Lovely apartment, fab views,staff nice, our kettle broke and was replaced straight away ,all pools and restaurants good , only downfall was pots and pans, cutlery were not clean had to wash them before we could use them but not really an issue for us . Beach is really clean and big so not over crowded lovely walk down beach to town ,loved the gardens in town

It right on the beach, food is ok, nothing much to do in the area. Paid parking outside 10 Leva, inside complex more. They have free sunbeds at the many pools which you can take to the beach. It is nice for relaxing.

Overall, it's a nice enough hotel, but it's not the 4* that's advertised and it's quite tired in places. We stayed in a 3 bed apartment, which was slvery spacious, double aspect and fairly well appointed. However, lots of things are broken (lights, mosquito screens), windows don't seal fully, there are little bits of kitchen stuff that weren't there (chopping boards, tin openers etc.) and curtains...

The rooms are not as they are advertised. We booked a seaside room but they offered us a room on the side of the sea but with No sea view. They tried to argue it but after We spoke with the agency they gave us a New room (after they said they don’t have any more rooms). They need to work on them and update them. The cleaning could be done a bit better. The lift is pretty old. The staff is friendly...

It was great place to spent vacations. What we love most were super animations! We had a lot to do here. Specially I want to thank a lot Ivan- best shooting animations- always with smile and great talent to get people involved in the fun! And Ina - also we have great time with you playing darts!! A lot of heart to kids! Thank you a lot! You were really great!

From the moment we arrived until the time we left we was made to feel very welcome. Beautiful hotel, room was lovely and spacious, cleaned every day if needed, Beautiful location, the pools are amazing, no towel wars with the beds as no one saved beds which was great, 3 large pools with each building with a children's pool. The food was lovely and catered for everyone with the chefs on hand cooking...

A lovely, very quiet family resort with fabulous food! The clients are mostly Bulgarian, Rumanian, Polish so the food reflects this, which for us was fabulous! Very few British tourists here - far more at Sunny Beach, about 45 mins away. Lovely pools at Sunrise and a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds and a bar. We went right at the end of the season so by the end there were very few people here...

Very clean, observing all the hygene rules, big rooms

It's a modest hotel but a great value for money: - the beach is not crowded, you get sunbeds and umbrella. Also, this is their private beach and it's 100meters from the hotel -the food is good but not great. They vary most of the menu daily. They have fruits and deserts at each meal. Great place to go with the kids. Good food, clean rooms, nice beach. If you invest more in the road that leads to the hotel would be great. The staff was amazing, they even prepare us sandwiches for the road

Good value for money deal. The best thing is that the hotel is very close to the beach. However you might not fall for the beach, because it's quite narrow and as per my opinion it's not the best place for kids - water goes deep really fast. Lovely rooms. Everything is in the room for a full meal. Clean lovely rooms, towels and linens are changed every three days. The sea is very close. The owners are wonderful people There is a swimming pool on the territory. Recommended for family holidays

Very nice place with charming and amiable hosts! We had a surprise on our late arrival we received a bigger room with double bed even though we have booked and payed for twins one. Coffee and nice figs for breakfast was the second gift :)
