The cleanliness, size, central location, and breakfast were all excellent. However, the lack of parking was a downside; we had to park 1.5 km away and walk. Still, I believe we got good value for the price we paid, and overall, we were satisfied. Thank you.

Very old hotel with old decoration and equipment. Bath towels were almost torn and the bath tub curtains were unpleasant. The location is perfect.. the check in experience was good but check out experience was not as good, they kept us waiting for long for a simple invoice printing. The breakfast was very poor

I can’t believe how bad this hotel is. The staff is mean, the rooms are dirty and the AC didn’t even turn on. I asked for someone to fix it but nobody could. The room was dirty and there was spiders. Don’t recommend.

The staff does not speak English. They tell you that this is a pet friendly hotel but did not let us check in after 16 hrs of travel because we had a cat with us. After 1 hrs of complaining they were willing to give us our money back. 2 am we had to look for another place to stay! Do not recommend!

The wifi is isn't working in the rooms, only in the lobby. When I asked the receptionist about it, he said I should restart my phone (It was not my phone as many others in my group were having this issue). When I, and a guest in a different party, explained this to the desk clerk, he ignored me (standing right in front of him) and worked on other things until I asked him about the wifi again. He told me there was nothing he could do. He clearly has no care for customer service as he did not even try. There is no parking option (like their sign suggests). If you like wifi, a place to park while you stay or customer service, this isn't the place for you.

Nice view from the window, very good location. But we realized that not reasonable price for out of season period, interior is vintage, which is nice, but the bed and mattress are very low. In addition, the room heating is not enough for cold nights in November and on TV all channels are for Bulgarian speaking people.

Great hotel, nice atmosphere, very comfortable beds, spacious and clean rooms, great service, the manager is super nice and helpful, and the location is very convenient, and right next to the beautiful Cathedral of Varna!

Nice hotel. Clean, daytime staff very pleasant. No facilities apart from in the room it's self. Nicely appointed rooms. Good price. Location was good for exploring, however walking back at night can feel a little vulnerable.

Great value. Excellent location with big rooms at a great price. Direct 409 bus from airport. 20 minutes walk from the sea. There is a market across the road and the whole place is really pleasant.
