My experience fell far short of expectations. The food offered throughout my visit was mediocre at best—lacking both flavor and variety. The rooms were equally disappointing. They were not well-maintained, with noticeable cleanliness issues and facilities that felt dated and worn out. It’s clear that upkeep is not a priority here, which really affects the overall comfort. One of the night I found a scolopendra in the room.
The hotel's beach also failed to impress. It didn’t feel clean or well cared for. This hotel might have been great in the past, but that’s no longer the case—it’s now completely neglected and poorly maintained.

It’s such a nasty and the most awful hotel where I have ever been in 30 years of my life. It’s very dirty, the personal is so rude. You call them and they never come. They just imitate solving your problems, which they do not do anything at all. It’s so dirty. When service came to clean it, they didn’t do anything except vacuuming the floor, just when we forced them to wash the floor, they hardly did it. All their tubes are blocked, and there is water stocked then when you take bath. We had a bathtub, which is not closed by curtain on 100%, after taking bath you have sea in the room. Also the curtain in the bathtub has the mold and it’s so nasty, that when you take bath, you try not to touch anything with body. We have asked to solve this problem, or change the room, for which we were offered the room worse than the first one. They were telling us that they were so kind to give us better room in the beginning, while from booking already we had better room with sea view. So apart from all bad things that they did, they are also trying to lie kinda they’re doing a favor for you. We didn’t accept new room, and they told that a hole in the bathtub is not a problem. So, sea creating in the room is not a problem for them. There is a smell of canalization in the bathroom and in the building in general. There is an awful smell coming from wardrobes, so it’s impossible to put clothes in. The food quality is also not the best, but acceptable, better than anything else. The only good thing in this hotel is just location to the sea, but be aware it’s also not the closest one, around 10 minutes by foot normal walking. There is wifi but it does not work. Not recommended at all if you don’t want to spoil your vacation.

We stayed here for 1 week and that was enough for us the staff are really rude and quite frankly cannot be bothered, no cash at the bars, all inclusive you have 3 options for food and they all suck apart from the chips, also they claim to keep the food hall open til 9:30 we arrived at 9 after begin out all day and they had closed it, the rooms are okay however the maid didn’t make our bed or give us tissue paper for the whole week we had to ask reception twice for tissue paper during our stay, the free drinks are completely tasteless, and the supermarket on site well put it this way it’s cheaper to get a taxi into town to get 1 bag of crisps, the best part about this place are the taxi drivers
