hotel has really convenient location both to the beach and to lively streets. On the beach there are enough sunbeds and a bar where you can get water, beer, juice. Irt is really great in hot days! We were worried about the locations of sunbeds , they are not close to water, but it isn't a problem.
Speaking about food and drinks, they are rather tasty and the variety is ok, speaking about amount you definitely won't be hungry!
On bars you can drink different cocktails, they are made from local drinks. Not bad.
One think, that we'd like to improve it is animation. It would be great to have some performances both for kids and adults. Kadt year we had rest in mpm Kalina Garden, animation for kids was much better there.

Orel / Astoria are great hotels. Excellent food and cultural environment for dining. I see great managers Veneta and Maya working very well and carefully. Clients are satisfied with services. Come and visit this hotel! ❤

The room conditions are good for a 2 star hotel. There is room cleaning every day and the personnel is kind. The food is GREAT, very diversified and tasty.
Awesome view to the seaside from top floors.

I had a great vacation there. The room was luxurious and the view was amazing. The food was great and the staff was very polite. The beach is in front of the hotel and there's even their very own beach bar, which was a pleasant surprise! What more can you ask for? 10/10 would visit again.
