Excellent experience here, staff were so helpful and went above and beyond for our family - especially for my sons birthday. So helpful with the late checkout due to the time of the transfers

Really liked the hotel. For families with children is perfect! Good service, decent food, quiet place.. There is a pool, free water Park! Recommend!

I travelled here alone for a week of relaxation. All staff were friendly and welcoming. The staff spoke English and all were very attentive. The beach was on the doorstep and always got a sun lounger

Brilliant staff, lovely place. The rooms are good but what really makes it great is all inclusive drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner also the activities and the beach being right in front of you.

Good value for money! All you need in one place! Big, clean hotel, with great pool and animation, nice beach, bars and restaurants with rather basic all inclusive, but enough for everyone’s needs

Just for context it was my first All-Inclusive. We had excellent holidays there. We loved hotel, staff, animations and food. It is NOT 5star hotel but you have everything there to have good time

We are very positive impressed by the hotel and we felt great during our 7 days stay! Rooms,pools,beach, restaurants are great, food and drinks with lots of choices and as well great, staff is great and the entertainment team is fantastic for adults and kids

Almost all speak "broken"Russian,and who is all-good. Was cleaned every day and pretty good. The only negative is some Germans rest. The feeling in Germany arrived

These employees are too good for this Hotel. Don't expect too much for the breakfast option. Breakfast options are somewhat limited. The breakfast room was not clean enough. This situation does not concern the Hotel

Everything is great other than the difficulty to visit other areas with ease. The infrastructure for tourists doesn't exist at all. The beach is lovely.

Everything is fine, apartments are very nice and big. They have even washing machine for laundry. Food is tasty, drinks are all around.

Walking to the beach is by a very nice road and in an all-inclusive it is good to have some walks in between meals. Very good and friendly animations team. I hope it will improve more and more

I would say it was a nice holiday. We stayed in hotel with 2 kids. Everyone is very friendly and the food was good. There were few misunderstandings

Restaurant staff is not good and the food was below average for a 4 star hotel. The bartenders were compensating for the bad waiters but generally aside of the bar the service was poor

There are 6 swimming pools so it was not very crowded. The Beach is about 4-5 mins walk from the hotel. The food and drinks are good considering the price range of the hotel

We arrived at night no one was on reception to greet us we wait half hour and was finally greeted, check in took longer than expected and the guy forgot to give us wrist bands we walked past a woman asked her she said you get them at check in, we had to go back and remind him, paid for a sea view but our first night we were given one of just grass at the back of the building which was rubbish we went...

A very good location, close to the beach. Rooms are cleaned everyday, AC works even when you leave the room and take the key which is a big plus on those days with temperatures above 30 degrees C

The hotel is amazing! It looks so good! The Animation is one of the best. The animators were so nice and they were smiling everywhere! Every time when they saw my family they say “hello” or just talk with us

In Saturday they have sushi chef and the sushi is sooo good! We’ll be back next year for sure!! It was the perfect summer vacation. The only thing that it’s not perfect is the location of the hotel

Amazing place to go with the family, entertainment team was great and friendly. Food was delicious with a lot of variety. Very close to beach with only a two minute walk as well as having a nice big swimming pool

They hosted two parties around the pool whilst we were there (the only entertainment outside but it worked so well) which included a live band one night and a live singer another night

The biggest issue with this hotel is the same as the sister hotel Alua Bay where we stayed last year. These hotels are a smokers paradise, smoke over your kinds, smoke over your friends and fellow guests

The hotel restaurant was too small for the amount of guests, there were many times I missed out on main meals as the queue was so long, one choice of soup only, no alternative for vegetarians, I would say you wont go hungry but if you want to sample everything then you have to time the best chance to, early or later

The entertainment is pretty poor, bingo, karaoke many times of the week, the outside entertainment that was brought in was sometimes good

Snacks were good although bowls of mouldy fruit on offer

I have been to Bulgaria on 20 occasions and these are the only 2 hotels that don’t have a designated area for smokers, what I was told by the Jet2 rep was that they would lose customers if people weren’t able to smoke anywhere and everywhere? Also, they don’t care about the welfare of the cats etc going around the hotel, they should realise people are animal lovers and don’t want to see poor animals...

