We visited Sirius Beach Resort&Spa the month of July, 2025. The hotel does not live up to its promises regarding to a refund for unused night because of medical issue. Negative experience and unhelpful staff ! They have ignored our complain and fail to resolve simple issue! Not recommended! It is not advisable to book this hotel! Sonia&Anton Kolaksazov

Very poor service, majority of the staff does not speak English or Bulgarian and were very rude and impolite.Rooms were extremely dirty, towels were changed twice for 7 days. Nobody vacuumed, clean the bathroom and sometimes not even changed the bins. Very disappointing experience. On the top of everything some of our belongings went missing from the room such sun glasses and pandora bracelet.

Bad experience, Good things: 1) Location is good, by the beach, markets, restaurants. 2) Good view from balcony, every room had a see view. Bad things: 1) We came at first week of June, swimming pool was empty, so we could't go to relax there. 2) In territory non stop constructions. (getting ready for high season) 3) Rooms would be ok, if not water what was flooding from the roof (photos att), and still need to make at least cosmetic repairment in bathroom. 4) Food- same every day (not much to chose from), and can't go to eat even 5min earlier, even if it is served. Few mens poisoned, so after that we avoided to eat there, and chose other options. 5) Bigger part of staff friendly, but seems like they affraid to stop, and have a word with guests, becouse owner of hotel allways watching :)

Rare combination of SPA, mneral water and beachfront location. Food delicious and Ukrainian staff was fantastic, kind and very helpful. Relaxed holiday, highly recommend. Room was big and comfortable, variety of veggie options and the best massage I ever had, salt room is also very good.

Dirt, boredom, theft from the room and the owner is always a drunk nationalist!!! do not recommend! In the hotel, two bars, one was not working, of course, the second had a queue, and the table flies were flying and cockroaches were climbing. The rooms were cleaned, but very superficially. Perfume was stolen from my wife, we talked with the manager so no one returned them. The only thing that pleased this sea was clean and warm.

Very nice and quiet place, unfortunately the staff is trashy. The only person who seems to do her job is the lifeguard. She was very friendly and helpful. Receptionist, waitresses, lobby bar ... total disaster 😪

We visited the hotel in July 2023. The rooms were really nice, we had great view however some things are old and not well-kept. The hotel has a really nice spa center with mineral water pools. The pools and the combination of the hot water and sea is great. But the personnel was rude and not really nice. As for the restorant, the personal there was nice and hard-working, the food was good, it was not the best food but there was a lot of things and we liked most of the food. I could have been more diverse but it was nice. Probably the best part is that the hotel is located exactly on the beach.

I got “ single lady on travel” the room to the main entrance with no fences but with a with a wall. The employee was nice but it looked like it was her boss, this lady was very unfriendly and awareness was a foreign language word for her!

It seemed I left her happy with the „her triomph“ to have conquered her battle not giving me another room.

Well, you know - dometimesvthe trigger starts as th weg bell wrings.
