A wonderful hotel in a perfect location with great facilities!
My friend and I stayed at Bulgaria Wellness in early January for a ski weekend, and it was fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a convenient foldable drying rack. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The spa was excellent, featuring a warm water pool, jacuzzi, as well as wet and dry saunas—perfect for relaxing after skiing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely return

Very friendly reception and rooms are pretty decent considering you are at a ski resort. Free spa and breakfast. Location is perfect. I would recommend this place.

Found it by pure chance, a real jewel in Bansko! It is cozy, contemporary, very light and offers big and comfy rooms with very good bedding!! The staff however make it the perfect place for a relaxing and care free get away !! A big thank you as you were so welcoming, kind, helpful, going the extra mile to ensure we fully enjoyed our stay and were totally spoiled !! We will definitely come back !! Thank you !!

Had an amazing stay at Bulgaria Wellness Hotel in Bansko! The rooms were immaculate, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the spa was a great. The warm pool was the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing, and the location was unbeatable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met with a smile. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a enjoyable accommodation experience.

The hotel is tucked away, just off the main street that leads up to the main centre for the bars and restaurants. The lounge area is really welcoming with really comfy seating and a roaring fire. Just what you need after a day on the slopes. The rooms are great, clean and stylish. The breakfast was simple but had exactly what you need to fill you up. The staff have been really helpful and always greet you with a smile. We didn't get chance to use the Wellness area but even without knowing what that adds to the experience, would still really recommend it to anyone visiting Bankso.

Our experience with Wellness Hotel Bulgaria was very good from the first interaction (via email messages) till the end of our stay.
Personnel was very nice and helpful, our rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated and the spa center was excellent after a day of skiing (nice pool and good saunas).
We've had great holidays and we plan to return.

Great hotel. Slightly dated but in a good way. Lovely decor, open fires, short walk to the best Mehanas. Kids loved the pool, sauna, steam room. Big rooms, excellent beds, decent breakfast. For what we paid it was a bargain

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at it has an amazing pool and spa area, the breakfast is amazing and a wide variety of carbs, protein, fats, sugars and dairy. The is brilliant loads of storage for luggage and some amazing mountain view’s from the balcony. The location is great although it’s down an alley it is central next to some amazing restaurants and it’s next door to Veranda which has some of the best chicken soups I’ve ever had great for lunch. All round an amazing experience at the Wellness hotel.
