Hotels All-inclusive in Obzor

It is however absolutely massive. By far the biggest we've been to. Mealtimes are extremely busy in the main restaurant. Queues all the time, not relaxing in the slightest. Breakfast in particular is very busy

Large Pool is similar but children’s pool not so early. Animation team are brilliant but programme repeats each week. Restaurant is fantastic with Gala night on Saturday and Bulgarian and Italian were good

The food was absolutely amazing. The snack bar had so much choice that we didn't go for lunch in the main restaurant once

Sunbeds - Beach - everyone reserves early, for front row people put towels out the night before. I got up around 6am for sunrise and you will be 3rd row back by then. I wouldn’t leave it after 8am

Aquapark open to public but hotel has free use of, a small children’s pool wjth 2 slides, a short triple slide, a longer green slide, a long and slow blue slide, a long and fast brown tunnel slide

The food at the buffet and all three restaurants was outstanding with a shout out going to the Italian. The hotel is great for accessibility and kept well. Fantastic cleanliness in the room, beach and pool areas

The Italian restaurant was the biggest disappointment – the food was not just bad, it was extremely poorly cooked (I ordered a risotto for my child, and what arrived was raw rice mixed with some kind of broccoli mush – awful taste; I also ordered some meat that was impossible to chew)

To the amazing Bar staff led by Ivan. It was a joy to see the skill and service provided daily by Hristo, Jason, Vasil, Artyom and Lsyusha to name a few

I had to finish with my wow experience of the beach party, with its music, fire entertainment and fireworks which made our holiday

No cleaning until 3 PM for 3 days in a row despite complaints to maids and reception! Food is great choice but sometimes undercooked or overcooked meat! We stayed here last year as well, had no issues, this year cleaning is really poor (not even a change of shower gel for 3 days in a row) and food needs some more attention

The hotel is one of the very good hotels in Obzor, directly on the beach. It has a number of swimming pools including such for young children. The chaise-longues and umbrellas are included in the package

The shop is expensive in hotel walk 30 mins to town easy walk lots of shops and chemist pool is cold but weather was warm sun bathed alot we went in September if you go to the beach the inclusive fizzy drinks are free not alcohol

The location is perfect, you have the sea view and a mountain on the the other side, the atmosphere is so perfect in here :D Starting from the staff, they are unbelievable nice and friendly, not to mention the food! We arrived at night no one was on reception to greet us we wait half hour and was finally greeted, check in took longer than expected and the guy forgot to give us wrist bands we walked past a woman asked her she said you get them at check in, we had to go back and remind him, paid for a sea view but our first night we were given one of just grass at the back of the building which was rubbish we went...

But don't get hot drinks at the lobby they are bad get them at the restaurant ground floor back of the room self serve machine do tea coffe mocha hot chocolate etc

Not all staff understand English so sometimes when you order a drink the staff will ring another staff member to come over and make the drinks, and also you don't always get what you order (even when choosing something from menu list)

the beach bar and bar at entertainment stage only serve soft drinks, however pool bar and lobby bar serve alcohol all day

Back to the hotel we where on the 2nd floor with a sea view 3 of us where sharing the room ,which was very spacious & the sofa bed had a mattress topper which made it more comfortable

The food was good the main restaraunt is on the first floor good selection of food on all sittings there is a Bulgarian themed restaraunt in block c which can be booked twice a week we went 3 times over our 2 week holiday the food was very nice and made a change

There are activities prvided by the hotel with the entertainment team during the day & there is a children show nightly then an adult show after the childrens theme event finishes thereare no activites on a Snday they get the day off

The hotel is great with the location directly opposite the beach you can get Wi-Fi on the beach from the hotel as long as you are nearer to the hotel

The staff where very welocming & engaging & looked like they where enjoying themselves at there work which made is feel wanted & liked by the staff

We had issues with our wi-fi which the hotel where activley working with engineers to resolve the problem ,they ended up putting new cabling in

Huge competition and struggle for sunbeds, parking lots and tables in the restaurant, leading to ugly views and a demonstration of animal instincts

On the beach, your umbrellas and sun loungers are free! unlike other hotels, towels for the beach (issued on bail) are in good condition, not washed out and even soft, the beach is excellent sandy, like the bottom of the sea and not deep

Very good hotel, the food is excellent and varied every day a new menu. The staff is very attentive and polite, they respond to any requests instantly. The pool bar has a great variety of mixed cocktails

Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden jeden tag von den Arbeitskräften gereinigt es gibt all you can eat and drink das essen lecker und es gibt eine große auswahl dazu gibt es noch eine große auswahl an getränken es ist schade das es im zimmer keinen safe gibt

The hotel is not far from beach. The foods are ok but not much options, after 3 days you get tired to see the same every day. Very fast reception check in. Almost a few seconds.

