Luxury hotel, the food is better than other hotels in Bulgaria, but it is the same every day on the main restaurants. You need to take reservations on a la carte restaurants in order to eat something different. The drinks are premium. The minus is the inexperienced stuff and also the entertainment which was only two days from five, but probably because of the rain

Brilliant staff, lovely place. The rooms are good but what really makes it great is all inclusive drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner also the activities and the beach being right in front of you.

I had a great time. The entertainment was varied and always fun. The entertainers were also open-minded, funny and helpful. A big thank you from me to Nasko. The hotel is very nice because the beach is right next to the hotel. The food was good. As for the rooms, it was enough. The only thing to complain about was the smell at the morning.

4 stars hotel , but i am giving them 5 stars , because I liked it. Many facilities for kids, football field , volleyball fields, aquapark, game rooms etc. Suitable for families with kids , there are also a lot of events organized by the hotel. You need to stay there for more than 5 days , to explore all the things that you can do there.

Excellent value for price, one of the few places I will happily go back to. Very clean, decent towards good food and drinks, very nice staff. Good swimming pools and beach front. Ideal for families with little kids.

Food, service, activities and amenities are among the best in Bulgaria for the price. If you are looking for a family stay, this should definitely be on your short list. Came here with my wife and 2 year old son, best vacation ever, couldn't have hoped for anything more!!

Good place. Unfortunately air-conditioning stopped and after 2 days they suggested room change. There was not so many people because of covid. Kids animation was very good and kids come back happy. So happy that they prefer to play with others than going to the beach.

You have ecerything you need here in the resort. Private beach, 2 big swimming pools and 2 little for the kids, towels for outside, all you can drink, good variety of drinks and a lot of entertaining activities. Amazing place to go with the family, entertainment team was great and friendly. Food was delicious with a lot of variety. Very close to beach with only a two minute walk as well as having a nice big swimming pool. Staff were friendly and quick to help and rooms were big and very clean.

Lovely hotel, plenty for kids to do including a park, an indoor play area, kids club, water slides and pools. Also a mini park on the beach too. Entertainment stage is between this hotel and another so slightly out the way and not easy to access with pushchair but not too far to walk. Can’t go wrong with this hotel first time doing all inclusive and lived up to the expectations!! Room and service top tier lots of lovely people in the bar and the reception. Food was great but could be repetitive at times. Would be better as taxi travel can get expensive.

Having a fantastic holiday in a beautiful apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful and the pools are sparkling clean and inviting. Right on the beach, this resort is perfect for a quieter holiday than some other Bulgarian resorts, with the nearby town ideal for eating out or enjoying the lovely parks. Highly recommended.

Everything is great other than the difficulty to visit other areas with ease. The infrastructure for tourists doesn't exist at all. The beach is lovely.

Family-friendly hotel with great food, service and rooms. A short walk to the town of Obzor. Parking can be difficult in the area but the hotel has arranged a nearby parking facility, so it was not a problem. We will come back.

As a guest of the hotel it didn't seem ok to pay for the parking and as well for the safe in the room. Our room was quite spacious. However the hotel is placed nearly a kilometer away from the beach, the distance is not a big deal, however the trail that leads to the beach is very rocky. Restaurant staff is not good and the food was below average for a 4 star hotel. The bartenders were compensating for the bad waiters but generally aside of the bar the service was poor. Not really as I expected. It is nice that is closed to the beach and the view & room were ok. The swimming pool is very small and the resort location is far from the town (10 minutes by car). Also, breakfast was terrible, few options and very poor quality. Another disadvantage is that in the town are very few parking spots.