The hotel has clean, large, comfortable rooms, good soundproofing, large balconies. The pools are great, big and varied (for both kids and adults), but the water is cold in late August

About the food I can only say that its quality is high: there is always seafood, good quality meat, fish, cheese and there is something for everyone for sure

Pros: we've been here 4 times already and overall we keep the good impression of this hotel. There is still some work in progress, but I don't mind it

The next day we went again to fix the problem, we found the manager who initially told us he cannot change the room without an additional charge since it has no free rooms from that category (apparently we booked an economy room about which I did not actually notice the difference in comparison to the other rooms and also on the hotel's site there are just 2 types of rooms: park view and sea view...

I found that completely unprofessional so I had to insist that such an answer is not acceptable and he should care about the needs of all the guests, especially since I specifically asked by email before arriving that I would like a quiet room

Very good restaurant and hotel in a beautiful countryside. The beach is right under the hotel, but you have to walk through a forest for a 200-300 meters

The service is very good and the quality of food in the restaurant is high. There are no sunbeds on the beach, so you have to organize it by yourself which is not a problem, because the beach is big enough

The rooms are very spaciois, very clean and very good furnished

The hotel is a good solid 3ka , Breakfast buffet selection is small but everything is delicious. You can order a separate dish for lunch is$10. 300m to the beach but steps from the mountain, 3 years the child gets up

Good location in a secluded part of Obzor, not overcrowded. The hotel itself needs an upgrade while the pool and outside area is very nice the rooms are not. Very basic rooms with cheap material

The food is decent - the breakfast has a good selection of fruits, musli, yogurt and cooked food. The dinner options in the restaurant are ok too, only had the squid and it was very tasty

Great place to go with the kids. Good food, clean rooms, nice beach. If you invest more in the road that leads to the hotel would be great. The staff was amazing, they even prepare us sandwiches for the road

It's a modest hotel but a great value for money: - the beach is not crowded, you get sunbeds and umbrella. Also, this is their private beach and it's 100meters from the hotel -the food is good but not great

The best thing is that the hotel is very close to the beach. However you might not fall for the beach, because it's quite narrow and as per my opinion it's not the best place for kids - water goes deep really fast

We were in one-bedroom apartment and both - the living room and bedroom were bright and spacious. The best I could say is that the food was ok. Nothing fancy and quite the same every day, but tastes ok

Cleaning is done from time to time during your stay and towels are not changed often. Ours were not changed for 7 days -parking does not exist, you simply park wherever you find a room

Good hotel near the beach, it has private beach with free umbrellas. Also pets are allowed, this was one of our main criteria. Good variety of food of the all inclusive

The hotel is on the beach, it offers 1 umbrella and 2 seats at the beach for double room. The food is good, not to diversivied , bbq available, pasta , in other words the food is ok, the hotel is ok.

Even though they are not the newest, they are kept very clean. Our bed sheets were changed every day. - free parking & the chairs, cushions & umbrellas on the beach are included as well - the staff was exceptional

We spent 4 nights there and it was amazing. It checks all the boxes: - close to the beach (literally 20m away) - great food (I've only seen so much variety in Turkey before). Also many options for vegetarians

Price is very acceptable per night with everything included. it has a private parking 300-400m away. It is also beachfront hotel so you can enjoy the sea view

Everything is in the room for a full meal. Clean lovely rooms, towels and linens are changed every three days. The owners are wonderful people There is a swimming pool on the territory. Recommended for family holidays

Small and chic hotel, very close to the beach (5 minutes walk), but also to the town center and the commercial area (10 minutes walk)

Nice rooms, nice music at the bar, friendly personal. You can hear the sea from the window. No kitchen in the apartments.
