It is a nice family hotel. Rooms are spacious. Two swimming pools and an area for children. Located near the beach. One thing has to be regulated by the hotel - smoking on the terrace of the restaurant. People are having dinner, children around but some guests don't care and smoke.

Average! No parking, you must park in a forest and cross the road to get to Hotel.

Good: Spaceous room and bathroom, clean, bright. Breakfast was diverse. Air conditioning system was quick and powerful. I liked the stereo system in the bathroom. Bad: There was nothing to hang your wet clothes/towels/bathing suits even though there was a terrace - and this is rather important at beach resort. There was also no water heater and coffee/tea left, which you'd expect for a room of this...

Awesome place. There is an 4 levels building with nice tall entrance full of glasses that ensure you feeling for high building instead of. There is a palms inside the lobby which is 3 meter high it was so impressive at night to watch palms and drink some fresh drink. We ware 5 night sleeping in 402 rooms with kid of one year old. We have been going here for 10 years. The only real problem is the food. Chef should be fired, F&b manager as well, long time ago. Not international standard. Cold food. We’ve been coming here for 12 years and have never been disappointed. The management and staff are outstanding. What I love most is that the hotel is away from the busiest and noisiest parts of the main city, and it’s very close to one of the best beaches in Bulgaria, which is wild and has beautiful dunes.

The hotel is at a very nice location right on the beach line. The food is a hit-and-miss some of the food is very nice and other not so good. There is a swimming pool and underground car park, but it is a bit tricky to park as it's quite busy and tight to manoeuvre.

We had a reservation for an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with two extended couches, there was only one. Also, there were supposed to be 2 bathrooms, there was only one (not fun for 6 adults). The view is lovely, the building seems new and elegant. The staff was ok. Breakfast was edible, not great. Medium cleanliness. All in all, it's ok but not a 4 stars hotel.

The hotel is new, nice and clean. Staff is super nice. The food is really good, as well and there is an underground parking, which means our car isn't in the sun outside all day. The beach is across the street and even if you'd prefer to go back to the hotel and rest, there is a pool with a bar. Superb experience!

Very nice hotel. It's modern, clean, short walk from the beach. Spa and breakfast were included for our room. Very nice pool area with a bar. Large kids play room on the first floor. Small shops and good variety of eateries all around. Mid-September is off season , it's quiet, no crowds, the weather and the sea are still super nice and warm.

Siena Palace is absolutely amazing place to stay clean rooms, service is always great, breakfast is very good too. It near north beach which is IMHO best beach in primorsko. People are nice and welcoming and always willing to help. Iam very sattisfied, I am here for 2nd time, 1st 2016 and now 2024 and it is still perfect and high standard.
