Living Room: Old tired furin living room. A great blower heater.
Bathroom, spacious unfortunately the shower drain was semi block to the water started to spill over.
Bedroom: great spacious bed with a great view. Unfortunately this was only accompanied by a small radiator which did not justice. Room was too cold to sleep in, ended up on the futon in the living room.
Reported to receptionist twice, nothing happened.
Room D40
The SPA center is amazing offering hot tubs, pool, sauna, steam baths. The food is simply delicious.
Totally recommend the place.
The banya spa was very pleasant and relaxing after a long day of skiing with free bus from and to organized by the hotel (free entry if you stay more than 5 nights). Would have been nice to have more trips to the spa and unfortunately the places on the bus are limited. Make sure to reserve in advance.
For skiing, the hotel has a free shuttle to the gondolas every 30 minutes.
Overall good service.
There are some stuff broken in the room, so the room is not really maintained, however room service is good.
Some of the hotel staff are nice and some not so much.
The location of the hotel is bad, 15 minute walk from the lift and the shuttle is not frequent enough and too small.
Really enjoyed our stay for a week, lovely warm hotel, large room, comfortable bed, our room was nice and quiet, staff were very friendly and approachable, good choice of food and drinks for breakfast, superb location for centre of Bansko and Gondala.
Building layout for Spa was quirky but didn’t bother us at all and the Spa facilities were great with super friendly spa receptionist.
Would definitely recommend.
