Kashmir Wellness & SPA Hotel Adults Only

Kashmir is most likely the best SPA resort in Bulgaria (together with Zornitza). The facility is great, SPA zone is also outstanding, it is very clean & very cozy. You can't go wrong with them.
The half board is great, the food is delicious and the staff is smiling and friendly. One downside is they don't have bidet shower in the restrooms. Besides of that, the rooms are also cozy and comfortable. The mattress was on the soft side, which I personally dislike, but it's a matter of a personal preference. One think you should definitely experience are the small pools with hot mineral water in the forest.
Overall - a real 5 star experience, which is worthy the higher price.

Rooms was cozy and comfortable with beautiful mountains views. Pools were just amazing..warm and the best part was the small rounded pools in the forest, so peaceful and relaxing. The quietness of the hotels were just outstanding..a perfect place to escape however the foods was a challeng. Not many varities for the menu which is not convenient. For 4nights i stayed with my husband and it was a set menu, the appetizers were all the same, main course was not so much options, mainly pork, beef and lamb..no chicken at all during our stay. Dessert was not the best for a 5star standard it was basic. Breakfast was again no chicken sausages..only pork! Decoration and presentation of the dishes was nice but avoid the flowers as eatable decoration because it changes the entire taste of the foods. Steak was row inside. I am extremely dissapointed with the foods and its the only things which will me make not to go back again. For a 5* hotels the standards of the foods is nothing comparing to Hot spring 4*, Kempinski 5* and King Valley 4*.A buffet with varieties is a must for a 5* star hotels specially which was fully booked Beers not many options. Sorry to say but we had to get in the car and went to eat in the city just to fill our stomach...its a shame to pay for such luxury hotel and eat outside. Its good to copy the foods of the above hotels mentioned, overall the stay ws pleasant.

Great hotel with excellent spa facilities, the breakfast buffet was exceptional as was the dinner offering.

The only points for improvement would be we struggled to communicate in English with some staff members and it would be good to have an option not to have dinner, as this you tend to over eat.
But we found the staff very friendly and often went beyond the expected. We also enjoyed their no child policy, which was a key attraction as we have stayed in other hotels where very young kids were not only allowed in the spa but were found in the saunas.

The hotel is very nice – the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the toiletries provided in the room had a pleasant scent. The restaurant is good, with a lovely terrace, and the food is very tasty. The well-stocked minibar. The spa area is pleasant and clean. However, I have stayed in equally good hotels at a more reasonable price.

Our new favorite place to relax. Facilities, food and atmosphere was amazing. The best part - adult only. One of few such places in Bulgaria and much much needed if you need true relaxation and don't want to be annoyed. We'll be coming back many many more times for sure.

Overpriced. Very good outdoor hot tubs, pools and sauna. The steam baths indoors were not warm enough to enjoy them plus they smelled badly. Good massages.
Although presented well, the main course food in the restaurant is completely tasteless. After the first dinner I opted only for salad bar as it was the better than the main courses offered. The hotel is located above the Kleptuza lake which is nice but also far from the town. 5lv espresso and 7lv for small not even free drinking water offered at dinner and if you order water get Bankya! So not the local one even.
Another thing that ruins the experience is the fact that guest disrespect the no smoking rules and they smoke those vapes and electric cigarettes everywhere (spa, restaurant, lobby…).
Overall the best thing about this hotel is the lack of kids but the price you have to pay for that privilege is too high compared to other spa hotels.

Amazing! Staff is super helpful and professional and the spa facilities are simply outstanding; all in a secluded forest atmosphere. Restaurant has a select menu and is one of the best we’ve tried in Bulgaria. Best choice for our honeymoon!!

It is a really nice place to enjoy the mountain during any season. The pools are clean. The internal decoration is impecable. The restaurant has a well-balanced menu. The lobby is cozy. The rooms are clean and spacious. It is quite everywhere. The staff is gentle and responds really quickly to any request.

Adult only hotel for extreme relax and well-being. The food is way above anything we have tried in 5 star hotels. The setting is a masterpiece. The rooms are nicely decorated. The beds are a bit softer for our taste but still very good. The staff is super polite. The spa is huge and with lots of treatments for the body.
