Sunrise All Suites Resort- All Inclusive

A lovely, very quiet family resort with fabulous food! The clients are mostly Bulgarian, Rumanian, Polish so the food reflects this, which for us was fabulous! Very few British tourists here - far more at Sunny Beach, about 45 mins away. Lovely pools at Sunrise and a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds and a bar. We went right at the end of the season so by the end there were very few people here. The receptionists were lovely - a special shout out to Desislava and Stephanie! We had a room (all incredibly spacious) at the back of the hotel, overlooking beautiful green rolling hills but there is a busy road there so we changed, and paid a little more to have a room at the front, overlooking the pool area. Absolutely fantastic value for money! Would highly recommend if you like different delicious food, few British tourists and a quiet area! Thank you too to the great chefs!

I was there for a week with my friends. The location was near the sea and the place was very relaxing at all. The rooms were nice, cozy and most importantly very clean. I can't find the proper words to describe the food and the drinks, they were very enjoyable. During the relaxing time at the swimming pool there was an animators program that not only the kids but and the older ones including myself found very exciting and energetic. The staff was very friendly especially the animators. I met one of them, her name was Tsveta and she was very talkative. The whole atmosphere during the animator program was very fresh and Tsveta was one of the people who made me feel like I am in my child neighborhood again.

Overall, my family and I are happy with our vacation and experiences at this wonderful place! Thank you Sunrise! And special thanks to the Animation team and more specifically to Tsveti! She cares and protects our children! Thank you! We will come again.

The hotel is so nice! We love this place! We are here for second time. We will be back for sure! It's the perfect vacation for families! We are with children and they love the animation! Especially Tsveta! She is good with children! She is so good on the stage! Everyone loves to dance with her even the parents!

Animation is soo good! Perfect! Tsveta is the best of all of them!! We love her! The children are so in love with her! The hotel is so nice! We’ll be back! Of course we will be so happy if we can see Tsveta here again! She is kind and polite! Nice people only here!

Loved the stay at the resort, everything from the food, activities and great animation team. Especially the lovely ladies Vivian and Eli, I have to say Isabella was a bit rude but Vivian handled the situation and made our stay entertaining!

My family and I were on vacation, and I can only recommend everything—from the staff to the animators. One of the best was Kris, who was very friendly. Our son was incredibly happy and still talks about him today. We will definitely return.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. The rooms are nice. The food is very good and there is even a grill area where you can have kebab every lunchtime. The kebab is very tasty... The entertainers have definitely chosen their right job. Kris is the best animator I know. He's cool, funny...

We recently returned from an 11 day stay at this hotel. We could not fault it! We had an amazing time! Our kids (7 and 3) absolutely loved it and made some friends: although the hotel receives mostly German and Czech guests we did not have any issues as an English family and the kids all played so well despite the language barrier! We became good friends with several of the entertainment team and our kids absolutely adopted them! Everything was so inclusive and constantly keeping them entertained with games throughout the day as well as the activities you could book through hotel reception! A massive thank you to Bosch, Elena, tsveta and Chris you really made our holiday 100%
Food: was amazing, lots of different choices each day alongside the main staples that stayed: salads, pastas etc. So much fruit available too! There was also the grill bar which had different things: mussels, ribs etc each day changed as well ss the kebab bar. Also the pastry bar was amazing with fresh cakes at lunch and dinner times! The kids could also get ice cream from the pond bar at any time of the day!! And these flavours changed as well to ensure a good variety!

The rooms: we had a family room which we thought was quite big! The only down side was that it was 1 big room with
a double bed and 2 singles as well as a large bathroom; so no separate space for the kids but that didn't affect us at all.
We looked at the reviews before we left and lots of people complained that there was lots of birds; when we arrived the hotel was covered in swallows! They were creating nests in the doorways of the balconies. This did not bother us at all as they were very quiet and peaceful to watch flying around, the mass of birds also menat there was hardly any bugs so no nasty itchy bites (unless you were out after dark). The staff at the hotel were constantly cleaning the outdoor area so bird droppings were minimal except for one small area off to one side of the pool. Everything was spotless and constantly being cleaned! Even in the restaurant the managers would not allow people in if still in swimming attire to prevent slippery floors. And to allow people to eat with people dressed decently.
There was also multiple pools to choose from in different areas so if one was busy we could more over or if we wanted to stay in the sun etc.
Also the hotel is just a short walk to the beach; they have their own pathways to the front. The beach was amazing: the beach bar was limited to beers and soft drinks on the all inclusive bands.
Our children did see at the sister hotel there was some water slides; it turned out after enquiring that we could pay for a day band to the sister hotel which Included all the pool area and the all inclusive at the pool bar. We did this one day but we also noted that along the beach there was a large water slide park which my partner took our daughter to. It is built around a ww2 bunker!! Which you are more then welcome to look around.
The hotel had a bus route to the local town which was fairly priced but you did have to make sure you were there before the scheduled time to ensure you get a seat. The bus drivers were also very welcoming and helpful! The town centre in obzor is beautiful. It has kept open areas where they have found pieces of historical architecture. They have a beautiful garden in the centre as well, a long line of shops for all different things and the roads are lined with rose bushes; everything smelt amazing! We also saw so many gardens growing their own fruits and vegetables on our walks. It was amazing!

All the staff, reception, shops, restaurant, bar and cleaning crew were very hospitable and friendly.
We will definitely be returning!!
