Great place with a fantastic owner. If you want to have a great stay tight next to the beach, and also have the possibility of doing fun stuff like scuba diving this is the place for you. Their restaurant also has some of the best food in the beach area.

The best place ever in Ravda! We are here for the third time and are very happy because the beach is 5 m from hotel, the food is perfect, the staff is very kind and all is ideal for rest with children. Hardly recommended.

What a lovely place this is! All rooms have balconies facing the sea, aircon, fridge, safe, TV. Place is clean and tidy. View is amazing and hotel is literally meters from the beach. Has a pretty front garden. Its family run which was one of the reasons I booked it as Id rather support such businesses then ones run by big shady corporations. We have already been to the Asai hotel twice. And this year we are going again (2021). Why? Because it is a unique place, beautiful and well-kept with a garden and a barbecue area. The hosts are always very helpful. The hotel is very clean, elevator, quiet, and very close to the center and a few minutes from a nice beach. We highly recommend it to all those who are wondering. Close to the sea this stylish and modern hotel was perfect for our stay. The rooms were cleaned daily and the garden terrace at the front of the hotel was a lovely place to spend the end of each day. Free WiFi and a central location made this friendly hotel perfect at a bargain price

Modest family hotel with polite and smiling staff. It is close to the south pla which is great. It has a pool that is divided into 2 (for children and adults). There is a restaurant available, but unfortunately they were understaffed and only prepared food for large groups. There is WiFi on every floor, but for me it was weak and I used my mobile. The TV was cable with few channels and constant interference

Small and cosy family hotel. The rooms are big and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel has small and big swimming pool so the kids can play safely. Strongly recommended if you want to spend quality time with your family.

Not bad for the price we paid. It's a small family hotel with decently clean rooms. Yet I expected a bit more based on what was advertised. The pool is very small. The garden feels more like a dark back yard. Breakfast is very basic and it doesn't even include coffee. The hotel is not too close to the beach, but it's a bit too close to the main street where various loud music can be heard until midnight

Good food, fantastic service. The tripe soup was served in pre-heated bowl, keeping the soup hot all the time. Fantastic! Prices are very reasonable, best value for money i have seen in Ravda so far.

Very good and understanding owners, the kitchen with a new professional chef, new dishes, national, Mediterranean, Thai cuisine is perfect.

Nice, cheap, conditioned but bad WiFied hotel with nice view on main loudy street (not hearable if you close the balcony)

The guest house of the Petrovi family is newly built, well furnished and 5 minutes from the beach. We are satisfied with our stay, the prices are acceptable considering the crisis we are in. It struck me that there were no small bars of soap that are always found in hotels, but of course this is not a remark.

For the price we paid, it was overall a good experience. Even tho the bathroom was missing some basic necessities. The room was dark, but I guess that was just our luck, cuz there were lighter rooms for sure. The staff was nice and offered us to choose between 2 rooms so that was okay. There isn't a parking lot but you can park pretty much anywhere along the street. It's close to the beach but everything...

Gorgeous home hotel in the center of Rada!!! I highly recommend staying here!!! Beautiful furnished studio rooms with the possibility of cooking in the room. It has everything: a sensory stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, dishes, air conditioning, you can turn on the tank yourself and not wait for the water to heat up centrally for the entire hotel. Great location, we stayed in a family room. There is a TV in every room. The view from the balcony is cozy, nightingales sing in the evenings. Owner is friendly, quick check in. Clean bed. Cozy double room. I recommend
