The location is indeed central. Nevertheless quiet which is welcome. Rooms are a bit tired and nothing making you feel welcome or nice about the decor, as boring as one can get. But what was abysmal is the reception staff, especially Petya (Dadamova? - no label with the name either to identify whom you are speaking to). I was in my bed when suddenly someone entred the room and put the light on, this was quite a shock and I should say happenning to me first time ever being someone who spends a quarter of my time travelling for work. When I queried wgat was this receptionist said there should have been a mistake. No apology, rude, nothing offered to take care of a guest who got unnecessarily stressed due to a mistake of the reception staff, possibly her good self. Very unprofessional behind the reception desk was sitting a teenage boy, possibly her son - come on, this is a reception of a four star-pretence hotel - not her living room at home. I find such attitudes shocking and noone with this amount of customer care skills should be working as a receptionist. No manager at night and none tomorrow morning, Saturday. Telling a lot of how this hotel is being managed.

After my daughter's stay, they charged me an extra 15 euros because they saw very little foundation on her bath towel. This is a practice I've never heard of in any hotel.It's not a stain that won't come out with washing.
