The pool was great, room it was clean with all you need. The administration was very good and I had all their support. Thank you.

Lovely quite setting with a nice view of pool and small vine yards beyond. Bar, pool and grounds very clean and well kept. I would definitely go back and recommend the complex.

Again overpriced is a bit harsh since there are people and people. For me the prices are the same as in Albena Resort which is overpriced :). But!, still a perfect place for family and friends

The staff was great, they were real professionals. Food was good, drinks were great. Unfortunately the sauna was not working. The "gym"/fitness had 4 equipments and half of them were broken.

We have a property in this place it's located in a very quiet place on a hill. The only downside is that it is far from other attractions in varna.

Perfect place for your holiday, staff is friendly, always there to help you.

Good place to stay at summer vacation.

The owners are helpful, but discrete As improvemement, we would suggest adding a hairdryer and also regular sunbeds, besides the ones available now (chair type sunbeds)

The pool was clean and well maintained. The location is great, in a small village close to Albena/Golden Sands and even Balchik

The terrace is a great place to relax by the pool and enjoy the sea view

The house was very clean and equipped with all you might need, from bathproducts, kitchen supplies, TV (in the livingroom) or surround system (also for the terrace). The barbecue area is also very nice and practical

The house is just wonderful, big, designed in a cohesive manner, and decorated with great taste. The rooms are all spacious, the bathrooms as well

The hosts were very friendly, the villa very clean and we had a wonderful view

Our stay at Ralitsa Aqua Club was an absolute delight! The hotel provided a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived

A special mention goes to the bartender, whose exceptional service and friendly demeanor added an extra touch of enjoyment to our evenings. Their skill in crafting delicious cocktails was truly impressive

This year they decided to change the staff with people from Asian countries and the guys from Kazakhstan were excellent, smily and ok. But they also changed the kitchen staff with Turkish chefs and whatever they were

The entertainment staff was better this year than the last few( really made an effort to keep vacationers happy) However. they have increased the cost and they have decreased the value by a huge amount

You hardly had any meat that was from an animal you recognise. Most of it was the meat grilled the meal before or the day before cut in small bits and mixed with leftover potatoes from the day before

I have always been happy and content with the choice because it used to be a sure bet for a successful, troublefree, experience. That is untill this year! The rooms were the same as ever

Room was clean and comfy. Staff was very kind and helpful but unfortunately only one person there speaks english. Pool was clean, parking was big enough. It was a nice stay.

Other then the fact that we had to change our room and it wasn’t really the cleanest we had so much fun.The pool is great food amazing.Also it ain’t far from the beach about 6 minutes walking.

The General Hotel Manager is wonderfully helpful and extremely friendly ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends! The rest…well Albena is beautiful city with so much to see and do and this hotel just compliments and completes a wonderful experience!

Fine place for summer holidays

It's very kid-friendly, with large pools, an aqua park, and playgrounds for the little ones. The beach bar was a nice touch too

In Albena you can (and should) comfortable to walk, but if laziness that runs Ala tourist train on wheels )

A great place for the family. As a 65+ solo traveller I have felt safe ,both around the location and the beach. September is very quiet here especially for a chill out holiday.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was a highlight, featuring delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes along with international options

There were a few minor issues, like the mattresses not being the most comfortable and some inconvenience with the distance to the beach & the sometimes faulty elevators

The deluxe rooms have everything you need. Two toilets 🚻, balcony, air conditioning. AC is very gentle and well placed. They are for small kids and for adults. Ten minutes walk to the beach ⛱️

It's a super quiet place, friendly staff, homely feel and great dinners and breakfasts. The kids have a lot to do. Spacious rooms. Gorgeous beaches are 15 minutes away. Food needs to be arranged in advance!

All in all, it was an unpleasant surprise. Very warm, no working air conditioner, unsightly bathroom with a plastic bag... The water stopped unexpectedly...

The rooms are clean, the trash is regularly carried out, although the equipment is old, but it is working, the pool is always clean. The breakfast is rather poor, but compared to Europe it is very decent

Remote location (not beachfront), but convenient if on the road (quiet village off the main road). Rather small, but otherwise nice, clean (family) rooms. Welcoming staff/owners (especially the reception night shift)

Cozy place, nearby there is a public stadium for children.

Good service, but you gave one set of towels and bed sheets and they won't change them even if you ask for.

Room cleaning was only done one time under a 5 day period and only by complaint. One guy at the front desk was helpful and could sufficient English. Both the pool side and spott by the ocean was very satisfying to us

It's a three stars hotel, do not expect too much... It's a good place for a cheap holiday.

As for food and drinks, I have nothing to reproach at all! Great variety of dishes, very good quality. Good local and imported beverages, Bulgarian beer (not extremely good), juices at the dispenser, frozen at discretion

What surprised me was that always at noon and in the evening, an employee used to make in front of you different types of meat, pork, chicken, fish, small and muffins, at each meal another type and considering that the hotel were Muslims, they had sheep and rabbit meat

I received the room but without bracelets that provide access to the restaurant, they receive them around 14. The clean, decent and honest room could be slightly upgraded

Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The room are nice, there is a conditioner, a balcony, tv, chairs, etc

, they provide with towels, people from service desk are very nice and they are always there to help if you have any problems like i had with the room key (card) and they can answer your questions, they know English, Bulgarian, Russian and a bit of Romanian

The swimming pool has a very clean water and it’s so large, they provide free lounge chairs and umbrellas. I loved the fact that the beach is at 600 meters from the hotel

The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that they don’t change the bed sheets and towels :(

I liked it very much! The owner is always ready to help. A two bedroom suite has everything you need. Air conditioners, own mini kitchen. Everything is fine!
