Brilliant staff, lovely place. The rooms are good but what really makes it great is all inclusive drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner also the activities and the beach being right in front of you.

I had a great time. The entertainment was varied and always fun. The entertainers were also open-minded, funny and helpful. A big thank you from me to Nasko. The hotel is very nice because the beach is right next to the hotel. The food was good. As for the rooms, it was enough. The only thing to complain about was the smell at the morning.

4 stars hotel , but i am giving them 5 stars , because I liked it. Many facilities for kids, football field , volleyball fields, aquapark, game rooms etc. Suitable for families with kids , there are also a lot of events organized by the hotel. You need to stay there for more than 5 days , to explore all the things that you can do there.

Lovely hotel, plenty for kids to do including a park, an indoor play area, kids club, water slides and pools. Also a mini park on the beach too. Having a fantastic holiday in a beautiful apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful and the pools are sparkling clean and inviting. Right on the beach, this resort is perfect for a quieter holiday than some other Bulgarian resorts, with the nearby town ideal for eating out or enjoying the lovely parks. Highly recommended.

Everything is great other than the difficulty to visit other areas with ease. The infrastructure for tourists doesn't exist at all. The beach is lovely.

Everything is fine, apartments are very nice and big. They have even washing machine for laundry. Food is tasty, drinks are all around.

Good place. Unfortunately air-conditioning stopped and after 2 days they suggested room change. There was not so many people because of covid. Kids animation was very good and kids come back happy. So happy that they prefer to play with others than going to the beach.

Family-friendly hotel with great food, service and rooms. A short walk to the town of Obzor. Parking can be difficult in the area but the hotel has arranged a nearby parking facility, so it was not a problem. We will come back.

Luxury hotel, the food is better than other hotels in Bulgaria, but it is the same every day on the main restaurants. You need to take reservations on a la carte restaurants in order to eat something different. The drinks are premium. Not really as I expected. It is nice that is closed to the beach and the view & room were ok. The swimming pool is very small and the resort location is far from the town (10 minutes by car). For a 3-4 days off-season is an excellent place to visit. So be aware that my rating is for such a trip. I have no idea how well they can manage huge amount of visitors especially if those come by car....

Lovely small city. It's right next to the sea and offers lots of family friendly options, eg playgrounds etc. Most places speak Russian and German for tourists on top of English and Bulgarian. Lively place, ideal for family vacations.

Just take a top floor (4th&5th fl) room with seaside view and a light drink(s) in evening with your desired 2nd and.. take a moment to relax. Its worth your while whatever make you are.

Nice room for a family of 3. Comfortable beds. The breakfast is good. Friendly staff - quick to help with any request. Has its own parking 6 lev / day. Close to the sea, room soundproofing is good. Pets are allowed, our dog was made good from the heart, he is also happy :)

Nice place for spending few hours on restaurant's terrace. Good sea food. .. not the best.... Fast serving.... Good staff.... Good English.... But simply menu without enough English explanations or suggestives pictures.

I was only in restaurant but i really enjoyed it. Me and ny family have ordered different types of dishes and every of these were AMAZING. Waitress know english very good and we could order very easily wihout any mis understeands. Im just impressed about local and stuff. Every one who is in "Biała" should visit this place.

Nice hotel, centrally located and very close to the beach. Small problem might be the nearby amusement park, which is open until 23 o'clock, so it can be loud until that time. Didn't stay overnight so can't comment on the service.
