An excellent place to stay in this lovely Southern city, in the very Centre, near the thermal springs and the city park. Very clean, cosy, and the staff is competent and friendly! Highly recommended!!

Perfect location for a night on the way to Greece. Quiet area, very close to the pedestrian area of ​​the city, with terraces and cafes!

It’s very nice accommodation, the only thing that could be innovated is the television, the TV is super old. The room is clean and with a average amount of space. Also the location is the best, there are lots of shops, a pool, and restaurants. 🙏

Best place to stay in that part of the country. Good restaurant, good food, clean rooms... They have good car service with verry profesional personel. We had problems with our BMW X5 well solved by them. The alternator fixed with in 3 hours only...verry profi. Thanks to the team.

Very comfortable hotel, on the old road from Sandanski to Greece. Rooms are very nice, suitable for families with children, regardless of the name of the motel. Tasty kitchen and nice garden.

I spent one night here on my way to Albania in August 2022. I had a standard room with a balcony. We were pleasantly surprised by the conditions offered and very happy that we found accommodation, not having booked in advance. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was very good. We will stop next time on our way to Lefkada.

Room is clean, spacious and nice looking with big and comfortable bed. Staff was nice and friendly. Only con was one electrical outlet that is removed from the wall and looks pretty unsafe. I would recommend this to anyone either just for one night or for longer stay.

I give five stars. When we arrived, we could stay in three rooms, which were kindly shown to us. The hotel staff is polite and smiling. The price was excellent, the location too. There was parking and working air conditioning. My only criticism is the cleaning in the room and specifically the floor. I know how it sounds but I personally work in a big hotel and believe me I have years of experience...

I like the place. The people that work there are very helpful. The rooms are in the old style which is very romantic. However, some of the rooms are small. There were some issue with our AC but it managed to heat the room. The restaurant is very nice with fireplace. Also, there is a fireplace in the lobby. The prices for food are very good. Very nice place with old Bulgarian looks and feeling. Neat room, all the furniture is in one style. Tasty and various dishes (many vegetarian and vegan, also alcohol free beer). Friendly and helpful staff! Good breakfast!

Good food. Not what would i call kid friendly, as there are no rails or any safety measures when walking up/down the outside stairs (don't take the stairs if drunk). Friendly staff. cannot comment on the rooms as we went just for the food.

Pleasant hotel with restaurant and garden. The food is good in terms of price-quality. The rooms should be cleaned more, because there were dust on the floor and some of the furniture.

The 2 rooms we booked for our group were in different buildings, but the host solved the problem, offering us rooms in the same building. (Thank you!) The check-in process was done in the street, but the host was very nice and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are ok, clean, with rather cheap but decent-looking finishings. Very friendly, professional service. Super location, clean, nice silence room, only I had a little problem with the air-conditioning in the room the last day, but the staff did everything in their hands to resolve the issue, including giving me another room. The restorant downstairs is out of this world. Sea food is so fresh and brought over from Greece. Price is very resonable. Definitely try the octopus.

I'm sure that this hotel was amazing when it first opened the doors for customers. The design and the facilities are great but they seem that they're not well maintained. Even so, it's still a good deal. We stayed for one night on our way back to Romania, we slept well and had a good breakfast! So yes, don't hesitate to stay here!

Ok hotel , large room a bit 'tired' beds very low and uncomfortable mattresses . Has first class restaurant and staff were really good if a bit sullen at first but soon became friendly .

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are biggest I’ve send in a while. Only problem is with the view for some rooms! We served breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant and was very pleased! We’ll be back for sure!

Have eaten there in the past but today was a little disappointing. There was only one waiter who was for a little while rushed. Most if not all main courses were served with the same herb potato's that were lackluster when it came to the herbs as I never tasted any their was also far too many of them. I hope they turn things around as it used to be a nice place to eat it is now a little expensive...

The restaurant is cosy and the food is good. It stays open till late and serves hard liquor, wine and beer. There is a kids playground in the yard - especially good during the warm months of the year. The hotel is not far from the city park which is the main landmark of Sandanski. Being in the outskirts of the town the hotel is very quiet place and perfect for weekend getaways.

Small hotel however has got all you need. Parking, lift, small game room, spa, laundry service and a simple but good restaurant. Very convenient price. With a voucher you can use a bigger SPA from a near by hotel (this in our Aug17 trip). I like the people that work here, the 4stars is mainly for this reason

Very nice hotel, pool with warm water. Stayed there many times. The restaurant is very expensive, the servers very rude and unfriendly. The one exeption is Alex - he was the only one making us feel welcomed.

The hotel is not for hot summer time. Wather in the pool is hot, air condition in the apartment does not work well. It can be good for spring time.

Nice hotel if you visit Sandanski. We stayed there for a night. Room was clean. They charge 10 lev if you want to access the pool... price included breakfast.

Really nice place, close to the market and city centre,which is lively,but although quiet at night. The bed was super comfortable, all amenities were new and it was extremely clean. I noted in my booking that we want a room with a balcony,but as other guests decided to stay one more night in the room we reserved, the owner was so kind to place us in another room with kitchenette and a huge terrace...

Excellent accommodation, a surprise for us! And incredibly inexpensive - we paid 25 EUR for room / night, including secured car parking (underground). It could be the perfect stay, except the poor quality of the sound insulation between rooms; one must be incredibly tired to be able to ignore the noise from the next room 😁

Apartments are nice with new furniture, kitchenette and air conditioning. Staff is a bit unferskilled - poor understanding of English. Hopefully this will improve. Good location.

Very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful spa, indoor pool with mineral water and quite a few hydromassage nozzles, nice terrace with a view to Sandanski. The room was very clean and comfy, even though it wasn't big. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great SPA. Everything is very clean, staff is kind, nice pool, never crowded, great sauna, etc. Nice relax room. I was staying in the nearby town of Melnik and visited two afternoons. Highly recommend.

I was here two times... Always only for swimming pool, jacuzzi and there is a relax room as well. It cost 6 EUR for one person .. for all day. The spa it's not working now but it will from beginning of January. Everything is clear. And most importantly every time i am almost alone in there... So cool place to swim.

The rooms are very well maintained and very clean even though it’s an older hotel. They are also spacious and offer fantastic view. We were here for just one night but would definitely come back. The staff is also helpful and friendly and the location is perfect. The only downside I find is the lack of an elevator but it’s not a deal breaker.

Perfect location​ 400m to Interhotel. Clean rooms great balcony with perfect view, great stuff. Breakfast is by choosing 3 menus. Excellent value for the money. Parking a bit hard but ok.

Quiet location, the swimming pool was very refreshing after our 7 hours drive. The rooms where spacious. It was a very easy drive to Sadanski with it's beautiful pedestrian street. Nice accommodation for family with a playground and outside resting areas.

Complete relaxation, tranquility, not overcrowded. The food is fresh and delicious, especially the kebabs and homemade sausage, as they are bought in small quantities on the day of its preparation. French fries are homemade, crispy, yellow, super tasty, not fried.
