The girl that gives us the bracelets to the swimming pool was very nice to us ,very polite and its was nice experience. The swimming pool bartender made the best cocktails i’ve ever drank. The woman at the reception with the glasses was very polite and nice as well.

The spa is ok, we enjoyed the steam and salt room. The outside pool is quite cold so we couldn’t really use it. Breakfast was great with lots of options. We had dinner here the first night - the salads were nice but the rest was very mediocre so we didn’t eat there again. Our room was the one on the website with the red floor. It’s comfortable and spacious. There was a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work but it smelled like a dirty toilet the whole time and we couldn’t get rid of that. We could also hear the neighbor snoring at night.

The Rooms are clean. I can feel the cigarette smell in the bathroom when the ventilation is on. The restaurant offers approximately tasty meals. The location is OK. The parking lots are two. The main one is clean but small. Second is quite big and is near by. The swimming pools are clean , not so crowded. The hotel is ok for short vacations . If you need some activities you should arrange them with your transportation.

Spacious, bright, and clean rooms with an amazing view. Nice taking a dip in the hot mineral pools. Some improvements could be made in the restaurant (some dishes great and others not so great for the price), but overall a nice and relaxing stay. There are also a few things to see in the nearby villages - a 650 year old Sycamore tree on Garmen and the villages up the mountains like Leshten and Kovachevitsa with it's lovely stone houses with stone roofs.

The hotel is OK. There is minaral spring and the pools are wonderful.
The service is average. There is a problem with the water - yesterday we did not have cold water, today we did not have warm water in the morning. Very strange, even funny :). It's ironic when you have a natural warm spring...
The food is fine - no complaints at all.
The music - awful... They play drunkards Serbian chalga, or gangsta rap most of the time. The texts are mildly said not suitable for kids. This is strange when the focus of the hotel is family tourism.
The reason I will not come back again is the music.

The pool was so dirty. I got sick from it. I had to go to hospital after 1 day. I threw up. Although the pool was very small there were too many people. There is a bigger pool too but its cold and its outside.
