Our family had an amazing seaside getaway at this hotel! The location right by the shore was absolutely perfect, and the pools were beautiful and very well maintained. The food was excellent with plenty of fresh, tasty options every day. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the amenities made our stay extra comfortable. Good resort at good prices. It was very full in August (as you would expect) so meals times were a bit of a crush, however they offered us 2 meals in separate restaurants as part of the package and you can snack at lunchtime in one of their smaller venues. The beach has great sand and staff were very friendly. So overall a good place to go for families.

No cleaning until 3 PM for 3 days in a row despite complaints to maids and reception! Food is great choice but sometimes undercooked or overcooked meat! We stayed here last year as well, had no issues, this year cleaning is really poor (not even a change of shower gel for 3 days in a row) and food needs some more attention. Lovely apartment, fab views,staff nice, our kettle broke and was replaced straight away ,all pools and restaurants good , only downfall was pots and pans, cutlery were not clean had to wash them before we could use them but not really an issue for us . Beach is really clean and big so not over crowded lovely walk down beach to town ,loved the gardens in town

It right on the beach, food is ok, nothing much to do in the area. Paid parking outside 10 Leva, inside complex more. They have free sunbeds at the many pools which you can take to the beach. It is nice for relaxing.

A lovely, very quiet family resort with fabulous food! The clients are mostly Bulgarian, Rumanian, Polish so the food reflects this, which for us was fabulous! Very few British tourists here - far more at Sunny Beach, about 45 mins away. Lovely pools at Sunrise and a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds and a bar. Not really as I expected. It is nice that is closed to the beach and the view & room were ok. The swimming pool is very small and the resort location is far from the town (10 minutes by car). Also, breakfast was terrible, few options and very poor quality. Another disadvantage is that in the town are very few parking spots.

There is a large and a small pool. The rooms are spacious with plenty of beds. There is a bar. The hotel has umbrellas and sunbeds. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand if you have come from the sea and immediately go to the pool. It is located in a quiet location and is quite well priced.

Pro: The food was sufficient (except in one day, when you had to wait for things to be available). The food was various and mixed, you would always find something that you'd like. Family-friendly hotel with great food, service and rooms. A short walk to the town of Obzor. Parking can be difficult in the area but the hotel has arranged a nearby parking facility, so it was not a problem. We will come back.
