It's a nice and comfortable place, friendly staff and clean facilities. Even in the late winter (end February), there were two functional pools with mineral water. Dinner on menu to choose from was excellent, they have a good cook. Not impressed with the block tables.

This was an Amazing Holiday in Bansko especially in this Hotel. It was an Excellent stay. Great Staff in which I also have to mention: Georgi, Mitko, Toni. They were really nice and Professional. It seems to lack maintenance and needs some renovation. The Hotel is really at the edge of the village.The walking path from the main road to the hotel at the top is not very safe especially at nighttime. So if one wishes to move around more in the village better choose one of the hotels there, which are pretty much in the same category. Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children. The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog.

Nice hotel with nice room and balcony. Many steps and corridors, but ok once you get used to it. Bathroom needs a sliding door as access is very limited.

Great overall Service was great, breakfast was great, staff could not do enough. Room was far too hot even with radiator off.

Nice stay A very nice stay here, very comfortable bed, all new after a recent refurb. Great pools and gym. My only gripe was that the hot breakfast was not hot, in fact quite cold for some items.

The location is very good. Just outside the hotel is a commercial street full of restaurants and souvenir shops.

Rooms are cleaned daily, towels get changed every day, overall accommodation is good value. I booked a studio with small kitchen, but this is completely useless because we had just 2 glasses, not even a fork or a knife. Balcony is large and I think all rooms have a balcony. It was a good place to relax. The rooms are clean although they tend to have one or too things wrong with them. The food tends to be served either luke warm or cold, luckily they do have a microwave in the dining hall though

It was a very nice place, clean and warm. With big rooms and nice personal. It is perfect to visit in every season, but especially during winter. you can acces for free every part of the hotel such as swiming pool, sauna, gym, except the Thai Massage.

Its just a fine 4star hotel. You can cook your own food at the room there is also fridge. The bathrooms are fine too. Reception of the hotel is kind. The spa of the hotel is nice you can find swimming pool jakuzzi sauna steam room and of course if you pay you can have massage too! There is wifi in the whole hotel. About breakfast you can find a variety of foods that you may like to eat in the morning...

The rooms and spa centar is very clean and its pretty warm.The dinnar can be more diverse and the interner is not very stable.

Lovely hotel about 25min walk from the gondola area, clean rooms mostly friendly staff, cleaners are lovely (1 was super helpful every day and went beyond the call of duty due to a friend - dont ask) lovely views. Would happily stay again

Nice hotel. Came in January 2018. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. There is a Smart TV. To the city center to go 15-20 minutes. Well lets start from the beginning. Finding hotel is difficult as there is not enough signs leading up to a hotel except big light sign on top of the roof (Navigation is a must). Very large clean rooms. Swimming pool - spa for max 10 persons. Only one elevator. Small breakfast room. Nothing to do except spa. Not even a desent bar. Very far from the center. Just for a sleep.
