I travelled here alone for a week of relaxation. All staff were friendly and welcoming. The staff spoke English and all were very attentive. The beach was on the doorstep and always got a sun lounger. Lovely pool and all the cocktails you can drink. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs some rest and relaxation. Excellent experience here, staff were so helpful and went above and beyond for our family - especially for my sons birthday. So helpful with the late checkout due to the time of the transfers. Would highly recommend and definitely return, great kids club and entertainment.

Font desk staff great, those in the restaurant and bar were not so much, and room service was very professional and nice. The food in the restaurant was monotone, almost the same food for the whole week. Extremely boring. Expected way more in general.

Brilliant staff, lovely place. The rooms are good but what really makes it great is all inclusive drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner also the activities and the beach being right in front of you.

I had a great time. The entertainment was varied and always fun. The entertainers were also open-minded, funny and helpful. A big thank you from me to Nasko. The hotel is very nice because the beach is right next to the hotel. The food was good. As for the rooms, it was enough. The only thing to complain about was the smell at the morning.

Food, service, activities and amenities are among the best in Bulgaria for the price. If you are looking for a family stay, this should definitely be on your short list. Came here with my wife and 2 year old son, best vacation ever, couldn't have hoped for anything more!!

Good place. Unfortunately air-conditioning stopped and after 2 days they suggested room change. There was not so many people because of covid. Kids animation was very good and kids come back happy. So happy that they prefer to play with others than going to the beach.

You have ecerything you need here in the resort. Private beach, 2 big swimming pools and 2 little for the kids, towels for outside, all you can drink, good variety of drinks and a lot of entertaining activities. Amazing place to go with the family, entertainment team was great and friendly. Food was delicious with a lot of variety. Very close to beach with only a two minute walk as well as having a nice big swimming pool. Staff were friendly and quick to help and rooms were big and very clean.

The biggest issue with this hotel is the same as the sister hotel Alua Bay where we stayed last year. These hotels are a smokers paradise, smoke over your kinds, smoke over your friends and fellow guests. We enjoyed a one week holiday at Obzor. The staff were all friendly and helpful (even though it was towards the end of the summer season) and ensured the guests were entertained even though the weather was bad. We had a great stay mid September 2016. We had an apartment, which was surprisingly big and neat. It's about 250m to the sandy beach. The main pool is not very deep (1,60m-1,70m maybe) and there is an additional kids pool. Family-friendly hotel with great food, service and rooms. A short walk to the town of Obzor. Parking can be difficult in the area but the hotel has arranged a nearby parking facility, so it was not a problem. We will come back.

Not really as I expected. It is nice that is closed to the beach and the view & room were ok. The swimming pool is very small and the resort location is far from the town (10 minutes by car). Lovely small city. It's right next to the sea and offers lots of family friendly options, eg playgrounds etc. Most places speak Russian and German for tourists on top of English and Bulgarian. Lively place, ideal for family vacations.

Nice room for a family of 3. Comfortable beds. The breakfast is good. Friendly staff - quick to help with any request. Has its own parking 6 lev / day. Close to the sea, room soundproofing is good. Pets are allowed, our dog was made good from the heart, he is also happy :)

I was only in restaurant but i really enjoyed it. Me and ny family have ordered different types of dishes and every of these were AMAZING. Waitress know english very good and we could order very easily wihout any mis understeands. Im just impressed about local and stuff. Every one who is in "Biała" should visit this place.

Nice hotel, centrally located and very close to the beach. Small problem might be the nearby amusement park, which is open until 23 o'clock, so it can be loud until that time. Didn't stay overnight so can't comment on the service.
