The pool was super dirty and green that you feel gross by just being in the water. The women's bathroom next to the pool was outrageous. The corners were green and moldy and the smell was horrible. The showers were gross. Overall it was just gross to be in that place

The buffet food is just bad, not worth the money. The pools are dirty. The standards are overall low and neglected, seems like the owners don't care about this hotel at all.

The rooms were perfect, no complaints about that. But the staff was unhelpful and downright rude at times, there was limited parking (at extra charge. The indoor swimming pool is nice, but the one outdoors gets limited sunlight.

Well, it's officially a four-star hotel, which is probably due to the fact that it has a restaurant, a lobby bar, conference hall, outdoor and indoor swimming pools and Spa, including a fitness center and sauna as well as medical services. However, the rooms and most of the equipment is old and you can see, smell and feel it... Also, in my case the hotel was full of retired people (which is okay), who were here for treatments - but I, who was on a "normal" holiday. Well, that doesn't fit together. The all-inclusive offer was nothing for me and was rather dissapointed for booking dinner in addition to the breakfast. I know, it's a little subjective, but this is my subjective review. And not to forget, one elevator for that big hotel is a mess.
The best is the location itself, because you are nearby the monastery and the beach is about 400 meters away.

We had to spend whole 2 days in this house of terrors. I am not even sure, how to express my disgust and disappointment. The hygiene in the rooms and especially in the bathrooms was terrible. One of the towels we had was dirty with some brown spot on it. The food was more than awful. Most of it was spoiled, and the rest of it was very bad cooked. There is a horrific smell in the whole hotel, which makes the experience even worst. The inside pool was dirty, and the water was some kind of muddy and stinks. Very disappointing! Don't ever try this horrible hotel! It does not deserves the 4 stars at all. I have never been in such a bad hotel before.

I like this place.. good workers and it's near to st.Konstantin&Helena church.. The Hotel has Spa, Animators & great garden..

The place has a spa, also an inside and outside pool , and the rooms are pretty regular so I'll give it a good 3/5

Big updated hotel, indoor mineral water swimming pool and spa center.Outdoor swimming pool, beautiful lush green garden. Not exactly a 4 star. experience, more like 3 star. Restaurant did not work for outside guests in the winter,we were offered sandwiches- not a 4 star at all:) We had a day pass for the indoor pool , steam bath and the spa capsule. In the locker room, the lockers don't have keys, we were given an option to keep our valuables in a safe on the reception. Clean, new steam bath, that day there were some problems in the showers next to the steam room, we showered next to the pool.Overall- pleased with the pool, the water was warm(30- degrees C) would it again, considering there are not many places to swim in the winter in Varna.
