The pool was great, room it was clean with all you need. The administration was very good and I had all their support. Thank you.

Lovely quite setting with a nice view of pool and small vine yards beyond. Bar, pool and grounds very clean and well kept. I would definitely go back and recommend the complex.

How difficult might be for the hotel stuff to provide additional pillows or towels?

Again overpriced is a bit harsh since there are people and people. For me the prices are the same as in Albena Resort which is overpriced :). But!, still a perfect place for family and friends

Best place for a family Holiday. The only thing I would change are the restaurant Prices. It is very overpriced for the Produkt and Services they are offering

Budget friendly, plenty of room and secluded from tourists. Perfect beach a few minutes away driving. Car is a must for going to the beach and shopping.

The owners are helpful, but discrete As improvemement, we would suggest adding a hairdryer and also regular sunbeds, besides the ones available now (chair type sunbeds)

The pool was clean and well maintained. The location is great, in a small village close to Albena/Golden Sands and even Balchik

The terrace is a great place to relax by the pool and enjoy the sea view

The house was very clean and equipped with all you might need, from bathproducts, kitchen supplies, TV (in the livingroom) or surround system (also for the terrace). The barbecue area is also very nice and practical

The house is just wonderful, big, designed in a cohesive manner, and decorated with great taste. The rooms are all spacious, the bathrooms as well

Our stay at Ralitsa Aqua Club was an absolute delight! The hotel provided a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived

A special mention goes to the bartender, whose exceptional service and friendly demeanor added an extra touch of enjoyment to our evenings. Their skill in crafting delicious cocktails was truly impressive

This year they decided to change the staff with people from Asian countries and the guys from Kazakhstan were excellent, smily and ok. But they also changed the kitchen staff with Turkish chefs and whatever they were

The entertainment staff was better this year than the last few( really made an effort to keep vacationers happy) However. they have increased the cost and they have decreased the value by a huge amount

I have always been happy and content with the choice because it used to be a sure bet for a successful, troublefree, experience. That is untill this year! The rooms were the same as ever

Other then the fact that we had to change our room and it wasn’t really the cleanest we had so much fun.The pool is great food amazing.Also it ain’t far from the beach about 6 minutes walking.

The General Hotel Manager is wonderfully helpful and extremely friendly ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends! The rest…well Albena is beautiful city with so much to see and do and this hotel just compliments and completes a wonderful experience!

It's very kid-friendly, with large pools, an aqua park, and playgrounds for the little ones. The beach bar was a nice touch too

In Albena you can (and should) comfortable to walk, but if laziness that runs Ala tourist train on wheels )

A great place for the family. As a 65+ solo traveller I have felt safe ,both around the location and the beach. September is very quiet here especially for a chill out holiday.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was a highlight, featuring delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes along with international options

The deluxe rooms have everything you need. Two toilets 🚻, balcony, air conditioning. AC is very gentle and well placed. They are for small kids and for adults. Ten minutes walk to the beach ⛱️

There are many attractions along the way. Be sure to use your legs 🦵, not free bus shuttle. There is one small shop in the hotel and two supermarkets nearby

Room cleaning was only done one time under a 5 day period and only by complaint. One guy at the front desk was helpful and could sufficient English. Both the pool side and spott by the ocean was very satisfying to us

Good service, but you gave one set of towels and bed sheets and they won't change them even if you ask for.

If only the staff wasn't so rude and nonchalant i would give them 4 star's

Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The room are nice, there is a conditioner, a balcony, tv, chairs, etc

, they provide with towels, people from service desk are very nice and they are always there to help if you have any problems like i had with the room key (card) and they can answer your questions, they know English, Bulgarian, Russian and a bit of Romanian

The swimming pool has a very clean water and it’s so large, they provide free lounge chairs and umbrellas. I loved the fact that the beach is at 600 meters from the hotel

The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that they don’t change the bed sheets and towels :(

Good food, clean room, sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge at the beach, easy access to the beach if you take the elevators, 3 pools, nice entertainment.

A really nice hotel, it was really clean, every day the lady was cleaning the room and changing towels. The food is great and the hotel is really close to the beach.

I really like, there is a nice pool, the service was on the level.There are animators that are very exciting and make kids to have fun.

In General, can be. Well. In detail: it can be more often. There is no Parking at the hotel, you need to look for a place in the area.

For a 3 star hotel the services were great. They offer all inclusive, and you get 3 free meals a day, pool access, beach lounger access, free bar and snacks, kids programs. The food was good and fruits fresh

Well I love the place , since I was working there as a waiter.The people are super funny also very nice.Be happy when you are there coz the personal is working for you whit very very very positive energy

I'm glad I was at the Hotel Kompass in Albena, Bulgaria. The service at the restaurant ,, all inclusive " and the staff, the accommodation, the place... it's very nice. Almost is great... I felt great!

