Location was close to the centre and beach, but not so close that there was noise pollution or that it was busy outside. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cozy environment, the rooms are ok, the location is very good, 2 minutes from one of the main streets where everything is located, near the southern beach. The hostesses of the hotel are very kind and always welcome 😊

The hotel is clean and cozy. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The beach is at 5 min walking distance. The area is quiet altho the town goes to sleep after midnight. I definitely will visit again if I have the chance.

The staff was very polite and eager to help. The location is great - close to the center and the beach, and at the same time the hotel is located in a side street away from the noise.

Clean and large room, large terrace with a small table and a dry rack. The air conditioning works perfectly. The room is very quiet when the balcony door is closed despite a lunapark just in front of the hotel. The position is just between the two beaches, 10 min. of a quiet walk for both.

The service is super, very quiet, and the food in the restaurant downstairs and the area is great. About the cons, there is only one price, I saw some vanity room which is offered.

We had a very nice stay at the beginning of July (we asked for a triple room with direct sea view), comfy bed, the rooms was cleaned everyday, they changed towels, nice staff (even if very young and not quite pro), quiet, beautiful sunrises, one can hear the waves in the morning. We were for a first time this year and I cannot complain. A nice a personal access. Food was a perfect. We had only breakfasts- enough big choice. (Milk, cornflakes, eggs, ham, sousages, tomatoes, cucumber, juice, water, coffee...). The rooms was clean and nice.

I stayed in room 207 with a nice view of the beach. The beds were very stiff, and the curtains were not blackouts (there are no window shades ) so at 5:40 in the morning the sun was blasting with full power. There is a lot of street noise so you have to sleep with the windows closed and the AC on, which was a bit too loud for my taste. The free WiFi was also not in range in this room. The bathroom...

Hotel is located jus in front of beach. Rooms are clean but I would recommend some maintenance. For example air conditioning unit. Good restaurant with tasty food for lunch and for dinner. Breakfast is ok. Swimming pool open even at the evening. Only internet that working only in in reception area.

A nice family hotel. The room was big enough with enough space for your luggage. The towels were changed almost everyday. The wi-fi was good even for working from there. The hotel is very clean, the room was spacious and the location was very close to the beach area.

Great location at the heart of the town, close to both beaches. Clean and spacious room with a large balcony. Room has TV, fridge, WIFI. The host was friendly, welcoming and responds quickly.

Mediocre at best. Parking is limited to 3 spots and it is first come first served basis. We had to ask for towel change every day. No 24/7 reception.

Very nice and cozy hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. It is close to the North Beach and 5 minutes from the main square in Primorsko. With parking spaces, in case they are occupied, there is a free municipal parking lot 5 minutes away, which even in the height of the season (we were in the beginning of August) has a lot of free spaces. I recommend!

This is a very good hotel, the owners are new since 2019. The personal was polite and smiling. The hotel is near to north beach and centre. The food was fresh and delicious. The room was cleaned everyday. Everything was great for this lowest price.

Everything was in good levels, the staff, the apartment, the location. Nice and quiet place,not too crowded.Parking spaces available and underground garage as well.Will recommend definitely!

Lovely place to stay for holiday at the sea!

It will not be an exaggeration if I say that this is the best place to stay in Primorsko. Daily cleaning of the rooms. Extremely friendly and smiling staff. Wonderful conditions. And all this at a very good price.

A very pleasant place to rest in the beloved Primorsko. It has all the necessary amenities. Close to the two beaches /about 5-7 minutes on foot/, the center, restaurants, etc. There is a large free parking lot right in front of the hotel. The hostess is very kind and smiling. We recommend!

The hotel is wonderful. Very clean, towels are changed every two days. Both beaches are very close. There is air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room. Nice staff , clean rooms and bathroom. Eveerything is as described in the offer. Not far from the sea. You can take food and cook it there are two kitchen boxes available and grill. Good for the price. We give one star less because the beds are not comfortable enought and are two separated bed , not a bedroom . So the gap in the middle happen to be just where we usually sleep :)

The lady owning the apartment in the complex was really nice and helpful. The room was spacious, cleaned every day and trash taken out, had a change of bed linen as well. Underground garage is extremely useful especially as it was dry and easy to manouevre.

The house has spacious, cool rooms and excellent hygiene! The location is also good - the North and South beaches are a 10-minute walk away. Nearby there are shops, snacks .... the summer cinema and the water park are a minute's walk away🙂. We are also very satisfied with We will be happy to repeat! Hogiena is excellent, the owners are calm and responsive. We were not disturbed during our stay. The location is pretty good, it is close to the southern beach, the center, the amusement park, and at the same time offers peace and quiet evenings. In front of the house there is a shop, nearby there are soft drinks, a breakfast room and a restaurant. We think we should repeat.

Nice and clean hotel. Cross the road and you're on the free beach. Friendly staff and nice pool. Only issue was the WiFi which had very poor signal.
