Very clean rooms, small but very comfortable, first line next to the sand dunes with an amazing view towards the sea. Very communicative place, 10ish minutes walk to the city center or all restaurants on the cliff side next to the sea. 5 minutes walk through the sand dunes to the sea. (Stay in summer 2020) Adequate housing at a reasonable price in a very great location - on the north beach and quite away from nightlife. This is not a super-luxury hotel, but it is still relatively new, well maintained, clean. The room had air conditioning, refrigerator (which, despite all efforts, did not manage to cool) and a smaller TV (about 8 Bulgarian programs and CT24). A bit of an unfortunate...

Close to the beach. The quiet part of town. Breakfast is plentiful, I did not notice it ends before the last hour, despite the full hotel. It wasn't the tastiest. The pool was not very clean and the room did not have enough furniture. The staff is kind and responsive - without any remarks.

First I want to praise all the staff. At the reception, many well-mannered, responsive girls and boys, kitchen and maintenance women also did a very good job. The hotel is well built, very well maintained. Breakfast is decent for the hotel category, the location is great compared to the sea, restaurants and shops. The only definite and significant drawback is the lack of parking spaces.

Firstly the staff, owners and everyone working in this hotel its simply amazing. They have been very helpful to satisfy our requests. The hotel itself provides probably the best view over the sea, the rooms are spacious and always clean. The restaurant have not very big menu but everything is always fresh. Highly recommended! I already booked my second vacation there

What a great little hotel just away from the noise of the main street. It's just as you come into Primorsko and is actually the 2nd hotel on the right. Signage isnt good as its ajoined the 1st hotel, Sunrise. Parking is free and plentiful around the back. I was immediately helped in with my walker and case and greeted by name at reception. The swimming pool looked clean as did the bar and reception...

Nice, big and clean room, very nice terrace and pool. Staff was kind and helpfull. Good location with supermarket nearby and no problem with parking.

Friendly staff, close to the beach, comfort in the rooms, everything was very good.

We were for a first time this year and I cannot complain. A nice a personal access. Food was a perfect. We had only breakfasts- enough big choice. (Milk, cornflakes, eggs, ham, sousages, tomatoes, cucumber, juice, water, coffee...). The rooms was clean and nice.

I stayed in room 207 with a nice view of the beach. The beds were very stiff, and the curtains were not blackouts (there are no window shades ) so at 5:40 in the morning the sun was blasting with full power. There is a lot of street noise so you have to sleep with the windows closed and the AC on, which was a bit too loud for my taste. The free WiFi was also not in range in this room. The bathroom...

Hotel is located jus in front of beach. Rooms are clean but I would recommend some maintenance. For example air conditioning unit. Good restaurant with tasty food for lunch and for dinner. Breakfast is ok. Swimming pool open even at the evening. Only internet that working only in in reception area.

Good place to relax near the beach. Don't like the Sunny Beach, crowded place of alcoholized people.

Went there in 2016. Offers everything you need if you want it basic. Prices are absolutely okay. Also great if you come with dog. Best beach if you want it quiet and you're not about to party.

Very nice and cozy hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. It is close to the North Beach and 5 minutes from the main square in Primorsko. With parking spaces, in case they are occupied, there is a free municipal parking lot 5 minutes away, which even in the height of the season (we were in the beginning of August) has a lot of free spaces. I recommend!

Extremely enjoyable experience for me and my wife. Two steps away from the beach, also from the center is the hotel North Stream clean, pleasant, quiet. "Very good cuisine, especially the fish menu, the service was at the height, fast, cultural and professionally. THANK YOU!

This is a very good hotel, the owners are new since 2019. The personal was polite and smiling. The hotel is near to north beach and centre. The food was fresh and delicious. The room was cleaned everyday. Everything was great for this lowest price.

It's not luxury, but it has everything you need. The rooms are very spacious. Wide terraces. Large bathroom and toilet. There is an elevator. There is a coffee machine at the reception. Although it is not close to the center, it is difficult to find a parking space.

Guest House Arkadia is situate at Center of Primorsko. Near by Supermarket, shops, Aquapark. The night Bars are on 7 min a walk.Rooms are clean and have a balcony. Arcadia Restaurant offers a variety of food - Bulgarian, Italian and seafood. The staff is very kind and responsive. I recommend this place for accommodation.

Great family hotel with good service! The hotel is clean, cozy and quiet near the beach (50-100m.). The owners are nice and responsive. The rooms are clean and spacious with a large balcony, the only downside was the bathroom. Water was constantly dripping from the ceiling of the bathroom. The hotel pool is small but always well cleaned and the water is always warm.

The service was very good and the staff extremely friendly. At the restaurant we only had the included breakfast, which had four fixed options and was very good. This place is good. Liked the location and the restaurant here (very delicious fish soup). Also there is a public (free) parking just a few minutes away, which was very convenient. What I didn't like was the room, which was clean but small. Bathroom was also very small with little space to shower comfortably. Rooms were not made daily and we had to ask for an additional roll of paper for the bathroom...

Everything is wonderful if you are looking for a stay somewhere on the first line in Primorsko. The restaurant attached to the hotel has an amazing view, as well as an even more indispensable staff. The rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities you need for a memorable vacation. The menu has a lunch menu and breakfast as well as a main which has the basics but served in a tasty and enjoyable...

Super nice location! Most quit and very beautiful place at the coast with very friendly host. We had a good time there. Absolutely recommeded!! The Food is very delicious and you have to try the meatball with whitewine sauce and the mussels We had a wonderful holiday.

It's clean, well located at the end of the main street, not expensive and has a nice pool. I'd recommend it for families and groups, some features in the rooms however (like the carpet for example) could be better.

Very nice hotel, simple,clean and tidy! Ideally situated for shopping and eating out, including easy access to the north/south beaches. Would recommend this hotel for a family but all activities would be outside and around the area. Minimal activities inside hotel but nice for a chill out and relax before next venture. At the turn of the juna and jula for the excellent price, personal is to worry about the interior and exterier. Despite two stars absolutny nadstandard.

A few years ago, for this money I bought an apartment in Sveti Vlas, these are really the prices at the moment. Overall it was good. Old man, if you're only for a few days, it's not bad. South Beach is about 15 minutes away actually. I just didn't understand why I had to leave the key at reception every time...
