We’ve been coming here for 12 years and have never been disappointed. The management and staff are outstanding. What I love most is that the hotel is away from the busiest and noisiest parts of the main city, and it’s very close to one of the best beaches in Bulgaria, which is wild and has beautiful dunes.

The hotel is at a very nice location right on the beach line. The food is a hit-and-miss some of the food is very nice and other not so good. There is a swimming pool and underground car park, but it is a bit tricky to park as it's quite busy and tight to manoeuvre.

We had a reservation for an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with two extended couches, there was only one. Also, there were supposed to be 2 bathrooms, there was only one (not fun for 6 adults). The view is lovely, the building seems new and elegant. The staff was ok. Breakfast was edible, not great. The hotel is new, nice and clean. Staff is super nice. The food is really good, as well and there is an underground parking, which means our car isn't in the sun outside all day. Siena Palace is absolutely amazing place to stay clean rooms, service is always great, breakfast is very good too. It near north beach which is IMHO best beach in primorsko. People are nice and welcoming and always willing to help. Iam very sattisfied, I am here for 2nd time, 1st 2016 and now 2024 and it is still perfect and high standard.

Prime location that is just great. As per the fancy status it’s not great to get served by a waiter in an adidas jacket. A restaurant like this should maintain a status all the time. Great cuisine and service. The stuff is friendly and always there to help. However the hotel itself is not well maintained. It requires fresh paint, new furniture and a lot of repairs. The boardwalk in the hotel is falling apart, I personally requested it to be fixed but they changed only half of the broken pieces, the elevators and bathrooms look centuries old.

It is a nice family hotel. Rooms are spacious. Two swimming pools and an area for children. Located near the beach. One thing has to be regulated by the hotel - smoking on the terrace of the restaurant. People are having dinner, children around but some guests don't care and smoke.

Awesome place. There is an 4 levels building with nice tall entrance full of glasses that ensure you feeling for high building instead of. There is a palms inside the lobby which is 3 meter high it was so impressive at night to watch palms and drink some fresh drink. We ware 5 night sleeping in 402 rooms with kid of one year old.
