Lovely pool and all the cocktails you can drink. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs some rest and relaxation. I had a balcony with a sea view. I have no doubt I'll be here again soon for another holiday

Good value for money! All you need in one place! Big, clean hotel, with great pool and animation, nice beach, bars and restaurants with rather basic all inclusive, but enough for everyone’s needs

Brilliant staff, lovely place. The rooms are good but what really makes it great is all inclusive drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner also the activities and the beach being right in front of you.

You have ecerything you need here in the resort. Private beach, 2 big swimming pools and 2 little for the kids, towels for outside, all you can drink, good variety of drinks and a lot of entertaining activities

Everything is great other than the difficulty to visit other areas with ease. The infrastructure for tourists doesn't exist at all. The beach is lovely.

This place has lots AND I MEAN LOTS of interesting activities for all ages ,the place is huge ,lots of pools ,toys for kids to enjoy and awesome food ,and on top of that the rooms are very nice as well

Walking to the beach is by a very nice road and in an all-inclusive it is good to have some walks in between meals. Very good and friendly animations team. I hope it will improve more and more

However the hotel is placed nearly a kilometer away from the beach, the distance is not a big deal, however the trail that leads to the beach is very rocky

like once they forgot our desert in restaurant and the girl didn't speak English or Russian. then she tried to tell that we didn't order but we had the desert forks lol. Then they didn't give us toilet paper once

They also didn't vacuum the room till we said to do it. Also there were mold in bathroom and broken things in kids playground. There are plenty of places to eat inside and you can do it whole day

I would say it was a nice holiday. We stayed in hotel with 2 kids. Everyone is very friendly and the food was good. There were few misunderstandings

The shop is expensive in hotel walk 30 mins to town easy walk lots of shops and chemist pool is cold but weather was warm sun bathed alot we went in September if you go to the beach the inclusive fizzy drinks are free not alcohol

We arrived at night no one was on reception to greet us we wait half hour and was finally greeted, check in took longer than expected and the guy forgot to give us wrist bands we walked past a woman asked her she said you get them at check in, we had to go back and remind him, paid for a sea view but our first night we were given one of just grass at the back of the building which was rubbish we went...

A very good location, close to the beach. Rooms are cleaned everyday, AC works even when you leave the room and take the key which is a big plus on those days with temperatures above 30 degrees C

The lobby bar is small and often gathers a queue, but a cool open veranda in the dining room. A tiled path leads to the beach, although not all are in good condition, but it is quite flat

Mediocre place to relax with the most significant advantage proximity to the beach with a good approach. Uniform and cheap food, shoddy juices, for some it may seem an advantage: alcohol on the stomach

Huge competition and struggle for sunbeds, parking lots and tables in the restaurant, leading to ugly views and a demonstration of animal instincts

On the beach, your umbrellas and sun loungers are free! unlike other hotels, towels for the beach (issued on bail) are in good condition, not washed out and even soft, the beach is excellent sandy, like the bottom of the sea and not deep

Very good hotel, the food is excellent and varied every day a new menu. The staff is very attentive and polite, they respond to any requests instantly. The pool bar has a great variety of mixed cocktails

The rooms were cleaned well and cleanly. The two-room apartment is chic with two TVs, two toilets and a small balcony with side sea views in the corridors

They hosted two parties around the pool whilst we were there (the only entertainment outside but it worked so well) which included a live band one night and a live singer another night

The biggest issue with this hotel is the same as the sister hotel Alua Bay where we stayed last year. These hotels are a smokers paradise, smoke over your kinds, smoke over your friends and fellow guests

I have been to Bulgaria on 20 occasions and these are the only 2 hotels that don’t have a designated area for smokers, what I was told by the Jet2 rep was that they would lose customers if people weren’t able to smoke anywhere and everywhere? Also, they don’t care about the welfare of the cats etc going around the hotel, they should realise people are animal lovers and don’t want to see poor animals...

