Primorski Hotel

The rooms were OK.
The shower only had a rain shower without a hand shower, not ideal for women.
The mattresses were mediocre.
No elevator for suitcases to the second floor, and no help either.

I was expecting much more when i booked it, the room was very tidy, but the air conditioner was not working properly and during the night was extremely cold without extra blankets prepared in the room according to the winter weather,the other thing is that the shower cabin was without a door, and the sink was in the room next to the beds and it was not comfortable when one of the guests is still sleeping the other could not take shower or use the sink without disturbing the roommate . The breakfast was delicious but not enough choice, only one choice of 4 and also it was out of the building so we had to walk outside to reach the breakfast. The third star i give for the boys in the cafe where they served us the breakfast, otherwise i would have given 2 stars.

This hotel located in a new and clean complex. The service is great and very helpful.
The big problem is the breakfast. It is served in a coffeehouse nearby, which is not clean, not tasty and the food is not tasty ( and not a la carte as mentioned in the hotel site). Otherwise the rate i would give was higher.

Hotel and Rooms are nice and stylish (although dark inside) but the service is nonexistent...

The hotel occupies one of the most distinctive buildings in St Konstantin and Helena and enjoys taking a central location next to shops and cafes. In fact, the breakfast is served in a local cafe rather than in the hotel itself (although hotel guests can't eat breakfast in the garden for some reason.) The breakfast food was delicious. The reception is polite, rooms are clean. Our room was on the small side (at the expense of large balcony) and the shower and basin are IN the rooms and not in a separate en-suite which means you can only share with people you know very well! ;-) A couple of minor complaints that let the hotel down are the fact that while there is a coffee machine and coffee pods in the room, guests are charged per drink. There is no bottled water (free or paid for) in the mini bar to use to make coffee and there is no provision of milk, nor milk powder. We went to reception to ask for some but they said they don't provide this. The single use shower gel shampoos and miniscule. The lighting is poor around the mirror...there is a hanging light next to the mirror so I can't see to put my make up on. However the fact that access to the Aquahouse Spa is INCLUDED in the room price is a great benefit and compensated for these irritations. Also, had we booked with more notice, the room would have been cheaper. As it happens, we paid a high price for booking at short notice which probably affected how I felt about the Primorski's value for money.
