Hotel is good overall but the restaurant staff and patio staff really need to be friendlier.

Stayed for one night on business trip. Exceptional service at the reception! Nice and rich breakfast, spacious rooms, perfect location in the heart of Ruse!

This hotel was pleasant, but not categorically exceptional.

The service was very friendly. The receptionist was helpful. The whole hotel, room included, was spacious and clean. The decor was aesthetically pleasing. There were some good options for breakfast, including fresh fruit (though overall the breakfast was lackluster for a 4 star hotel.) The view was nice. We received slippers and a really big bottle of water. We were also not rushed to check out, which was very appreciated given that we arrived quite late that night.

Some of the not so great things were: we had to pay for parking, we paid for a room with a queen sized bed; the bed did not appear to be queen sized. The breakfast overall was very subpar. I saw in a different review that someone complained about the juice being bland. I thought they were just trying to find something negative to complain about. I didn’t tell my husband about that review and his first comment at breakfast was about how bland the juice was lol. In the bathroom there were 3 types of shampoo. It would have been nice to have conditioner and lotion, rather than three bottles of shampoo.

Overall the hotel was pretty decent. But given the price relative to other options in the area, and all of the cons, I would probably book elsewhere next time.