The only downside is that you had to force them to clean the rooms, and you have to pay for loungers mattress

You can also get wine, beer and fresh fruits - kitchen is clearly well functioning comparing to other places. The only draw back for me was that the beach is a bit too far, but it took me no more than 8min to get there

I would say best value - you get everything you need for moderate price. Not perfect, no luxury, but it is worth the money. Food is good and divers with Balcan accents

Decent but a little dated rooms, nice staff. Luckily the poolarea at the adjacent Flamingo Grand is accessible if you stay here. Very easy to find sunbeds.

Good: -Brilliant animation team - Nice swimming pool - Walking distance to beach and 2 sunbeds included in stay. - Nice breakfast and dinner food, also chefs very nice. -One housekeeping (blond hair) lady nice

The only reason I give 4 stars not 5 is due to the fact that even though we stayed in an apartment we were allowed to have for free only one umbrella with two sunbeds at the beach

The guy who checks the room passports there is not friendly at all, only half of the umbrellas were used but he will not allow you to take an extra sunbed

Regardless what room type you pay, you only have this option on the beach

Without car we would eneded up eating junk food all the time,between shop in resort and lidl at least 3 bgn difference. - You dont feel welcome from most of dinner staff. It really should be max 4 star hotel

Big hotel with not so big restaurant for so many people. Everytime are people in a row for food and drink. The food is could, not tasty, without spice. The staff is very friendly, pools at the hotel are very good

The TV set has very poor signal. Air condition is out of order in some rooms. Next time I will find a better place in Albena

The food and service are OK, but the rooms and tableware are dirty. They should pay more attention to the cleanliness

I understand that on the summer period they have a bus that takes you to the private hotel beach which has a bar on site also. the indoor pool is very small

The all-inclusive is great - food is on the level of Turkish all-inclusive. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily, and renovated. The beach is huge and the hotel is right next to it.

Very nice hotel, very well located facing the sea. The pool is perfect and the staff helpful. You should expect a food to offer "All Inclusive" a bit repetitive and not always quality...

Warm sand, bright sun and a sea with doesn't come anywhere close to the bitter cold of the the North sea - what's not to love? I know it's a resort and perhaps not a proper representation of the rest of Bulgaria, but if the country is half, nay a quarter, as nice then Bulgaria rocks!

A large variety of plates which are available throughout all the dining program (duck, rabbit, fish, mussels, crabs etc). Pools are common to Maritim Hotel, plenty of room for the customers, very clean and pleasant

A nice hotel, friendly staff, great food. Very close to the beach but no swimming pool. No draught beer in the hotel and no English newspapers.

Very helpful, nice and cool staff. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep

If we come back to Albena we would use this hotel again

Nice looking bar just a shame it now never seems to be open or anyone serving drinks, when we first visited they were serving cocktails, coffee and great choice of drinks whilst sat on the amazing terrace - real shame this doesn't now seem to happen

Third time to Hotel Amelia which hasn't changed since first time Very basic rooms which are okay for the price

The hotel is nice, staff is kind, they have swimming pool for adults and children. They have activities for adults in the afternoon and in some evenings for children so there is no chance can not get bored

Great food except dessert selection. The rooms are old but clean, air conditioner is always leaking, the beds are comfortable, sturdy and clean. The shower is mediocre at best. Swimming pool is clean and decent size

The pool is average size and not to crowded, except for week-ends. But pieces of the ceramic is peeling away, children dived and colected the pieces as "sunken treasures" :)

Very friendly and welcoming staff, amazing food, clean rooms, perfect for families! The location is perfect, very close to the beach. The entertainment team was great and energetic. Can't wait to come back ! ❤️

Albena is one of the rare Bulgarian Black sea resorts for families with kids - nice, clean, lots of animation for everyone (kids to grownups), food and drinks are various and taste good

It was a very nice and cozy stay, just watch out as the other hotels play "loud" music till about 23 or 11pm. Where everyone is supposed to stay quiet. Watch out if you order with breakfast, as it can be a little sloppy.

Room was a large family room lots of storage space lovely and clean tv air conditioning and a fridge. Hotel is on the beach with parasol and two beds included in with the room

Hotel needs some updating, but clean overall and location is wonderful. We had hoped a room with seaview, but we were located on the other side

Next morning we had a chat with manager and we got a seaview! Exellent service! Breakfast on the other hotel is no problem, 20m

Old and not well maintained but it has a kind of charm I guess, the price. I would go next time with a hotel that has the all inclusive option, as Albena lacks dicen restaurants, where to spend your money and time.
