Hotel Aurora

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. The service was awful. Me and my friends went there for a school trip and we stayed there for six days. First of all, we arrived at 06:00 in the morning and the stuff told us that we could check in at 07:00 in the morning but they had us waiting until 14:00 when they gave us tow temporary rooms for all of us. Then at 16:00 they finally gave us our normal rooms. They never changed our towels and in one of the rooms we were staying the shower was already broken. Also, the food was really cheap, plus one of our friends in our group got food poisoning (due to the flyies which were everywhere near the food)and had to stay inside for the whole day, luckily the next day she was feeling better. No need to mention that one of the stuff lied to us about what time the pool was closing so be can swim alone. Though they let us hang out on the outside cafeteria until late. In conclusion, the service was the worst and very rude almost all the time, the whole group have the same opinion. I would not recommend it

The worst hotel i have ever been to.Me and my friends went there for six days. One of them got food poisoning,the shower was broken,the servise was auful,the refrigerator and the air condition was also broken and the towels were dirty.After waiting 2 hours they finaly gave as a room for a while until they found another one for me and my friends.Meanwhile the stuff was rude with us the whole time.Saying all that i would never go back there ever again.

Our shower head was cut off, and they never fixed it, and I had to go to my friends room in order to shower. Also, our towels were never changed when I was told that they would change it every 3 days. The kitchen and the whole hotel was filled with flies. Furthermore, my friend got food poising due to the food. And as for the staff they were rude and treated us like animals.

Rude service, dirty rooms, I had food poison probably of the flies that were everywhere... They don't change towels... When I was given the key of the room, was used by the previous residents...! After my food poison...there where puke in the toilet, and they didn't clean it, only empty the trash can! This is the clean policy of the hotel...empty the trash can. If there were no star...I was going to select it. Bad choice...waste of money
