Detelina Hotel

The stsying at Detelina hotel was disappointing, the quality of services is that of a one-star hotel. Regarding the food: the vegetables were not fresh, in the evening even some of them, the tomatoes, were fermented. Meat and fish were withdrawn twice because they were raw. The pasta sauce is ketchup, the taste leaves much to be desired in all the dishes, the cakes are tasteless. I felt that the cheapest option on the market was chosen for each product. Cleaning: the pool is dirty, the tables are wiped with dirty cloths, the employees put their hands on the food in the trays. The room was spacious, that's a plus, but the sewage smells awful. It was the only 3-star hotel where towels were changed only upon insistence. The staff at the reception and at the bar is very kind a, on the other hand the rest of the staff is neither kind nor hospitable. For example, I made a complaint to the manager on Wednesday, July 19, regarding the food, he called me into the kitchen without any of us wearing kitchen equipment, he tore a piece of meat from the tray for tourists with his hand and then put it back.

One week, no room services. One time entered to take trash from bin. Asked help for reception, they told to go settle things by myself with room cleaning woman. Food is bad, only dry salads looked fresh. Many long hairs in soup, food is being loaded in plates with bare hands. When i show my friend long hair in soup with food attach to the hair, other women near us, other table saw us and almost started to vomit. Sorry for her. 1 star only for bartenders, friendly.

Dirty room,broken toilet, elevators not working, cold water in the pool, food was OK. There is no hot water in the shower, you can "enjoy" only warm water. The only positive thing is the friendly and helpful staff. You can get better place for the same price.

I do not recommend this hotel. The room and bathroom were dirty. The breakfast was not good - there was no fresh fruit, the food was poor quality. The pillows were awful.

Bathroom was really bad and the reservation was often unfriendy. Everything is in plastik, like vine and Cocktails. But the pool was great!
