Everything was in good levels, the staff, the apartment, the location. Nice and quiet place,not too crowded.Parking spaces available and underground garage as well.Will recommend definitely!

Lovely place to stay for holiday at the sea!

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel and we were very pleased. It was clean, quiet, and the location is right across from the beach.

Superb apartment with sea view. The welcome wasn't very warm. Accommodation outside the city. Quiet, as many restaurants in the city have loud music in the evening. Plan to drive or walk if you want to go into town.

We have been staying at this hotel for the second year and if you are looking for peace, proximity and a view of the sea and quality service, you will not regret visiting this place! Greetings to Mitaka!

Really nice hotel and nice and welcoming manager...everyting is selected with very good taste. Morning coffee is something that you cannot wait to wake up for and the breakfast it's an experience itself. Nice and tidy place with awesome location. Very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not tried the food at restaurant but the menu looked good. Good to spend time with the family. The best thing about this place is its pet friendly, our dog liked it as well.

The roms are enough for a short stay. They are not briliant, but they do the job. They have air conditioning which is a must. The room we stayed in had a big terrace with a good view towards the beach, but the bathroom wasn't very good. There weren't any shower curtains and everything got wet. Walking to the beach from the hotel takes literally 2 minutes which makes it a very appealing place to stay...

Nothing special but there was enough space in the double room. The big plus was the really working air-conditioning that's a need at the seaside. The price was also very satisfying : )

Note this is not exactly a hotel, but a low cost apparthotel. Cleaning of the rooms and changing towels, etc. is once per 3 days. In between these 3 days you cans till get additional toilet paper or getting garbage out only upon request. Didn't like they didn't even let you have a spare toilet paper roll unless you explecitely request it. Had some unpleasant bugs in the room, guess that was because...

A lovely location just steps from the beach! The room was nicely furnished with a wardrobe as well as a dresser table. The staff were courteous and available. The heating worked very well!

Very chill and inexpensive place tucked between Primorsko and Kiten within very close distance of the beach line. The rooms could be better but for the price it makes for a good vacation.

Guest House Arkadia is situate at Center of Primorsko. Near by Supermarket, shops, Aquapark. The night Bars are on 7 min a walk.Rooms are clean and have a balcony. Arcadia Restaurant offers a variety of food - Bulgarian, Italian and seafood. The staff is very kind and responsive. I recommend this place for accommodation.

Everything was perfect. The rooms and the common places were very clean. The staff was polite and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. Couple of minutes walk to a nice sandy beach.

It was very plesant experience. All the personal are extremely kind and helpful, the food is delicious. The breakfast was our biggest surprise :) There is parking available for the guests which is an exception in Primorsko.
