Therma Palace - Private Beach & Free Parking

Poor services for a “5star hotel”.
Don’t expect good quality food, don’t expect games to be open in the evening, no live music (it was playback) and don’t expect decent program for the transportation to the beach.
Also, it is hard to speak English at the reception in 2024? 🤔
Noise music in the hall.. did I miss something? Oh yes, the pool it’s open only until 18 o’clock.. cause we have to go sleep early in the holiday? Oh well, not recomand and not coming back again defently.
P.S. The water in the fridge it’s not good.

Very very far away from a 5 stars hotel. The furniture is old and dirty. The people from reception( especially the lady from the night shift, with Russian accent) was very angry and arrogant. We had all the time issues with the cards for opening the room, we’re just not working and every time I had to go to the reception for a new card and they just said there is nothing they can do

Our recent stay at the hotel was a mixed experience that didn't quite meet our expectations, particularly given the significant expense. We were a group of five people and had booked three rooms and a villa for a family event.

Positives:

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed.
The cleaning service was up to standard.
The facilities, particularly the spa, were commendable.

However, there were several areas that need immediate attention:

Management and Staffing: The hotel seemed understaffed, which impacted the overall service quality.

Towel Arrangements: The process to obtain beach towels was stressful and inconvenient, involving designated tickets and specific times that were not always met by the staff.

Reception: The front desk staff bsolutely inept

Restaurant: We were concerned about the hygiene in the dining area, had food poisoning.

General Maintenance: While the facilities were excellent in design, their upkeep left something to be desired.

Safety Concerns: One surprising issue we encountered was that all the lights in the common areas were switched off at 10 pm. This not only made it difficult to navigate, but also raised concerns about the safety of the guests.

Room-Specific Issues: On one of the days, the air conditioner in the villa was non-functional, which significantly affected our comfort. In my room, the water wouldn't drain properly, and the curtains were broken, which hampered both privacy and convenience.

For the price we paid, we expected a level of service that we unfortunately did not receive. As it stands, we cannot recommend this hotel for your stay.
