Lovely quite setting with a nice view of pool and small vine yards beyond. Bar, pool and grounds very clean and well kept. I would definitely go back and recommend the complex.

Again overpriced is a bit harsh since there are people and people. For me the prices are the same as in Albena Resort which is overpriced :). But!, still a perfect place for family and friends

The staff was great, they were real professionals. Food was good, drinks were great. Unfortunately the sauna was not working. The "gym"/fitness had 4 equipments and half of them were broken.

We have a property in this place it's located in a very quiet place on a hill. The only downside is that it is far from other attractions in varna.

This year they decided to change the staff with people from Asian countries and the guys from Kazakhstan were excellent, smily and ok. But they also changed the kitchen staff with Turkish chefs and whatever they were

The entertainment staff was better this year than the last few( really made an effort to keep vacationers happy) However. they have increased the cost and they have decreased the value by a huge amount

You hardly had any meat that was from an animal you recognise. Most of it was the meat grilled the meal before or the day before cut in small bits and mixed with leftover potatoes from the day before

I have always been happy and content with the choice because it used to be a sure bet for a successful, troublefree, experience. That is untill this year! The rooms were the same as ever

Other then the fact that we had to change our room and it wasn’t really the cleanest we had so much fun.The pool is great food amazing.Also it ain’t far from the beach about 6 minutes walking.

The General Hotel Manager is wonderfully helpful and extremely friendly ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends! The rest…well Albena is beautiful city with so much to see and do and this hotel just compliments and completes a wonderful experience!

Good service, but you gave one set of towels and bed sheets and they won't change them even if you ask for.

Room cleaning was only done one time under a 5 day period and only by complaint. One guy at the front desk was helpful and could sufficient English. Both the pool side and spott by the ocean was very satisfying to us

It's a three stars hotel, do not expect too much... It's a good place for a cheap holiday.

If only the staff wasn't so rude and nonchalant i would give them 4 star's

As for food and drinks, I have nothing to reproach at all! Great variety of dishes, very good quality. Good local and imported beverages, Bulgarian beer (not extremely good), juices at the dispenser, frozen at discretion

What surprised me was that always at noon and in the evening, an employee used to make in front of you different types of meat, pork, chicken, fish, small and muffins, at each meal another type and considering that the hotel were Muslims, they had sheep and rabbit meat

I received the room but without bracelets that provide access to the restaurant, they receive them around 14. The clean, decent and honest room could be slightly upgraded

Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The room are nice, there is a conditioner, a balcony, tv, chairs, etc

, they provide with towels, people from service desk are very nice and they are always there to help if you have any problems like i had with the room key (card) and they can answer your questions, they know English, Bulgarian, Russian and a bit of Romanian

The swimming pool has a very clean water and it’s so large, they provide free lounge chairs and umbrellas. I loved the fact that the beach is at 600 meters from the hotel

The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that they don’t change the bed sheets and towels :(

For a 3 star hotel the services were great. They offer all inclusive, and you get 3 free meals a day, pool access, beach lounger access, free bar and snacks, kids programs. The food was good and fruits fresh

I'm glad I was at the Hotel Kompass in Albena, Bulgaria. The service at the restaurant ,, all inclusive " and the staff, the accommodation, the place... it's very nice. Almost is great... I felt great!

The only downside is that you had to force them to clean the rooms, and you have to pay for loungers mattress

You can also get wine, beer and fresh fruits - kitchen is clearly well functioning comparing to other places. The only draw back for me was that the beach is a bit too far, but it took me no more than 8min to get there

I would say best value - you get everything you need for moderate price. Not perfect, no luxury, but it is worth the money. Food is good and divers with Balcan accents

An excellent hotel for families with children and families!

Hosts were so polite and friendly we arrived late in a middle of a storm and there was nowhere to get food from they even offered us food from their own. Room was not too bad nice and clean

It has nice big rooms,a nice yard, and the host is very helpful. Download google translate and bulgarian language, you will need it 😋. The only inconvenient is the distance to the beach. It's about 15 minutes walking.

Unexpected large room, with nice and peaceful views of big green trees and the waves sound in background. Very welcome hosts.

The room is cleaned daily with change of towels every 3 days change of linen. Overall a pleasant experience

Good kitchen and swimming pools. Good location first line sea side. But the look of the hotel from outside is not very luxory. Not as luxury as Silver Beach resort in Byala for example.

Warm sand, bright sun and a sea with doesn't come anywhere close to the bitter cold of the the North sea - what's not to love? I know it's a resort and perhaps not a proper representation of the rest of Bulgaria, but if the country is half, nay a quarter, as nice then Bulgaria rocks!

The all-inclusive is great - food is on the level of Turkish all-inclusive. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily, and renovated. The beach is huge and the hotel is right next to it.

A large variety of plates which are available throughout all the dining program (duck, rabbit, fish, mussels, crabs etc). Pools are common to Maritim Hotel, plenty of room for the customers, very clean and pleasant

Very helpful, nice and cool staff. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep

Nice looking bar just a shame it now never seems to be open or anyone serving drinks, when we first visited they were serving cocktails, coffee and great choice of drinks whilst sat on the amazing terrace - real shame this doesn't now seem to happen

There is also a lot of nature in addition to the sport camps. The lady at the Palace Front desk, Irena was amazing. She knew everything and did her best to make your stay wonderful! My wife and I loved our stay

There are two hotels at this place to stay at. Therma Palace and Therma Village. If you want to be with the kids stay at the Village. If you want quiet parents time, stay at Therma Palace

The Palace has an old time Hollywood boutique feel, like it’s trapped in time. The Village is much bigger and has a more modern feel. Both have wonderful mineral pools

My daughter came to a skating camp here. My wife and I tagged along to this hotel. Don’t expect American standards. It’s hard to compare because things are so different in Bulgaria

The beaches are clear and calm, the staff is wonderfully accommodating. They try their best to give you the best experience. The food was good and there was a lot of variety

People are also very direct, very different culture here. It is a very nice hotel and everyone is friendly and tries their best. This is mainly a sports training camp/hotel

It was a very nice and cozy stay, just watch out as the other hotels play "loud" music till about 23 or 11pm. Where everyone is supposed to stay quiet. Watch out if you order with breakfast, as it can be a little sloppy.

Room was a large family room lots of storage space lovely and clean tv air conditioning and a fridge. Hotel is on the beach with parasol and two beds included in with the room

Hotel needs some updating, but clean overall and location is wonderful. We had hoped a room with seaview, but we were located on the other side
