Therma Palace - Private Beach & Free Parking Hotel

I loved this place. My daughter came to a skating camp here. My wife and I tagged along to this hotel. Don’t expect American standards. It’s hard to compare because things are so different in Bulgaria. People are also very direct, very different culture here. It is a very nice hotel and everyone is friendly and tries their best. This is mainly a sports training camp/hotel. The beaches are clear and calm, the staff is wonderfully accommodating. They try their best to give you the best experience. The food was good and there was a lot of variety. There are two hotels at this place to stay at. Therma Palace and Therma Village. If you want to be with the kids stay at the Village. If you want quiet parents time, stay at Therma Palace. The Palace has an old time Hollywood boutique feel, like it’s trapped in time. The Village is much bigger and has a more modern feel. Both have wonderful mineral pools. There is also a lot of nature in addition to the sport camps. The lady at the Palace Front desk, Irena was amazing. She knew everything and did her best to make your stay wonderful! My wife and I loved our stay. We will be back as soon as we can find more time.

It's been 3 days since a hotel employee has been mowing the grass with a moto scythe every day. The noise is terrible. I recommend they use an electric scythe so we don't feel like we're on a construction site. Smoke and noise

We are a family of 6 with 2 teenagers and elderly parents and had an absolutely wonderful stay at Therma Palace! The all-inclusive package made everything so easy and enjoyable with a great variety. The swimming pools were clean, relaxing and perfect for both kids and adults. What truly made our stay extra special was the amazing service from the hotel staff, especially the manager at the front office Irina Draganova. We found her incredibly polite, friendly, always with a smile and making sure we were well taken care of. When she noticed that my mother had mobility issues she immediately arranged for a wheelchair to assist her during our stay and regularly checked on us. The attentiveness and accommodating attitude made a big difference to our positive experience.
Thank you for a fantastic stay — we’ll definitely be back next time we are in a Bulgaria and highly recommend this hotel!

Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva.
Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. Both were good to use. Outside a pool and a jacuzzi which unfortunately was broken so no bubbles.
Lots of sunbeds and canopies outside . Garden was nice to sit in.
Had some lunch and drinks while there too for extra charge.
It was a relaxing few hours and enjoyable

Great place with warm staff and amazing food. Michaela at the restaurant and Irina by the reception were always helpfull and smiling. Great rooms and style. Calm and beautifull garden. Great Spa and calm atmosphere.

Stylish and charming hotel near the beach with beach restaurant. The service personal does their very best to make and keep their guests happy. I enjoyed the mineral water, SPA and 3 restaurants. Kranevo is near Gold Sands but very peaceful – a perfect place to rest from everyday stress and hectic.
