Sunbeds - Beach - everyone reserves early, for front row people put towels out the night before. I got up around 6am for sunrise and you will be 3rd row back by then. I wouldn’t leave it after 8am

Reception - room safe - daily rate or cheaper weekly rate, if 10 days buy 2 weeks. Blue Towels for beach and pool - change daily at pool and hand back to reception at check out - fee if lose them

Straight into it's own beach which is lovely. One of the best seas I've ever been in. 2 adults and 2 kids in separate bedroom, plus sofa in a living area and balcony

Large Pool is similar but children’s pool not so early. Animation team are brilliant but programme repeats each week. Restaurant is fantastic with Gala night on Saturday and Bulgarian and Italian were good

Aquapark open to public but hotel has free use of, a small children’s pool wjth 2 slides, a short triple slide, a longer green slide, a long and slow blue slide, a long and fast brown tunnel slide

Beach - beach has shifting sand and currents and can be choppy, lifeguards very good, stop people swimming out too far and stop anyone swimming on occasion. Generally ok if winds below 10-15km/hr

"The Ship" restaurant on the beach was closed at the end of June. There are also a la carte restaurants (Italian - with a very nice view of the sea from the top floor, grill, etc

From the Entertainment team with Diana's amazing language skills, Iliyana's, Svetlana's, Svetlin's, Deni's and Andy's passion to make my son have the best memories with their playful skills in the day and dance skills at night

I had to finish with my wow experience of the beach party, with its music, fire entertainment and fireworks which made our holiday

The beach is very clean with fine sand where you could find free sunbeds and umbrellas at any time. From the hotel to the water there was a wooden pontoon, a great advantage for families with small children,

To the amazing Bar staff led by Ivan. It was a joy to see the skill and service provided daily by Hristo, Jason, Vasil, Artyom and Lsyusha to name a few

The food at the buffet and all three restaurants was outstanding with a shout out going to the Italian. The hotel is great for accessibility and kept well. Fantastic cleanliness in the room, beach and pool areas

The shop is expensive in hotel walk 30 mins to town easy walk lots of shops and chemist pool is cold but weather was warm sun bathed alot we went in September if you go to the beach the inclusive fizzy drinks are free not alcohol

We arrived at night no one was on reception to greet us we wait half hour and was finally greeted, check in took longer than expected and the guy forgot to give us wrist bands we walked past a woman asked her she said you get them at check in, we had to go back and remind him, paid for a sea view but our first night we were given one of just grass at the back of the building which was rubbish we went...

A very good location, close to the beach. Rooms are cleaned everyday, AC works even when you leave the room and take the key which is a big plus on those days with temperatures above 30 degrees C

Back to the hotel we where on the 2nd floor with a sea view 3 of us where sharing the room ,which was very spacious & the sofa bed had a mattress topper which made it more comfortable

On the last day before we left free beach Wi-Fi became available which was provided by the outdoor media grroup

The food was good the main restaraunt is on the first floor good selection of food on all sittings there is a Bulgarian themed restaraunt in block c which can be booked twice a week we went 3 times over our 2 week holiday the food was very nice and made a change

The staff where very welocming & engaging & looked like they where enjoying themselves at there work which made is feel wanted & liked by the staff

We had issues with our wi-fi which the hotel where activley working with engineers to resolve the problem ,they ended up putting new cabling in

Three wardrobe spaces with plenty of room for our clothes the room was cleaned regularly & the sheets where changed regularly or upon request

Huge competition and struggle for sunbeds, parking lots and tables in the restaurant, leading to ugly views and a demonstration of animal instincts

The hotel is not far from beach. The foods are ok but not much options, after 3 days you get tired to see the same every day. Very fast reception check in. Almost a few seconds.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden jeden tag von den Arbeitskräften gereinigt es gibt all you can eat and drink das essen lecker und es gibt eine große auswahl dazu gibt es noch eine große auswahl an getränken es ist schade das es im zimmer keinen safe gibt

As a plus - the rooms and apartments are relatively good, cleaning is every day, but they need repair and refreshment

As a guest of the hotel it didn't seem ok to pay for the parking and as well for the safe in the room. Despite all this, the personnel was kind and respectful, the beach is very close and the pools are clean