The hotel restaurant was too small for the amount of guests, there were many times I missed out on main meals as the queue was so long, one choice of soup only, no alternative for vegetarians, I would say you wont go hungry but if you want to sample everything then you have to time the best chance to, early or later

Other entertainment included dancing, quizzes, a variety show, bingo and karaoke

We asked for a high floor with quiet location which was met but we had 4 flights of steps to get there, there are no lifts here so unsuitable for people with mobility issues

As a guest of the hotel it didn't seem ok to pay for the parking and as well for the safe in the room. Despite all this, the personnel was kind and respectful, the beach is very close and the pools are clean

The water in the pool for the kids was very cold but you have another option inside with warm water. The sea is an 8/10 because it's deep at the beginning and then it's nice

I would have expected that to be mandatory for a 4 star hotel, or at least every 2 days. Bed sheets, only 1 change during our stay ! The water in the outside pools is very cold, not comfortable at all

Clean water in the pools and you had towels for the pool side from the hotel, and you could change them each day You can get bottles of still water each day from the reception

The hotel is a good solid 3ka , Breakfast buffet selection is small but everything is delicious. You can order a separate dish for lunch is$10. 300m to the beach but steps from the mountain, 3 years the child gets up

It's a modest hotel but a great value for money: - the beach is not crowded, you get sunbeds and umbrella. Also, this is their private beach and it's 100meters from the hotel -the food is good but not great

The pool is quite small, but we prefer the sea anyway. The city with some grocery stores is 15 minutes walking distance

Great place to go with the kids. Good food, clean rooms, nice beach. If you invest more in the road that leads to the hotel would be great. The staff was amazing, they even prepare us sandwiches for the road

The best thing is that the hotel is very close to the beach. However you might not fall for the beach, because it's quite narrow and as per my opinion it's not the best place for kids - water goes deep really fast

Price is very acceptable per night with everything included. it has a private parking 300-400m away. It is also beachfront hotel so you can enjoy the sea view

The hotel is on the beach, it offers 1 umbrella and 2 seats at the beach for double room. The food is good, not to diversivied , bbq available, pasta , in other words the food is ok, the hotel is ok.

Even though they are not the newest, they are kept very clean. Our bed sheets were changed every day. - free parking & the chairs, cushions & umbrellas on the beach are included as well - the staff was exceptional

We spent 4 nights there and it was amazing. It checks all the boxes: - close to the beach (literally 20m away) - great food (I've only seen so much variety in Turkey before). Also many options for vegetarians

Good hotel near the beach, it has private beach with free umbrellas. Also pets are allowed, this was one of our main criteria. Good variety of food of the all inclusive

Lovely little hotel with modest but clean rooms and a nice sea view. The breakfast / bar area is cosy and charming. The staff is friendly and professional.

To conclude, the hotel is all right, it's close to the beach and not too expensive. It serves fine as a room near the sea, but don't expect much more than that

Nice rooms, nice music at the bar, friendly personal. You can hear the sea from the window. No kitchen in the apartments.

If you looked out of the window in between the buildings you could spot a few bits of sea, but our view was mainly dominated by the hotel next to coral

I highly recommend the restaurant, Bulgarian food is delicious there. The manager is a very friendly guy and the overall experience is really positive. On the second floor of the restaurant one can enjoy sea view

Great hotel, exactly what I was looking for, clean room, great location 2 minutes from the beach, close to the waterfront, restaurants, shops, there is also a doctor's office in the building, which is a great convenience, especially when you have 2 small children

We were resting with a family and it was close to all attractions. The view was stunning! Had a great time making a barbecue in their special area. One more benefit was a kitchen we used on the first floor

i know many hotels either have no kitchen or aren't allowed to use it. Luckily, hospitable owners have given us such possibility!

It is located in an extremely communicative place. 3 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the center and the bus station. The atmosphere is great for both people and pets

Location of the pension 1A. About 250m to the south beach. Room okay, service (cleaning etc.) zero. But the location and price make up for it.

The attitude of the owners is friendly, excellent hygiene! I visit it every summer, I highly recommend it!

The pension is close to the sea (about 120 m) and to the center also about 200 m. Everyone who has been there once likes to come back again

There is a kitchen on the first floor with all needed kitchen-ware available for the guests. There is also a big aquarium which is cute. It is located near the beach and fantastic green park
