Very clean rooms, small but very comfortable, first line next to the sand dunes with an amazing view towards the sea. Very communicative place, 10ish minutes walk to the city center or all restaurants on the cliff side next to the sea. 5 minutes walk through the sand dunes to the sea. (Stay in summer 2020) Adequate housing at a reasonable price in a very great location - on the north beach and quite away from nightlife. This is not a super-luxury hotel, but it is still relatively new, well maintained, clean. The room had air conditioning, refrigerator (which, despite all efforts, did not manage to cool) and a smaller TV (about 8 Bulgarian programs and CT24). A bit of an unfortunate...

Close to the beach. The quiet part of town. Breakfast is plentiful, I did not notice it ends before the last hour, despite the full hotel. It wasn't the tastiest. The pool was not very clean and the room did not have enough furniture. The staff is kind and responsive - without any remarks.

First I want to praise all the staff. At the reception, many well-mannered, responsive girls and boys, kitchen and maintenance women also did a very good job. The hotel is well built, very well maintained. Breakfast is decent for the hotel category, the location is great compared to the sea, restaurants and shops. The only definite and significant drawback is the lack of parking spaces.

A very pleasant place to rest in the beloved Primorsko. It has all the necessary amenities. Close to the two beaches /about 5-7 minutes on foot/, the center, restaurants, etc. There is a large free parking lot right in front of the hotel. The hostess is very kind and smiling. We recommend!

Cozy cafe with delicious coffee. Excellent quality cakes. It was a pleasure to chat with friends in a calm atmosphere. It is desirable to expand the range of goodies. For example, we would taste a hot pizza. Currently, the menu includes only delicious drinks and sweets. In any case, we plan to visit the cafe as soon as possible. Sincere thanks to the hosts for a cozy corner.

We were for a first time this year and I cannot complain. A nice a personal access. Food was a perfect. We had only breakfasts- enough big choice. (Milk, cornflakes, eggs, ham, sousages, tomatoes, cucumber, juice, water, coffee...). The rooms was clean and nice.

I stayed in room 207 with a nice view of the beach. The beds were very stiff, and the curtains were not blackouts (there are no window shades ) so at 5:40 in the morning the sun was blasting with full power. There is a lot of street noise so you have to sleep with the windows closed and the AC on, which was a bit too loud for my taste. The free WiFi was also not in range in this room. The bathroom...

Hotel is located jus in front of beach. Rooms are clean but I would recommend some maintenance. For example air conditioning unit. Good restaurant with tasty food for lunch and for dinner. Breakfast is ok. Swimming pool open even at the evening. Only internet that working only in in reception area.

Went there in 2016. Offers everything you need if you want it basic. Prices are absolutely okay. Also great if you come with dog. Best beach if you want it quiet and you're not about to party.

Very nice and cozy hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. It is close to the North Beach and 5 minutes from the main square in Primorsko. With parking spaces, in case they are occupied, there is a free municipal parking lot 5 minutes away, which even in the height of the season (we were in the beginning of August) has a lot of free spaces. I recommend!

This is a very good hotel, the owners are new since 2019. The personal was polite and smiling. The hotel is near to north beach and centre. The food was fresh and delicious. The room was cleaned everyday. Everything was great for this lowest price.

Great place to stay! Prices are terrific, the hotel is incredibly well-kept and tasteful. Beds are comfy, there's a coffee machine with good coffee, a garden and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Parking is a bit tricky sometimes, but other than that, I really couldn't be happier with our stay here.

The place is rather easy to find. We walked from the bus station. It's located just 10 minute walk from the beach. You have everything around: shops, restaurants, atms. The room was very comfy and clean. It has a small fridge to keep your drinks cold in the hot weather. The owners are really nice and they helped us organize a private bus so that we can come back to Burgas for our further travels.

We liked the clean waterpool with nice grass perfect for the windy days. The place was very, very close to the beach. We had a small problem with the bathroom floor water and when we tell the stuff the fix it imiduately.

This place is good. Liked the location and the restaurant here (very delicious fish soup). Also there is a public (free) parking just a few minutes away, which was very convenient. What I didn't like was the room, which was clean but small. Bathroom was also very small with little space to shower comfortably. The rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities you need for a memorable vacation. It's clean, well located at the end of the main street, not expensive and has a nice pool. I'd recommend it for families and groups, some features in the rooms however (like the carpet for example) could be better.