The water in the pool for the kids was very cold but you have another option inside with warm water. The sea is an 8/10 because it's deep at the beginning and then it's nice

I would have expected that to be mandatory for a 4 star hotel, or at least every 2 days. Bed sheets, only 1 change during our stay ! The water in the outside pools is very cold, not comfortable at all

Clean water in the pools and you had towels for the pool side from the hotel, and you could change them each day You can get bottles of still water each day from the reception

It is nice that is closed to the beach and the view & room were ok. The swimming pool is very small and the resort location is far from the town (10 minutes by car)

The service is very good and the quality of food in the restaurant is high. There are no sunbeds on the beach, so you have to organize it by yourself which is not a problem, because the beach is big enough

Lovely pools at Sunrise and a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds and a bar. We went right at the end of the season so by the end there were very few people here

The receptionists were lovely - a special shout out to Desislava and Stephanie! We had a room (all incredibly spacious) at the back of the hotel, overlooking beautiful green rolling hills but there is a busy road there so we changed, and paid a little more to have a room at the front, overlooking the pool area

A lovely, very quiet family resort with fabulous food! The clients are mostly Bulgarian, Rumanian, Polish so the food reflects this, which for us was fabulous! Very few British tourists here - far more at Sunny Beach, about 45 mins away

We could not fault it! We had an amazing time! Our kids (7 and 3) absolutely loved it and made some friends: although the hotel receives mostly German and Czech guests we did not have any issues as an English family and the kids all played so well despite the language barrier! We became good friends with several of the entertainment team and our kids absolutely adopted them! Everything was so inclusive...

Hotel Obzor Review My stay at Hotel Obzor was very pleasant, thanks mainly to the friendly and helpful staff. They were always attentive and made sure everything was clean—our room was spotless throughout the stay

It's a modest hotel but a great value for money: - the beach is not crowded, you get sunbeds and umbrella. Also, this is their private beach and it's 100meters from the hotel -the food is good but not great

The pool is quite small, but we prefer the sea anyway. The city with some grocery stores is 15 minutes walking distance

Great place to go with the kids. Good food, clean rooms, nice beach. If you invest more in the road that leads to the hotel would be great. The staff was amazing, they even prepare us sandwiches for the road

Food served at the restaurant is rather fine and varied. After checking out we had also been able to enjoy lunch before we departed, which was nice. Rooms are rather new, cleaned daily and towels are changed every day

The hotel is on the beach, it offers 1 umbrella and 2 seats at the beach for double room. The food is good, not to diversivied , bbq available, pasta , in other words the food is ok, the hotel is ok.

I liked the stay at Paraiso hotel. The sunbeds and umbrellas were included, the beach was also just across the pavement and the location was just great - not far from the city centre, yet not too busy

It was very nice that, upon arrival after a long trip, when dinner time was over, a specially prepared set was waiting for us: sandwiches, fruit, snacks and water in the room

To conclude, the hotel is all right, it's close to the beach and not too expensive. It serves fine as a room near the sea, but don't expect much more than that

Nice rooms, nice music at the bar, friendly personal. You can hear the sea from the window. No kitchen in the apartments.

If you looked out of the window in between the buildings you could spot a few bits of sea, but our view was mainly dominated by the hotel next to coral

I highly recommend the restaurant, Bulgarian food is delicious there. The manager is a very friendly guy and the overall experience is really positive. On the second floor of the restaurant one can enjoy sea view

Great hotel, exactly what I was looking for, clean room, great location 2 minutes from the beach, close to the waterfront, restaurants, shops, there is also a doctor's office in the building, which is a great convenience, especially when you have 2 small children

We were resting with a family and it was close to all attractions. The view was stunning! Had a great time making a barbecue in their special area. One more benefit was a kitchen we used on the first floor

i know many hotels either have no kitchen or aren't allowed to use it. Luckily, hospitable owners have given us such possibility!

It is located in an extremely communicative place. 3 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the center and the bus station. The atmosphere is great for both people and pets

Location of the pension 1A. About 250m to the south beach. Room okay, service (cleaning etc.) zero. But the location and price make up for it.

There is a kitchen on the first floor with all needed kitchen-ware available for the guests. There is also a big aquarium which is cute. It is located near the beach and fantastic green park