We had each night a show while the open bar for drinks was opened. Bad: The room was not vacuumed at all while we stayed for 5 nights

Family-friendly hotel with great food, service and rooms. A short walk to the town of Obzor. Parking can be difficult in the area but the hotel has arranged a nearby parking facility, so it was not a problem

I would have expected that to be mandatory for a 4 star hotel, or at least every 2 days. Bed sheets, only 1 change during our stay ! The water in the outside pools is very cold, not comfortable at all

Great hotel, food was very Good. People at the bar so Nice and great. Make Very good shots and cocktail. Animation team so great and the shows the give i loved it. Enough place to sit and relax.

Pro: The food was sufficient (except in one day, when you had to wait for things to be available). The food was various and mixed, you would always find something that you'd like

Clean water in the pools and you had towels for the pool side from the hotel, and you could change them each day You can get bottles of still water each day from the reception

A lot of swimming pools for kids and adults. An indoor swimming pool, large enough. Excellent wine and liquors, including world known brand names. A huge dining room, a lot of well trained and well supervised staff

Managers among them, actually helping when the place is crowded. I have to mention Hristina Diakova, the best restaurant supervisor I ever met

The hotel is right on the huge sandy beach. A lot of umbrellas and sunbeds. A real AI hotel with something for everybody. All kinds of meat: fish, pork, lamb, beef, poultry. Special kids food for all kids ages

I can't find the proper words to describe the food and the drinks, they were very enjoyable

We could not fault it! We had an amazing time! Our kids (7 and 3) absolutely loved it and made some friends: although the hotel receives mostly German and Czech guests we did not have any issues as an English family and the kids all played so well despite the language barrier! We became good friends with several of the entertainment team and our kids absolutely adopted them! Everything was so inclusive...

Overall, my family and I are happy with our vacation and experiences at this wonderful place! Thank you Sunrise! And special thanks to the Animation team and more specifically to Tsveti! She cares and protects our children! Thank you! We will come again

Animation is soo good! Perfect! Tsveta is the best of all of them!! We love her! The children are so in love with her! The hotel is so nice! We’ll be back! Of course we will be so happy if we can see Tsveta here again! She is kind and polite! Nice people only here!

A lovely, very quiet family resort with fabulous food! The clients are mostly Bulgarian, Rumanian, Polish so the food reflects this, which for us was fabulous! Very few British tourists here - far more at Sunny Beach, about 45 mins away

The receptionists were lovely - a special shout out to Desislava and Stephanie! We had a room (all incredibly spacious) at the back of the hotel, overlooking beautiful green rolling hills but there is a busy road there so we changed, and paid a little more to have a room at the front, overlooking the pool area

No matter which restaurant we visited – the main buffet or the à la carte options – the staff always asked how we were doing and whether everything was okay, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of

The food was varied and delicious, with a wide selection at every meal to suit both adults and children

The children's animation was fantastic – engaging, energetic, and full of fun activities throughout the day. The pools were clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly warm, making them suitable for all ages

The entire resort is beautifully maintained, spacious, and offers a great atmosphere for both relaxation and entertainment. The team was friendly, professional, and always smiling

What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive service at the beach and restaurants, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay perfect

We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel offers excellent conditions for relaxation – the private Laguna Villa was a real gem

Good hotel near the beach, it has private beach with free umbrellas. Also pets are allowed, this was one of our main criteria. Good variety of food of the all inclusive

I liked the stay at Paraiso hotel. The sunbeds and umbrellas were included, the beach was also just across the pavement and the location was just great - not far from the city centre, yet not too busy

Food served at the restaurant is rather fine and varied. After checking out we had also been able to enjoy lunch before we departed, which was nice. Rooms are rather new, cleaned daily and towels are changed every day

It was very nice that, upon arrival after a long trip, when dinner time was over, a specially prepared set was waiting for us: sandwiches, fruit, snacks and water in the room
