It is amazing! I've been going there for 6 years and it is absolutely worth the price. The employees are really nice and the rooms are comfortable. Also, you have many activities nearby. I would totally recommend it

Good hotel. The big outdoor swimmingpool has a minumum 1.5m depth and this means it is quiet and hardly used as the kids, and their parents, are at the smaller warn water pool next to it. This is a benefit for those who wish to have a break from the noisy and rowdy children everywhere in the hotel. The WiFi was slow as all the families was using it and the download speed was less than 1Mb/s.

Everything was more than great. Pool, view, room, service. Only the prepaid dinner is not ok. Better dont give your money for that. The food from the restaurant is much better and you will pay the same

It's a nice and comfortable place, friendly staff and clean facilities. Even in the late winter (end February), there were two functional pools with mineral water. Dinner on menu to choose from was excellent, they have a good cook. Not impressed with the block tables.

Personnel is polite and friendly, the view from the pool is great, but there are so many things that could be improved. Single beds are relatively small, the baths are clean-ish, all the facilities need better maintenance, part of the SPA does not work, the breakfast menu needs more options.

We experienced the 4 stars part of the hotel, as there is a 3star as well. The 4 stars equals to 3 stars and the 3 one = 2 stars. Poor breakfast but good quality food. Rooms need maintenance. The service is impeccable. The hotel is very nice itself, but it's the people who work here (including the restaurant) who make it amazing. Food is simply amazing, congratulations to the chef who does miracles - fancy food and super tasty. We didn't get to try the spa but I am sure it's lovely too. Definitely recommend!

Three stars, but liked the center, you're always in the main square and you have a feast! Good restaurant.

To start with, the environment was pretty nice. The staff was surprisingly impolite. There were no lockers so we had to carry our stuff all over. We were provided with a tiny towel only. The jacuzzi was out of order (never got informed about it). The worst part though was their unwillingness to give us a receipt.

We were able to check-in proir 15:00 Once we entered the playground with the children, the staff informed us, that our children can not stay there, because they heared them caugh 2-3 times at place.
