I was expecting much more when i booked it, the room was very tidy, but the air conditioner was not working properly and during the night was extremely cold without extra blankets prepared in the room according to the winter weather,the other thing is that the shower cabin was without a door, and the sink was in the room next to the beds and it was not comfortable when one of the guests is still sleeping the other could not take shower or use the sink without disturbing the roommate . The breakfast was delicious but not enough choice, only one choice of 4 and also it was out of the building so we had to walk outside to reach the breakfast. The third star i give for the boys in the cafe where they served us the breakfast, otherwise i would have given 2 stars.

This hotel located in a new and clean complex. The service is great and very helpful.
The big problem is the breakfast. It is served in a coffeehouse nearby, which is not clean, not tasty and the food is not tasty ( and not a la carte as mentioned in the hotel site). Otherwise the rate i would give was higher.

Hotel and Rooms are nice and stylish (although dark inside) but the service is nonexistent...

The building itself is very beautiful however the rooms are highly disappointing. It is very strange that the sink and bathroom are not separate from the bedroom because there is plenty of space. This is not only uncomfortable but makes the room very humid and smelly. Further our room was very dark and the lights were quite few and small. Last the breakfast is served at a cafe nearby which is full of wasps. The staff at the cafe is very grumpy and slow to serve. This place is not a good value for money, for 100eur the conditions need to be much better! You don’t even get a complimentary water/ coffee which makes the place feel cheap. Even the elevator didn’t work.

They didn't prepare my daughter's bed so we needed to wait for her pillow and other stuff at midnight (we arrived late). There was no housekeeper, so we needed to make her bed.

We booked a 2-room Apartment. The apartment is nice and big but its not 2 rooms its one room with a separation in the middle, but no door and you hear everything. Everybody can come to the hotel and the door has a simple weak lock. So no security at all. The view was very nice. The worst thing is the buffett in the morning, its boring and offers not much. No fruits, no fresh bread, no good ham and has a lot of strange stuff. The eggs are eateable and the coffee is fine. The stuff is mostly not very friendly. The breakfeast is the most a disapointing Issue akd the reason we would not book it again.

Good for 1-2 nights but i can't see myself staying for longer period. The rooms are not very big and almost without any furniture. The bathroom is small and with a curtain not a door.

it looks a 5 star hotel but it was like a dormitory. The rooms was clean. The women in reception asked us to pay a coke although we did not drink it

great rooms, very short distance to the sea, nice to have a lot of shops around, but the breakfast is really bad. They don't have their own restaurant , instead you eat at another one - Capriccio, which changes the menu as it wishes.. so if you pay for the breakfast it's a complete mess..
