I stayed 7 nights in May 2025 in this super hotel with my husband and mom. This was our second visit. Every second we spend in this hotel was gorgeous. No cleaning until 3 PM for 3 days in a row despite complaints to maids and reception! Food is great choice but sometimes undercooked or overcooked meat! We stayed here last year as well, had no issues, this year cleaning is really poor (not even a change of shower gel for 3 days in a row) and food needs some more attention. The staff were all friendly and helpful (even though it was towards the end of the summer season) and ensured the guests were entertained even though the weather was bad. We had a great stay mid September 2016. We had an apartment, which was surprisingly big and neat. It's about 250m to the sandy beach. The main pool is not very deep (1,60m-1,70m maybe) and there is an additional kids pool. Not really as I expected. It is nice that is closed to the beach and the view & room were ok. The swimming pool is very small and the resort location is far from the town (10 minutes by car). Also, breakfast was terrible, few options and very poor quality. Another disadvantage is that in the town are very few parking spots.

A lovely, very quiet family resort with fabulous food! The clients are mostly Bulgarian, Rumanian, Polish so the food reflects this, which for us was fabulous! Very few British tourists here - far more at Sunny Beach, about 45 mins away. Lovely pools at Sunrise and a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds and a bar. We went right at the end of the season so by the end there were very few people here...

I was there for a week with my friends. The location was near the sea and the place was very relaxing at all. The rooms were nice, cozy and most importantly very clean. I can't find the proper words to describe the food and the drinks, they were very enjoyable. Having a fantastic holiday in a beautiful apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful and the pools are sparkling clean and inviting. Right on the beach, this resort is perfect for a quieter holiday than some other Bulgarian resorts, with the nearby town ideal for eating out or enjoying the lovely parks. Highly recommended.

Rooms, staff, reception, pool, drinks and beach are very nice but food could be better (sometimes cold, not tasty, little choice). Hotel has policy at the pool to remove empty towels after 60 min, at least that is what they says they do, but in fact they do nothing about it, because they are afraid for comments from guests... Stayed at the Byala Beach Resort on our way back to Varna from a road trip down south of the Coast. The majority of guests seemed to be russian with a scandinavian minority. One Star deduction for the food choices.

No free wifi & too expensive for a week for 1 user. Food basic but good. All inclusive but you have to Pay for a real coca cola or coffee from a good machine. No cocktails With alcohol unless you pay.
