All good, but food is below expectations. My stomach was in pain every single day. There is no non-smoking section so no matter where you go outside either pool or the terrace, you will be treated with the cigarettes smoke.

I'd say it's perfect for it's price and I surely would visit it again. The rooms are corresponding to five stars - super spacious, brand new equipment, huge wardrobes with lots of storage space. Really happy with the rooms and the services. Food was nice,plenty of vegetables and fruits (traditional for Bulgaria 🇧🇬) and different types of meat.For my taste they can offer a little bit more fresh cooked fish. Close complex perfect for parents/grandparents with kids.There is an animation program, children party with music at the evening and after for parents.

I had only one small problem, it was the diner we we're at, we had to get charged around 10-20 dollars to dine at another one, since the diner of the Forest Beach was closed. We’ve been coming here for 12 years and have never been disappointed. The management and staff are outstanding. What I love most is that the hotel is away from the busiest and noisiest parts of the main city, and it’s very close to one of the best beaches in Bulgaria, which is wild and has beautiful dunes.

The hotel is at a very nice location right on the beach line. The food is a hit-and-miss some of the food is very nice and other not so good. There is a swimming pool and underground car park, but it is a bit tricky to park as it's quite busy and tight to manoeuvre.

We had a reservation for an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with two extended couches, there was only one. Also, there were supposed to be 2 bathrooms, there was only one (not fun for 6 adults). The view is lovely, the building seems new and elegant. The staff was ok. Breakfast was edible, not great. Medium cleanliness. All in all, it's ok but not a 4 stars hotel.

The hotel is new, nice and clean. Staff is super nice. The food is really good, as well and there is an underground parking, which means our car isn't in the sun outside all day. Very nice hotel. It's modern, clean, short walk from the beach. Spa and breakfast were included for our room. Very nice pool area with a bar. Large kids play room on the first floor. Small shops and good variety of eateries all around. Mid-September is off season , it's quiet, no crowds, the weather and the sea are still super nice and warm.

Siena Palace is absolutely amazing place to stay clean rooms, service is always great, breakfast is very good too. It near north beach which is IMHO best beach in primorsko. People are nice and welcoming and always willing to help. Iam very sattisfied, I am here for 2nd time, 1st 2016 and now 2024 and it is still perfect and high standard.

An amazing place to stay on the seaside if you're looking for a calm and relaxing visit. The villas are in the woods, so it's cool, even in the hottest days. Sea isn't as calm as you like - swimming pools. And to top it off - all-inclusive has different themes every evening, so your taste buds don't get bored

We stayed at Villas Holiday in 2018, but it is almost the same. The bungalows are divided half to Ropotamo half to Holiday. They are old, but renovated and in relatively good shape. The location is great - close to the water, the woods is perfect for hiding, place to play beach volleyball, playground for smaller children, clean swimming pool, delicious food.

Awesome place. There is an 4 levels building with nice tall entrance full of glasses that ensure you feeling for high building instead of. There is a palms inside the lobby which is 3 meter high it was so impressive at night to watch palms and drink some fresh drink. We ware 5 night sleeping in 402 rooms with kid of one year old.
